Customer support is awful
Nice game, but no customer support. Whenever you send a ticket, they just send a generic response and do not follow up.
I started playing this game in 2018, and those days they used to compensate for every glitch, spelling mistakes, challenge mistake etc. with some item like maybe a clothing item or ha, along with an apology. But now it looks as if they don’t care anymore.
In voting you would find many dolls that may have glitched. Like a doll with her clothes misaligned, or nude.
The challenge requirements were also not really as expensive they are right now.

Absurd Priorities
For the first time in months, Covet actually got more fun because of the Hair accessory glitch, where we could use a Hair Accessory on any hairstyle. But, obviously they had to go ahead and fix it as soon as they found out about it.
It’s funny how they wont fix glitches that have been around FOREVER and are actual genuine concerns but will fix something like this SO QUICKLY. And then they’ll make a video of their employees mocking these genuine concerns.
Covet needs to get its priorities straight. Stop fixing issues that no one is complaining about and please fix issues that people are actually having a problem with. Give us the option of using Hair accessories on any hairstyles back! This game is going to lose so many loyal players because of their horrible customer service.

Slow processing

Why does it auto scroll to the top on the challenges page?
This latest update seems to have added the auto scroll. Every time I click out of a challenge it directly scrolls up to the top. I could be checking things down and it wants move right all the way up. It’s jarring and some may not want that. Make the auto scroll optional at least.

Fall 2019 is very bad

My Facebook account linked to covet got delinked for no reason and now not getting linked and I can’t borrow from fashion house for more than a month now. There is no response from the support too!!! I am frustrated!!

Surely the app was good but includes problem with covet cash. Just like how u guys have option in earning diamonds get us option to cash also. And so, 15 cash for some ads are too much less in the mean to the game level. And so, the level up taking much time and giving less style score. Need some changes

Pointless, if you don’t spend real cash
These days, games hardly have the fun element, because the moment you want to go one step higher, you need to spend real cash!! Why? What’s the point of playing a”game”? The game is available for free to download- but that’s it. In this game, you WILL have to buy hair accessories with real cash! Which is absurd! There should always be an option to either buy it with real cash or accumulate virtual cash or diamonds! Why should one be forced to “buy” the accessories. And naturally, if you don’t have these fancy things, your design will not stand out. At the end of the day, it’s just a game, but you end up feeling frustrated and poor 😂

Special challenges are a great way to win new hair accessories but it’d be nicer if you guys could once in awhile put new hairstyles as a reward as well just like new accessories. It’s a great game nonetheless.

The ads
I loved the game but the way you earn to complete mission is through watching ads. Here there's a lot of issues. There are 130 cash n 200 diamond under a span of 7 days that I haven't recieved after watching the ads.
When I contact customer service (I've messages them 5 time) I get the same reply.
Is a standardize answer n no one is helping.
This makes me feel cheated.
In short don't download this game. U only get hooked n then disappointed.

The game interests you at the beginning and then you realise you cant go much further unless you start spending on it.. your looks are compared to someone who is playing level 50 when you probably just at level 3 . And besides as you go further up levels gets harder so the only way to play them is by investing on it .
Its basically a means to make money .

This app needs to be more flexible. It is very hard. Earning diamonds is very difficult and even when you download another app as a task to earn diamonds, the other app won’t open. More ads will come, you see those ads and more adds will come and thus you won’t get a chance to open the app and complete your task. Horrible!

One of the best simulation dress up games out there. It’s different and I have to say...better than most girls games. It’s one of the games you have to play regularly and daily if you wanna do great at this game. Excellent dresses and outfits by top notch brands like Vince Camuto, Jovani etc. Even accessories, jewellery and sweaters etc. New challenges everyday and a daily challenge. It has some bugs here and there, like many a times we don’t really earn the diamonds even after we’ve watched a video but still, in my opinion it’s the best game, that everyone should at least try playing once.

Worst App Ever
So some you might think this is just a harmless timepass but this is nothing but a mindless game who are trying to rob you at each point.
They promised free diamonds after completing a certain ‘free trial’ and then they gave me a false impression of it being a free trial and then they used my credit card to rob me. That is the worst, when I had already written several emails to them asking for clarification about the offer.
Please don’t use this app if you don’t want to be robbed.
