How to Check Your Pulse:
- First, hold your phone and keep it still.
- Stay calm and take a breath when taking your heart rate.
- To measure an accurate heart rate, put your index finger's tip on the phone's back camera lightly.

- We provide the week, month, and year subscription.
- You can subscribe for unlimited access to all app’s features.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
