1.Its really annoying tbh. Youtube links automatically take you to chrome or safari
2. Why cant I import youtube playlist straight to poptube app or vice versa. Very annoying to recreate thousands of playlists. You are left disconnected with poptube

Unstable home page and comments / features
Update: I appreciate that you’ll have managed to fix the Dynamic Island and control centre issue. I’m experiencing a lag/glitch while scrolling on the main page, all thumbnails of YouTube move up n down while scrolling and on comments. it’s very glitchy experiencing same problem on comments and feels bad for the eyes. I am experiencing this on iPhone 15 ios 26.
Featured to add:
1)swipe gesture to go back from reply’s to all comments in comments section
2) faster video loading
3) Disable shorts for less distractions on homescreen
4) Fix the email link for submitting feedback’s.
Main issue is that the background player can’t be seen in the control centre or in the notifications(even after having the pro version). If there is a way to resolve this issue pls let me know. Or fix it. The landscape mode is also very unstable where it’s very sensitive to motion.

Decent, but content refresh & AirPlay issues
I’ve been using Pop Tube for watching YouTube videos, and overall the app is decent. However, there are some issues that need improvement:
1.Content refresh issue – When I refresh the screen, I keep getting the same videos repeatedly. Unlike the official YouTube app, the feed doesn’t properly update with new content.
2.AirPlay problem – When I connect my phone to my TV using AirPlay, the video keeps playing and pausing continuously, making the feature unusable.
If these issues are fixed, the app would be much more reliable and enjoyable to use.

For few videos the error is displayed “Error loading Media” even sometimes when I try to switch from one video to another. On closing and reopening the app the issue is resolved. Also sometimes the suggested videos stay the same even on refreshing

PopTube Pause and Play Issue
Recently after I updated the app I have been facing an issue that whenever I play or pause or change the track of the music it is not responding to the touch at all in my Airpods… I have tested it on other apps like SPOTIFY and VIDEO LITE and the touch response works fine but not in the POPTUBE app. So I request the developers that please respond to concerns and resolve this issue as soon as possible its a humble request.

More Ads Than Expected
I downloaded this app with the intention of reducing the number of ads I encounter, but unfortunately, it's actually displaying more ads than YouTube itself. This is incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. I sincerely hope the developers address this issue promptly.

Heating issue
App is great the major issue is heating I noticed my phone is heating too much when i am using this app. I am mostly using my mobile data (4G) but heating is same in 4g and 5g both or with wifi. I hope you will fix this issue soon and one more thing if you can minimise ads after each time when I switch this app from background then it will be great.

Some Improvements needed
Overall the app is good. But there is an issue which hasn’t been covered in any update. The issue is comments replies doesn't open up in the videos. Though we can see the comments in the youtube videos, but if there any replies to that comments we cant see that.
