Please update the app interface

There is nothing wrong with the content obviously.
But the inference is just bad. I am a Premium subscriber but you need to seriously hire an app developer and build a decent app else I will honestly have to switch to ET prime and I really don’t want to do that!!

An app from Dinosaur age

I am confounded on how horrible the application is. Irony of the matter is that even after paying you get this shoddy app. It’s been a year now that I have been a subscriber, even the public sector banks now have better apps then this hopeless effort.

Premium service won’t work even after paying.

Premium service won’t work even after paying for it, shows that I am logged in but premium articles won’t open up. Help menu under settings in the app doesn’t seem to open anything, shows a blank page.

For God's sake update this dinosaur app

I don't know how much careless or shameless people are you guys that you have still not updated this dinosaur app to make it compatible with iPhone XS Max or iPhone XS or XR.
How can you be so lethargic or greedy not to spend a dime for a better user experience of your subscribed customers.
If you have any shame left, update the app to make it so compatible with the above iphones at once. It's a bloody one day job.

Bad user interface

Lot of adds and distraction while reading at least for paid users you can switch off adds. App doesn’t have search operation since some of the articles sent to mail. You cannot directly go to app from the mail link shared by BS if someone try to open the same, it will open through the web browser again you need to login.

Terrible, terrible and terrible

I have not encountered a worse app on any platform. Apple needs to consider a minimum quality requirement for placement of apps on its platform. I would have given this app a “zero-star” rating, if possible.

Fix the app

BS team. You require content but you need responsive teams to take customer feedback and act on it too. You app is the worst.
- doesn’t open for minutes together
- hangs without a warning
- notifications don’t pop

Good content, horrible App

The content is really good and being a paid subscriber I’m happy with the content but the app is garbage. The ui is horribly outdated. Slow as molasses. Notification is iffy at best. Articles fail to load. Seriously, put some work into this app.

I’m a subscriber of Business Standard. The UI is the worst I have seen. For someone who pays for the subscription it is a total let down. See how Wall Street Journal app has been designed and learn from it.

This app should be upgraded, since it has the worst UI and the experience is better with the mobile browser. The content is fine but the frequently crashing app makes BS look worthless. And to note, I have paid for the content that I find difficult to access. Too bad.

Good news bad app

Horribly designed app. I prefer the browser version rather. Annoying that it doesn't utilise the screen space of 5 even forget 6. The advert placement makes it even worse.

App viewing experience
