Broken links and images after update
Latest update broke links and images in news articles - very disappointing for an update that claim to be done for performance improvement. I’ve deleted the app and now use the browser instead. Feels like a waste of my subscription money, as the app no longer delivers the better experience I paid for.

Disappointed with Premium Experience
I subscribed to the premium version to access exclusive content, but the app keeps showing that I’m not signed in. Whenever I try to log in again, it shows an “Internal Server Error.” This issue has been going on for a long time now, and it’s extremely frustrating.
Having to use a laptop to read a premium article defeats the purpose of a mobile app. What’s the use of taking premium if it doesn’t work properly on iOS? One of the worst app experiences I’ve had so far. Either fix this issue immediately or refund the subscription amount.

Frustrating Experience After Update – Premium Access Lost
I was previously a satisfied Premium user, but after a recent update, I lost access to my subscription despite it still being active on Apple. I tried restoring purchases, logging in and out. To make things worse, there’s no proper customer support channel. The app supposedly lists a phone number, but it doesn’t connect or seems unofficial. There’s no quick way to get help, which is unacceptable for a paid service.I expect better backend support, especially when the app fails after an update. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend the Premium version to others.

Subscription Not working in IOS
iPhone users please don’t waste your money by taking any subscription plans in Manorama app. I have recently purchased one yr plan for Rs 899, and it now shows no active subscription in my iPhone app. But i am able to login with same credentials in their web page via safari browser. I have reported this to their customer care.. but NO use.. they are totally unprofessional.. not even care about my concern.. they are like ‘we will look into that’.. nd its been one week.. useless fellows..!

Issues facing while opening whatsapp channel links
The latest upgrade of the app is great, however with the new upgrade there is a challenge in opening the links of your whatsapp channel. Previously it used to open in browser, now it directly takes to the new app and most of the time it either doesn’t open or takes ages to open. Please check

I would like to cite two aspects, viz., (1)loading of the cite and the news reports takes too much time and(2) in the iPad, the app is not displaying a full page view, rather i would say, it is not iPad friendly version. I'm experiencing a critical issue with the Manorama online app on my iPhone 15. Every time I open the app, it only displays a white screen. I've never been able to see any loaded news content. Get some Good developers and fix the issues
The app contain lots of bugs I don’t know why they are not fixing this may be their IT department doesn’t care about this. I have personally called the app support and raised the bugs which I am facing and the only reply I got from there is to reinstall the same . As of today I am facing such issues . I can list some of the issues if you need : - if you a list of notification and select any of them and the app will be open with a blank white screen - sometime when we click the notification and the app will open and keep spinning - if you want to read premium content you need to register . If you sign up using apple account . You can read the premium content for the first time . The next time you need to repeat the same process. The login session is not persistent. I don’t know I am the only person getting these kind of errors but just want to let you know and you need to seriously test the app before publishing it to the AppStore or Playstore . Thanks Anandhu

When u open the app to read some news, it take forever to load the item. When ever the app need an update, it wont tell u to update but just stay blank for days until ww open the app store and update. There is no relevent news are being added in the latest news section. Has someone told you that your app is the worst of its kind. While the group has great reputation, the software of this app is pathetic, to say the least. I have deleted and reinstalled it no less than 15 times to make it run and going as it has a habit of getting stuck periodically. Please seek some professional help to solve the issue.

Useless application with a lot of advertisements
After the last update made a couple of days ago, app is getting stuck if the back button is pressed. Essentially, after opening the app, read one news, close and restart the app again to read the another news. What a pity!

Generally apps improve from version to version but for Manorama app it worsen. Don’t know whether these guys are atleast using this app once before releasing to market. Team , why you are spoiling your own name, if you don’t have capability to maintain this, better remove this from App Store.

I used to receive notification on a timely basis until may be 3-4 days back. Since then the notifications are not coming. I tried uninstalling the app and re installing. Checked the notification settings on the phone and app. Still not working. Plz rectify the bug asap.

Videos fail to play !
Other than ads , another most annoying thing is that embedded videos fail to play . There is no option to select the quality of playback if the network speed is an issue .Even when connected to WiFi , there is only sound and no video . This issue had been there for long even with many updates.
