This is the very bad app I ever seen from my eyes actually we had booked the tickets ( Roundtrip) but they have not even provided the e-ticket and even there is no customer support and the amount has been deducted from my account This is totally fraud app don’t believe in it and don’t waste your money and time....

After recently updating the app, it fails to fetch tha tickets to my apple wallet. It says ‘something went wrong we are unable to fetch your bookings. please try again later’.
Its frustrating kindly rectify this issue.

During hotel booking ,app initially shows lesser rates, stating various discounts and offers( most offers will not be applicable to the hotel you would be interested in- that’s another story)But later it’s is added as convenience fee , apart from the taxes. Will not fall for this .

I booked many tickets from this app it is good but on 14 feb 2020 I booked bus ticket so payment had done but I didn’t get any booking confirmation and that seat has been booked by others so I didn’t even get my refund also.

There is no way you can communicate to this people, I have cancelled 3 train bookings and my refund is not yet done their app shows that amount is refunded but the amount has not yet been transferred, there is no proper cordinate system and there is no way am able to connect to their team

Not a reliable app i have ever experienced with. Whole booking for hotels , you won’t get the room which you will see in their portal. I booked a hotel . Room was looking good in the portal, but when i reached at hotel i had to leave hotel within 30-45 mnts. 😡😡

Goibibo Team is bunch of thieves, I booked a room at Park Plaza Zirakpur by mistake of mine or Goibibo check in date goes wrong from 15 to 14, after just 10 mnts of confirmation massage I started calling Goibibo team , They started making fools that our technical team is in talks with Hotel, Next day I again booked the room at same hotel and checked with them about our case They confirmed that hotel didn’t charged anything from Goibibo as someone called up from their team and we cancelled the booking of your s , I connected hotel manager to Goibibo team and cleared , Then I got a mail from Goibibo that your case is resolved but ....,, after 10 minutes I got a call from a senior guy of these thieves gang that hotel is not refunding the money so pls avoid that mail, I am in touch with Hotel They are very supportive but Goibibo hai to paisa Kaiser vaapis mile..Friends Pls avoid using this app or agla no. Aapka 🙏🙏

From last one year since when jet airways stopped operating.I have been following for the refund.
The app wants me to cancel the booking for flight which didnt operate on 5th May till 20th May.
Always thought these apps work on some sought of logic but this is just on special feature on goibibo App.
Because i didnt cancel it by the given time entire money is no more mine and i have no rights to talk for it.
Everytime i call the customer service they have enough employees to change them.
Also i would like to thank every employee i talked to till date to have best patience level to listen to my pity story with all their heart into to it.
Like a good friend they can only listen and do nothing for it.
Atlast that a really great app for getting frustrated.
