Fraudster at its best

Driver threatened and demanded more money from my parents who at that moment had to pay to save their dignity.
Ola deducted money from the postpaid wallet too. Upon raising several complaints no action has been taken from them instead they are asking for past 6 months bank statements.
I paid the due amount in the wallet to avoid these calls where they do not understand anything. After loosing all their reputation they have come down to begging. Enjoy!

Extremely poor customer care support of this app

I booked parcel delivery and it is prepaid booking. Delivery agent arrived and argued to cancel the prepaid booking and to pay him full amount. I told I can’t do it because if any issues arise i can’t tract the order. Delivery person entered pickup pin and left without closing the booking. I tried to contact customer care in app but unable to do so. This is a poor management from ola. No proper provision of customer support to inform such issues.

I took cab from Delhi to Meerut. Fare shown was 1646. Fare I paid is 2997. Reason- Toll - okay-Rs 170

Drivers always ask extra money

In Pune drivers insist to pay by meter. If that’s the case why is Ola not updating rates in the app? It causes unnecessary argument with drivers. Either remove the driver who want by meter from the app or update the rates in the app so the customer can pay whatever is shown in the app.

Ola money scam

Ola money is biggest scam, i have transferred my money to Ola money, no driver is accepting Ola money, while calling driver he refused to accept Ola money and ask me make payment offline and he charged me 300 extra, and there is no option to contact Customer care in Ola cabs whatsoever.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing experience with Ola. I booked a cab for an approximately 11 km trip from Kharadi to Katkewadi, but 3 different drivers cancelled the ride one after another.
The worst part was the reasons they gave. Drivers said they would not get a return trip from my drop location, and some even asked me to pay extra money offline if I still wanted to continue the trip. This is completely unprofessional and unfair to customers.
As a customer, I should not have to negotiate extra charges after booking through the app. It wastes time, causes frustration, and defeats the purpose of using a cab service.

If you are downloading this app for purchasing ola Electric scooter or any product, I am just here to suggest if you have ample time to gossip and chase these people over customer support then buy their vehicle or else give your money into some charity instead of buying Ola Scooter or their any product
I have bought the vehicle on 23rd March and still not received delivery of my vehicle. Every week while calling their customer service team they assures their team will callback. But they never did.
My insurance is already started registration is done so now they also don’t cancel my order stating vehicle already registered in RTO.
And they are not giving delivery since last 2 months. So buy at your own risk.

Ola ride and women safety

If you’re a women, never ride with Ola. Whatever happens. If you click on safety and emergency, they actually have an option to write and not even call. Like in a situation, we will have the time to write. Yesterday such a thing happened to me. I took a ride from Sector 95 Gurgaon to South ex and the driver harassed me saying toll is not included , pay upfront. I kept explaining it was included. He then kept my power bank also, I had to transfer 50 rupees extra and he took my number also. I couldn’t do anything. Ola has no emergency number, I had clicked safety and no one called me. Worst experience and I would never ride with Ola

Disappointed

This was my first time booking a cab. I gave my address and all and they told me yes it’s available here. I booked beforehand as ride later. Now, I booked Ola Cabs to take my mother from point A to B as she has OSTEOARTHRITIS. Mind you, OSTEOARTHRITIS. Not only they didn’t share driver details, it was past the time I booked and after ONE HOUR, OLA cancelled the ride saying there are no available cabs there rn. Bro, I booked it previously. One day before the departure. Are you kidding me? Do you know how much inconvenience I paid for as a cost of trusting Ola? Literally for the first time? Uninstalling this, right away.

I have been travelling to and fro from work from past few months everyday along with rapido and uber i try to book auto/ cab in Gurgaon! Nothing ever gets booked even though you keep adding the stupid tips still nothing ever gets accepted! if they dont have any drivers better shut the service dont waste time! ALL THEY INVEST IN ARE STUPID QUOTES THEY SHOW WHILE BOOKING , that are even more annoying! Better shut down the services ! In trying to do everything they cant do even one thing good! Driver charged extra money

My total fare was 214 but driven asked me to pay 314, due to Internet issue I was not able to see the final bill and after making payment when the bill loaded I found I was charged extra 100 rupees. When I told driver he didn’t reply properly.
I tried to raise this concern with Ola support instead of any immediate action as call request, now they are asking to mail which is a scam where they don’t bother to reply after sending multiple remainders.

Cab broke down

I booked a cab today and the Driver ended the cab midway as the petrol tank was empty and ride didnt came to a proper stop. I paid the full amount , but again booked another ride to reach my destination. The experience was very bad today, as this was a major mistake by your side. Pls refund my money.

Worst App for female riders, no safety options in the support tab from the company

Today When I was going to office using OLA auto, he tried to take longer and unsafe route twice, for once I thought he is doing it for extra money as he was trying to add 8km more to the ride so just told him strictly to follow the route shown on the app itself, then again he tried the same thing, thankfully there was traffic police nearby that turn who handled this driver.
When I tried to raise complaint on the app, there is no such option available under safety but to call Police.

Unsafe and disrespected

I booked an OLA today to go to Kurla. It was clearly showing the route via VASHI and costed me around 921 rs. I, being in a hurry accepted it. However upon calling the driver, he did not pick up and when showed up at the location said his phone is not working. He thanked me started the cab ride and took me towards ATAL SETU??? and when I clearly told him that the route shows via Vashi, he started arguing with me and said it shows via atal setu to him. When I asked him to show his phone screen to me, he said it wasn’t working. The atal setu road is isolated, and he asked me to get down there if I do not wish to continue the ride. This is utter nonsense from OLA. Train your stupid drivers correctly. Then he said change the stop to the nearest location. He dropped me near a mall close to my house and I had to pay 400 rs for a trip which would have costed me 50. And now the support is absolute trash. No one is helping me. I am deleting Ola after this nonsense.

Unsafe and out of control

Ola takes 0 responsibility for the rides booked through their own app. I'm in Pune. After accepting the rides, my driver DEMANDED way higher fare per KM that is compliant be there with Ola nor even local governments regulated rates. I was with my wife and had to acdept the demand. At this point Ola is completely useless and unsafe.

Aiims opd k liye auto reserve kiya tha Driver ne ride complete hone se pehle (aiims se 10 km pehle ) hi traffic issue bolkr beech raste Sipara Flyover par utaar diya. Yeh unsafe aur unprofessional behaviour tha specially for patient . Puri destination tak drop nahi kiya gaya, phir bhi full fare charge hua. Drivers are thief.

Never trust them, I took a ride with them and due to extra luggage, my mobile phone somehow slipped in the car only and suddenly just after closing the door of cab the driver run away taking my phone and while I complained it to this so called cab service app ola says get it touch with the driver and get your phone back we can only corporate with you.
Poor service may be they are involved with this thief.

My booking was cancelled within two minutes, which was an honest mistake on my part. However, the driver behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.I am deeply disappointed by this experience and the lack of action against such behavior.

Pathetic n terrible money making service only

I take a ride to my destination as per the route shown by Ola app. I pay the full fare as shown after ride ends but the driver asks me to pay 100 rs extra for the toll apart from my fare stating the toll is not included in the fare. I answered that it is but the driver denied n insisted that I pay extra or it will go from his pocket. I being a regular customer n travelling the same route for years and highly aware about the fare n toll calls the customer care to clear this out. The customer care executive very conveniently tells me that the toll was not included as it is not registered and I will have to pay the toll separately to the driver. I questioned him why it was not informed at the time of booking the ride that it is not included n I will have to pay it separately or u could have added it in the final fare if it wasn’t added at the time of booking because the route taken was as per the route shown by you n I did not take this route as per my wish but it was according to the app so why would I pay off the records, also they could have given a route which did not have toll involved in it n he replies I will escalate the matter n I cannot help you with this n u will have to pay the driver. Such bad work ethics n worst customer service blends in together to make Ola as pathetic as it can be.
Even when it comes to cancellation they charge you incorrectly n than to waive it off they ask you to mail n even after that they do not do it but waste your time by meaningless responses. Had decreased using ola due to this reason but would stop using it completely after today’s toll experience.

I have been using this app to book ola ride i stay at longer distance from office in pune hence its obvious i use ola many times ..its been a year now the cab/auto drivers dispute with ola is going on in pune but p no solution has been provided by ola yet ultimately we the customer s are facing this harrassment on daily basis as ola is quiet on the issue and hence driveres are forcing customers to pay extra ammount than the fares charged by ola its a pathetic experience and daily u have to argue for the extra money charges ..i am not able to understand what exatly ola is doing for customers in pune ..just adding up to their problems ..it should be handled once an for all no one should question on the ola fares if they are charging ligaly but we are facing this issue and getting our money and time robbed by the ill-litarate people also if ola is charging fees to us and we are paying them then driveres should not use olas platform to taje ride and charge them by auto meter .that means ola dosent vare about their customeres. Ola is perfect platform for scammers (Ahmedabad Airport)

This was my first and last experience with Ola, and it turned out to be a complete scam.
I booked an Ola cab from Ahmedabad Domestic Airport early in the morning (around 4:30 AM) and chose cash payment. The driver arrived with a different car than what was shown in the app. He called me before pickup and said I’d need to pay ₹150 extra for airport parking, promising to give me a receipt. The Ola app showed a fare of ₹387, which seemed fine.
However, when we reached the destination, the driver demanded ₹387 + ₹190, saying ₹150 was for parking and ₹40 was his “tip.” When I asked for the parking receipt, he said the amount was charged to his boss’s FASTag account and that he would send me the receipt later—which, of course, never happened.
To make things worse, he canceled the ride in the app after dropping me off, so I couldn’t even raise a complaint properly. He seemed very confident, probably because he’s done this scam many times before and knows Ola doesn’t have a proper complaint system.
Warning to all travelers, especially those at Ahmedabad Airport: Do NOT book Ola from here. These drivers create new profiles and keep scamming people. I hope Ola takes action against such fraudulent drivers and fixes their complaint system before more people lose trust.

Deteriorating services

I really didn’t wish to give this rating to Ola because Ola is an old and reputed company also my first choice while booking rides but this is really crucial for me to highlight what just happened because of your driver’s MAN-MANI 😠plus I am very frustrated and angry right now.
I was booking my ride just 7-8 minutes back and I started booking at around 6:30 even earlier than that. 2-3 or maybe 4 of your riders cancelled my ride after accepting. Unfortunately I have no recording of it with me or else I would have directly emailed Ola customer care. Your drivers are also registered with other ride booking apps, I’ll not take names and the reason they cancel the ride is 1 the price on other apps are higher in comparison to your pricing and 2 is because they want to cancel or decided not to continue the ride. Cancelling a ride should be banned for the riders because other than the above mentioned reason your drivers have started speaking rudely to your customers in case they are not interested in continuing with the ride. Also they immediately cancel the ride after verbally misbehaving with the customer which leaves no trace of their booking information behind and customer ends up getting angry, frustrated as well as LATE 😡 TO WORK. This is how I am feeling right now and I am forced to leave this rating and this comment here. Do something about this if you care.

Worst service

My order got cancelled more than 5 times. I thought it’s okay. It sometimes happens next day I ordered the food and it was late, so I raise a ticket where is my order and I got call from Ola and I talked with the person and he said that rider has some bike issue so he cancelled so another rider will deliver your order. After more 30 minutes later, I haven’t received the order. It was not showing on the app where rider is exactly. Then I raise a ticket again. I told them how long it will take. They said he’s near your location. He will be coming soon. I waited more 30 minutes. No update. Raise a ticket again, and then I had a talk with delivery person also, and he was not able to find my location so I send him my live location on WhatsApp. And he send me his live location to show that he is so far away from my location. Then I tried to raise a ticket again and told them. I want to cancel my order and they said they will cancel my order after 15 minutes. I’m saying it’s not cancel yet. I raise a ticket again and it’s been 3 hours not cancelled yet, and I’m not sure what to do. I suggest to order from Zomato or Swiggy even there is problem at least their service team, give proper solution I am never going to use this stupid app.

Very Dangerous and Unacceptable Experience with Ola Cabs

I had an extremely alarming and uncomfortable experience with an Ola cab recently. The driver was not only driving recklessly but also engaged in dangerous behavior like using drugs and smoking while behind the wheel. His driving was erratic and excessively fast, putting not only our lives at risk but also causing problems for other vehicles on the road. We witnessed more than five instances where other drivers had to shout and honk at him to avoid accidents, which only heightened our fear.
When I tried to address the situation with Ola’s customer support, I received no real assistance or acknowledgment of the severity of the issue. To make matters worse, when I spoke about it to my friend, they scolded me and used offensive language, which was incredibly upsetting.

Pathetic Food Delivery Service

I am writing this to express my disgust, disappointment and frustration with your food delivery services. During the past 2-3 weeks I have had multiple instances of food orders which either got cancelled after waiting for a long time or got delayed by over an hour. Please note that this is not one or two isolated incidents that I am referring to but this has happened on every occasion that I have ordered food through Ola. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE FOOD ORDER FROM OLA ON TIME.
I’m deeply concerned and dissatisfied with your customer support as well. On notifying about the delay in delivery there is an option to schedule callbacks. However, I have not received a single callback till date from your customer support team. The delivery agent does not pick up his phone, the restaurants do not pick up calls and your support system is non existent. As such it becomes impossible for customers to get a satisfactory resolution of their issues. There is no customer care number as well to address these issues which are provided by other food delivery platforms.
If you feel you are not capable of delivering orders on times, or worse delivering orders at all, or providing a platform for helping your customers at the least, please discontinue your food services.

Absolutely no way to report safety incidents to Ola

Our Ola taxi driver stopped randomly in the middle of the trip and picked up another passenger whom he had booked using a different app. He told both of us that we will have to share the cab - keep in mind that this is in the middle of nowhere with some random stranger. There was no way we would have got another cab at that location, so we had no option but to agree. Same for the other passenger. We felt extremely unsafe. At the end of the trip, we tried to report this incident to Ola Support but there is absolutely no provision to do so. All of the Support and Help sections on the app lead to the same generic message. There is no way to contact any customer care. If I try to report a Safety Issue, the app simply says Call Police. The lack of support, incident reporting, and driver accountability from Ola’s side is shocking. This is allowing taxi drivers to turn the Ola experience into a mafia-esque experience. Our ride could have very easily taken a turn for the worse and the driver would face no consequences from Ola because there is no way to report incidents to Ola. Thank you, Bhavish and Harsha, for showing us where your product priorities truly lie. Evidently, passenger safety is no longer a priority for you. I have deleted the app and will never use Ola again in my life.

I am a frequent user of Ola foods , I ordered burgers from the Ola food I told the delivery guy to deliver it to my home I specified that my mom is waiting already , the guy told some stupid reason that he is already near my home and told me to tell the otp I thought he will deliver the food and told him the otp , but he dint deliver the food and if I call him afterwards he is not receiving the call as well . My whole food money got wasted and u raised this query to Ola customer service they have pathetic service and it dint get resolved at all , after the ticket is raised they have automatically closed the ticket . Is this the service u provide because of this i am gonna delete this app and never use it again , including the cabs and other services , I told my friends also not to use this app to order any services . Worst for anyone!

Yesterday I booked the ride i was going to pick up my sister from airport and my two sisters were also with me already , the driver came and before giving otp i told him that there’s one drop in a airport then another drop ( karve nagar) , which I added in ola before booking only . He saw the details in his app and said okay , in mid way he told ki in airport you’ll be charged extra for an entrance i said okay dw I’ll pay that . Between the ride in mid way he said ki ask your sister to come outside the airport to some chowk which was almost 1km from airport, i told him ki she’s a kid she can’t come so he said in airport I’ll get late and if not then I’ll cancel the ride right now , i told him ki why you accepted then , he slowed down the vehicle and parked in mid way on side of the road , and canceled the ride by himself, he said book another and leave , Me and my two sisters were there in lonely road at mid night . What the creep it was , i wasn’t able to find the cab , then police came and helped us . I’ll for sure go legal for this thing ! What if I wasn’t there , he would have dropped my two sisters alone in the lonely road at mid night . Ola is not safe! I also have photos of him and his car ! He was drunk tooi guess . Extremely Unpolite Behavior

I took a ride on Ola today. The driver showed me a fraudulent screen wherein it said Cash payment is to be made of Rs 259 and my parents paid the driver in cash. However, my Ola postpaid money wallet was debited with Rs138 (the original amount showed at the time of booking). I tried reaching out to their customer care, to which I had to face a 10 minutes delay before connecting to the representative on call. The customer care representative dismissed my concern saying that the Company policy does not allow them to contact the driver partner to confirm if they had collected cash or not. Further upon my insistence that I can prove the demand by the driver partner through a screenshot of the fraudulent image that he had shown me for Rs 259/-, she said she cant accept the proof. If the customer isn't allowed to prove and the proof cannot be obtained from the driver partner, then are the customers left on loose air? I am strongly upset by the behavior of the customer care representative and saddened by the driver’s unfaithfulness. Ola was’nt like this in the past 10 years that I have been using it. To make matters worse, the customer care representative started addressing me with my first name (without confirming if I was comfortable) and said she can go on with the same reason till the end of the day. She also threatened me saying she has a recording of the call. Is this how customers are handled?

Ola's services are no longer what they used to provide as of last year. All drivers, particularly those in smaller towns and cities, are unwilling to take a journey if the fee is not more than what Ola displays. They also charge for the return trip. Even in emergency situations, such as at airports, train stations, and hospitals, they charge twice or more. Furthermore, the current pattern is different: if you reserve a cab and consent to pay the driver's request, they will arrive to pick you up and show cancelled ride to secure the extra. The safety and tracking measures all are at stake coz of this. Even if they don't cancel and the payment is made online, they will still want additional money confirmed before picking you up.
Ola currently operates this way, thus it hasn't happened once or twice for me to report a driver. I can argue and cancel 2-3 drivers at a time but all demand for the extra charge thus leaving you in a helpless situation. This app's current functionality is limited to finding a nearest cab; after that, it's entirely freelancer-only.
Either Ola has to change its terms of service and compensate drivers fairly so that customers won't be taken aback every time a driver asks for extra, and so that people can be certain of finding a transport even in an emergency.

Cancelled Advance booking ride without prior intimation

I had booked a ride in advance around 10:15 to 10:30 am. The ride had been booked for 12:15 pm. But no driver came around that time. Even the ride shown in the app got disappeared. By that time, no details was available regarding that ride on app. However, i managed to get screenshot of the booking after booking has been done in the morning. The ride had been booked for going to railway station. When no ride was shown on app, i had immediately searched for another ride. But no driver was available at that time. If I hadn’t booked a ride from another cab service, I could miss the train due to Ola’s improper management. No cancellation intimation had been shared. There is no meaning of advance booking even if we have been charged extra for that. This is ultimate unprofessional behaviour from Ola. I had tried to contact Ola customer care but no reply from that till date. On app, you can get help for your booked rides but my ride was disappeared so I couldn’t get help for that. On email, i was informed that contact on App only. So customer care is also pathetic and non reachable at all.

Terrible Tech Management

In the heatwave of Kolkata in mid April’s 42 degrees Celsius, the Ola drivers are refusing to turn of the Ac’s saying Ola will deduct ₹70-80 charge from a ₹200 trip of 15mins way it would only left them ₹120 in this much amount they will not turn on Ac because of the high fuel price. Is that the concern of the customers? Me as a customer is paying whatever amount is showing on the app but to when request is not on the option, the drivers are taking extra ₹50 to turning on the Ac’s. As an app Ola cannot even input a little survey pop up during the ride which ensures that the driver has turned the ac on or not but they are not doing it since 2021. For the drivers in 2021 first it was the reason for Covid precautions to not turn on the Ac, and since 2022 it’s the rising fuel price and Ola not paying them their due shares as revolt they are doing these inhumane acts in these scorching heat waves. Is it so hard to set up a survey pop up for Ola regarding Ac refusal during the ride to the customers or is it much harder to put up a notice for the drivers strictly not to do these inhumane acts to the customers. Such pathetic tech management team you have. Either Ola does not care about their customers or they are inhumane too.

Pathetic service by Ola thru Driver

Today’s ride with Ola cab driver was pathetic. Driver Pal firstly asked to give the money in cash on completion of the trip, which I said not possible since the payment would be on line thru post paid methodology. Reluctantly, the driver started the trip and on being asked to close the glass and put on the AC, he refused to do so, saying that his AC is not working. Then, I asked that I can’t travel without the glass closed as I hv dust allergy and he should put the AC on to which he closed the trip and I was billed for Rs. 109/-paid thru post paid. The taxi had barely moved a distance not even 300 meters.
Please note that the bill for RS 109/ is totally illegal without providing any service. Rather penalty should be levied to the driver for his rude behaviour and asking for cash money as well as not starting the AC.
When we reported the matter to Ola support team, it is very unfortunate to note that instead of taking any action for the wrong doing of the driver, Ola support team is justifying the money paid for Rs109/-.
This is the typical behaour of Ola driver, I am experiencing in Delhi/Noida that they ask for cash payment and when we tell them that our payment would be thru digital mode, drivers will start behaving funny and they will cancel the trip.
If Ola is sensitive, your team should look into the problems encountered by me fir today’s ride.

SCAM APP - New way to steal your money

Drivers don’t come when mode of payment is online, so you have to choose cash option so that you can at least get a cab. Once cab is booked now scam starts, as soon as ride is over Driver will ask you for more money then your app shows cos their driver app shows more amount. You will try to reach customer care and search for option in app where you will not find any number. You will google it and number mentioned will not be reachable. Now you will left with two option either you bargain and fight with the driver and miss your flight or pay extra to them. Post this when anyhow you are able to reach support through twitter they will say they can’t help it cos amount was paid in cash. And if you are not satisfied with response you can file a police complaint or complain in consumer forum they are least bothered. Way to go OLA. Hopeless and pathetic service from customer support and OLA Auto

Driver started behaving inappropriate, he started stalking from rear view mirror and later took some other route instead of direct route to destination. My husband was tracking ride and he saw driver took wrong route and post his call to driver he took u turn and took back to main road. After that he dropped near 400 MTR. Before to the destination and demanded money. I paid him 500 as cash and requested for change, later he said no change and asked to pay money via you which I paid him his fare as he requested and I asked him to return 500 cash. He denied by saying that I didn’t pay him any cash and started aurging and shouting on me and said I can check his pant and shirt pockets. That is really ridiculous behaviour. What type of driver you hire. What kind of background check you do before on boarding any cab or auto or you don’t pay properly to your driver so they harassment to passengers? No support, dysfunctional App

I have been overcharged for a ride, the bill shows a distance of 61 kms while the actual distance traveled is around 25 kms. There is no functional way to raise a ticket and get a resolution. Clicking on the ‘I have been charged higher than the estimate’ option just leads to a Ola loading circle icon of death, doesn’t progress further even with an hour or two of attempts 😡 And there’s no option on the app to contact customer support and there’s obviously no ‘Customer Care’. One would expect better client experience from a ‘Unicorn Startup’ with a ‘customer centric vision’ 🙄
Many other important elements of the App are also dysfunctional and the Drivers associated with Ola seem to know about this and exploit the customers with this. So, Ola no longer serves the purpose of an effective cabs aggregator as we cannot get a cab on time reliably when we need it and then there are so many hassles even after a Ola Driver partner accepts a trip. They call to ensure that the payment mode is Cash and refuse a trip and ask the customer to cancel the trip if the online payment mode selected. In the meantime, the App is trying to push Online payments. It’s all very unintelligent 🤦‍♂️ I for one will opt for other local vendors directly for my transport requirements going forward

Worst algorithm. Worst service. Zero accountability.

Ola doesn’t register the payments made instead shows the already paid bill as an outstanding. I have been paying my bills twice everytime I am using the app. This has happened multiple times. Few months back, I had booked a ride and had to deal with a rude drive who had created a fuss about a scratch on the side mirror on the highway when he was rash driving — speeding up and stopping abruptly. Out of anger he did not take the turn for the destination instead he parked the car after crossing the signal and broke one of the side mirror with a stone, creating a big scene on the highway by calling a couple of people he was working with. All this while we were in the car looking for an alternative ride cause we didnt feel safe there. That trip was extended by 1.5 hrs because of all this drama and I had paid extra fee for extra time taken by the driver— I didnt wanted to wait there for an extra minute or converse with driver and his people so I paid the absurdly high amount and left. When I needed to book a cab another time, the previous bill showed up - I paid the absurd amount again because I really needed a ride. There is no proper customer support. No quick chat, no email responses basically no accountability. Ola people if any of you are reading this - I need refund for the entire one year bill.

Bad response from cab drivers as well as ola

Yesterday night at 11:30pm to 1:30am first I booked a two wheeler ola shows available he comes in 8 min.., so I waited for 20 mins after 20 mins., no bike available then I tried for an auto then your app shows there is a ola share cheaper than this deal that too available now then I booked ola share after 20 mind driver rejected to come and the same was repeated for three or for times and In this scenario one I called every driver that on ola provided contact no.., one driver said I’m near your location coming in two minutes but I waited for 20 mins after 20 mins simply he denied my call.., Another driver said wait for half an hour if you have patience then wait and after half an hour he will tell me wether he wanted to come or not. But in your app showing that driver arrived to me and I have to get in cab quickly otherwise cab will move without arriving any cab how can I get in ..??? I’m searching physically where is the cab..????prrr. In every booking there was not a mistake from my side but I’m getting msg from ola that I have to pay Rs. 25 extra for every cancellation in my next booking.., There is a mistake from your side but penalty for me.., what is this nonsense i didn’t understand what happening here..??? Safety concern and poor customer care management

I have been using Ola app extensively however, a recent incident concerning my safety and privacy has forced me to block this app. Recently, for two days in the same week, my ride booking was taken by the same driver. There were no issues during the ride. On the third day, WHEN I HADN’T BOOKED any cab, the driver called me around the same time (almost the same pick up time over the past two days) to check if I’d be going that day too. How could he call a customer once the ride is over to check about my future ride plans!? I was taken aback because obviously I never shared my no. yet he had my no. (Assumingly from the previous two rides). He knew my pick up location (of course because he picked me twice from that location) and had the audacity to mention it when he called on the third day.
When I called Ola support, Mr. Seenu seemed to struggle in understanding my concern. He was impolite and when I finally asked him to connect my call to his senior, he outrightly said that there wasn’t any senior at that time. Later, when we finally understood the issue, I was still not completely convinced and asked a few more questions and he just hung up. Such a disappointment!
Perhaps my safety doesn’t concern you! I don’t expect anything more from this company but just a last attempt to have my concern reach the right people!

Cancellation

There should be very strict penalties for cancelling ride for drivers. On average it takes 5-6 driver cancellation and 20-40 mins wait time to get a ride, and I live in a very prime location in a metro city! Sometimes driver tells me to cancel ride and pay in cash under the table after I am already in car! If I refuse to do it, they simply cancel anyway and ask me to board another cab. If service is this bad in my area, I can’t imagine what’s it like in other places. Sometimes you spend 45+ mins waiting, rebooking, waiting, rebooking to finally get a cab for a 10 minute ride. It’s ridiculous! Drivers always call to ask where you are going and if they are not pleased with the answer, they will cancel. Or much worse, they neither call nor move from their position, this is to trick customer into cancelling the ride from their side and customer gets charged. When they don’t get their way, finally after 10-15 mins they will cancel ride wasting everyone’s time. If Ola can’t fix this issue there will be no improvement in the service. This has been going on for a long time now.

As a company you should brief your employers that once Ola money has been booked, it cannot be changed to cash. There was one instance where the driver took cash from me and the Ola money got deducted too. Something like this is absolutely not acceptable. Eventually you have to brief them and make them aware of such things. Again not all drivers but most of them are extremely rude and mean. They just refuse to accept any bookings. I waited for 2 hours and yet couldn't find a ride. It was partially due to increase in demand but mostly because they accept and then cancel the ride. I'm extremely disappointed with this. So as a company, try to have a discussion with your employees and probably tell them how your app and your features and your compensation to them for the rides work. It is important to make them aware of this.

They don’t have a customer support number!!

I don’t use ola much due to previous bad experiences. Recently i booked a long distance ride for my mother, within the city because I couldn’t find uber cabs. The driver arrived after 20 mins and said that he doesn’t have money for diesel so asked to gpay the bill amount directly to him after the ride. My mom didn’t have an option for another ride so I thought I’ll ask customer service to remove the charge from my card after the ride is complete but to my surprise, they don’t have any way of communicating with customer service within the app. So now i am stuck with a payment of rs 834 pending on my card and there is no way to remove this charge. I don’t use ola frequently so I didn’t mind uninstalling the app. They should at least have an option to select “ paid directly to driver” in the app because from what I’ve heard,this is a frequent issue of drivers asking customers to pay directly to them when selected online payment. Anyways, I uninstalled the app because I wouldn’t be able to book another ride without clearing the pending charge on my card which was paid directly to the driver.

Refusal from the drivers due to short distances

I had got my one hour wasted just because I was relying on Ola Cabs. Firstly a driver refused the cab due to short distance without any information in fact the app itself didn't notify me about the cancellation. I was sitting there waiting for the cab to come for good 20 minutes and then I thought that the cab would be reaching any time, I left the premises where I was waiting and stood outside on the road waiting for the cab. When I explored the app again to see whether Driver has reached and why is it taking so long, there was mentioned in very small letters that the ride has been cancelled by the driver. Then on booking again for myself I could not find any mini cars available but as I had to leave the place and reach my home, I Booked a prime sedan,. This time just to be sure and save some time for myself I called the driver to confirm if he's coming or not. The driver denied due to the short distance on call and said that "itne distance ke liye toh koi bhi nhi lega ride, agar 150 tk ka billing amount ho toh bhi koi baat hai hai." And when I replied to him that your company OLA should inform the customer about this, he very rudely replied, "Aap btao de rhe ho 150/- toh aa rha hoon mai"and then once again I tried booking cab I could not find any cab and I was standing there like stupid wasting my time then I called some of my family members if they can manage to come and pick me up and hence I reached my house in one hour when it was just 10 minutes away.
Definitely uninstalling and discontinuing with the OLA now.

Drivers cancel ride all the time and there is just no way to contact ola customer support

It is happening almost all the time now a days, every driver will give different reason to cancel saying he will go only if I pay in cash, distance, drop location and what not.
Yesterday was the worst, for a 12 km ride I got a booking with a person named Mukesh kumar Singh (WB25G7379), the fare shown was Rs. 371 which was higher than usual. When I called driver he says he will come but he did not move from his location for next 10-15 mins. After calling again he demanded that he will not go if I do not pay Rs. 600. I tried negotiating with him that it is very important for me to go, I need to go to a hospital. But he didn’t listen and after some time he canceled.
What kind of service is this and when I tried to raise this concern with ola, I found there is just no way to contact ola help support. Pathetic app, pathetic customer support.
From what I know if a driver cancels without valid reason then he will have to give 10% of the amount as fine. Seems they don’t care as not everyone has the time to complaints about every incident. I want to know how Ola deals with such drivers, especially with this guy called Mukesh kumar Singh.

Driver tried to scam by levying unfair toll charges

Initial booking amount was Rs 258 from New Delhi railway station to an area within New Delhi itself. But on reaching the destination the final bill was Rs 589. The driver tried his level best to convince us that the app is never wrong and even called up one of his pals claiming to be from the police who knew everything about how the app works coincidentally. We tried to reach Ola customer care but sadly there is none so we were stuck on the road arguing over the charges. Finally we saw the charges breakup and somehow he had managed to add excessive toll charges of Rs 300 of three different places when the cab had never even left the city. Knowing that his game was up, he threw out the luggage in a fit of rage and fled the spot immediately. My advice to people who use Ola is to take a snapshot of the initial amount and confirm the same with the driver first before boarding. Also Ola ought to have an option to lock the charges and at least get user approval through OTP before any further charges are added. Usually Ola rates are very nominal compared to street taxis but beware of scamsters who tamper with the charges. And ultimately Ola is to be blamed because they’re allowing such things to happen so be on your guard always and take screenshots as evidence.

Unprofessional OLA Auto Drivers

Hi, I do not doubt the help offered by ola since past 2years. But i would specifically would like to point out ola Auto Drivers. These drivers mostly accept only Cash Payments and no Online Payments. And worse case, these drivers call the person to know the location and then cancel without informing properly!! I’d like to know below things 1. Why do you keep the Online payments open at all if the Autos do not accept Cash?- even after paying cash the app shows “payment pending”. I created almost 4-5 tickets this month for that. 2. Is your application even displaying them the correct drop location? If yes, why are they calling every-time, to know the drop location!? It is literally a wastage of time as i could have possible got another ride in that span. 3. Why aren’t Auto drivers taught to politely decline a ride instead of abandoning the call and cancelling the ride? BAD EXPERIENCE: I was stuck 15kms away from my home at 9pm Weekend, no vehicles on road for past 1hour, and 2 ola auto drivers cancelled the rides after reaching the Pickup! I almost waited for 45minutes for someone to give the service. I have seen this change in service only in 2021. OLA really needs to keep its standards on check.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Do not use this app, unless you like being scammed.
I have not been this annoyed by anything as they have made me by now. I came from Jaipur to Noida using the outstation cab. The estimation from point A to B was about 3K plus the toll taxes, which we were willing to pay. Once the ride ended I was charged ₹1000 more for some extra distance which means either the estimation was wrong (and to be this big of a company and be wrong at estimation by not just 5 or 10 percent but 25%, I mean how incompetent can you be). The other thing could be the driver took a route as per his wishes. In both scenarios, I do not understand why do I need to pay that. Anyways, they have charged me for that and would not refund.
I raise the complaint once the day we arrived Noida and they didn’t even register it. I was told it would resolve within 72 hours. Nothing happened I got busy in life. I again had to call to ask them, and they didn’t even have a complaint ticket from the last time. So I had to open a new ticket. This time I had to make sure to get the complaint ticket number while I was on the call. Now I am getting an email saying the bill has been generated and it’s the word of God himself and written in stone... so they cannot refund, because apparently the fare was calculated by a machine which cannot be wrong. I am really really disappointed in this app and it’s service.

Don’t believe on Ola especially in Odd hours

I gave 1 star as I couldn’t give less than it. booked Ola on 31 oct at 0400 AM for Bangalore airport. The driver came but refuse to take the ride and asked me for Rs 600 if want to go airport. He was knowing that I will fulfill his wish if I don’t want to miss my flight. After 10 mins discussion he cancelled my ride and went without picking me. I again book another Ola and assigned a cab. After two mins I received a call and the driver asked my destination. The moment I told him Bangalore airport he asked me what fair is showing. I said him I haven’t seen the estimated amount and I will pay whatever bill will be generated after completion of journey but he refused to take the trip though I requested him that I will miss my flight as previous driver already cancelled my trip. But he didn’t take the trip and cancelled my trip for which Ola charged me Rs 50 cancellation fee. Further I booked third cab and again same question from other side. But when I requested him that yours is the third cab and I will miss my flight he came and anyhow I manage to reach airport and boarded the flight on final call. Worst service..

Awful Customer Support & Whimsical Policies

I was using OLA for about 5 years before I realised that I was getting a more expensive and frankly below par service for my money.
Besides driver cancellations - fluctuating to always higher prices - OLA money not being accepted by even a handful - and bad customer support experiences, there are other issues that do creep up all the time. Their customer service if it ever connects disconnects for no apparent reasons, most solutions just regurgitate standard templates with no proper solutions, and tickets stay open for weeks before they just mark them as resolved. The same outstation ride that costs 3600 on MMT and 4200 on UBER costs 8000 on OLA, with the added advantage of whatever the driver intends to ask over it without providing a proper invoice. OLA also charges by the time spent inside the cab which the driver always finds a way to express by filling up their CNG tanks at the longest lines in Pumps, usually it bleeds well over 50’mins per fill and then you get charged for it. To which their customer service responds like it’s never happened and could never think of it. I’m switching apps now. Good riddance from this awful service. 1 star is less than what it deserves but what else can i put.

Hidden charges had to pay after the ride

After a long time I booked Ola cab for Mom, as I have already been cheated so many times in terms of fares, and l learned driving my own car. But this time I thought of giving it an another try because I was not available with mother, but unfortunately again I am extremely disappointed with their fares pricing. Every time Ola has some or the other outstanding charges which is added in your new ride, additionally they just show discounted coupons and offers but nothing gets applied and there’s no way to change the payment method, if UPI is not working I should be able to pay with my card but no, you are forced to pay in cash and what not? Sometimes your cash payment is also not reflected in your completed rides and eventually it is added in your outstanding payment so the next time if you want to book Ola you need to pay that outstanding amount. Have you guys started a loot in the name of a cab service??? Please work on your software system for the convenience of your customers/ passengers. There was too much hype for Ola Unfortunately you people failed to retain it.
I could see some people have given 5 stars rating but if you read their reviews they too are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your service and many of the users have given 1 star rating. What more you guys waiting for???

Increasing Canceling Rides Issue by Drivers

Initially when ola came to our city/country they won our hearts by giving good service, decent and well trained drivers, Maintained Cars and Very few times faced ride cancellation issue. But since a year, drivers have different attitude. Nowadays, When we book a ride, driver call us and ask first rudely (maximum times) “kidhar jhana hai?” When we disclose the destination, the 2nd question is “cash doge kya ola money?” 3rd question “aapko kitna fare dekha raha hai aap mein?” So basically they want their chosen destination else they will cancel the ride, it should be pain in cash else they will cancel the ride and main interest is kitna milega toh le ride else not interested. Have been facing this issue since many months. Whenever want to use cab service, ride cancellation is a routine. Cannot complete the ride until minimum 3 cancellation rides. So basically if i want to travel somewhere i have to keep margin of 30mins of this booking and cancellation rides issues. Also, they would wait for us to call after tired of waiting for 10-15mins and then they will inform that “behenji nahi aa raha, cancel karta hoon ride”. So basically this is their strategy to keep us wait and customer would be tired and cancel it on their own so customer gets charged and driver have reason that customer canceled it but ola doesn’t know that customer cancelled due to late coming/time issues.

Have to book atleast thrice to get a ride

Driver always calls and ask for destination and mode of payment and denies duty if destination is not in their favour or if mode of payment is not cash.
I use ola for convenience only, as price is reasonable and ease of payment. But at least two driver denies duty. It tales approximately half hour to get the cab/auto. When raised the issue of this to in-app support system, the feedback shows your issue was submitted and no other response, No doubt when the cab actually comes its a smooth and comfortable experience, but after a lot of hassle.
I would like to request the concerned person to kindly look in the matter and try and find a liable solution to this, as I am guessing I am not the only person experiencing this.
As I have observed that when we cancel a ride we are liable to pay a penalty of cancellation minimal amount but we are charged there should be a reverse system too, when driver cancels or denies the duty we should get the same amount of penalty as a discount on next ride otherwise I would be forced to use Uber and can not make my contribution for “Vocal for Local” or “Make in India”

Very disappointed with the app

The application is not at all user friendly. The payment method is one of the crucial module for any application and it should be modified only by the user and even when modified should be prompted with a confirmation pop up. But the default payment option is being changed automatically ( because of some coupon that’s been provided to give discounts) and the customer is paying twice without much knowledge on this . How ? The customer is not much used to smart phones and is only practised to book the cab and pay through cash . When the payment method automatically changes to cashless , the customer doesn’t notice about it and gives the cash to the driver and only while booking the next ride , he gets to know about the pending payment for the same ride he has paid via cash as usual . This has happened twice in the last four days of for an elderly member of my family and there is no reply from the support . It’s very much disappointing to see that customer support is handled so badly as well . Kindly do no limit the customer issues with a set of options . There should be an option to directly post the exact issue the customer has faced and kindly respond to the issue .

I will share my entire experience Ola is so fake and greedy I booked my last ride on December during corona and before that it had already been more than 6 months I selected postpaid earlier and after going home I uninstalled the app when I last used by chance u didn’t saw the payment option but after ride I paid 4200 in cash to the driver including tax also n than again I uninstalled the app but I got message from Ola when it was more than the permitted days for postpaid for adding interest to the existing amount and since that day I m complaining and they don’t have any solutions I get call from different staffs every day this is so frustrating they call and ask me u have due they don’t even know it has been 3 months now n they keep adding interest amount but have no solution they just want me to pay they are not authentic they don’t even have their drivers detail their driver took all money in cash n still didn’t correct it on app just left it like that and they are warning me that they will send legal notice their staff I have two of their names Sakshi mane from Mumbai and their was one named Neha they were rude they said to sign the notice n didn’t even listen to me there staff are very disrespectful I would suggest to not use Ola because they don’t resolve problems they create extra problems for you. This app is really at its worst and the staffs are really bad they are giving me mental pain now every day calling is disturbing it’s like they will torture u to the level u pay. And also the first time they called they said problems will be solved but suddenly they started irritating. I would like to share proves also of calls, my payment, etc kindly look into it.

Driver stole my stuffs

I’m a person who is using ola from past 5 years and this was my first experience where I need to travel through cab so I had 6 luggage’s , I booked a cab than the amount was 150 but what this driver was started roaming here and their later after saying him also he was still driving as the way he want thn it charged me 200 . After all once I got done from cab I forgot to take a bag which was their in the cab , I had taken only 5 and the 6th bag was in back seat I don’t notice ,,,I totally agree that was my fault but after once I realised I had left my bag in cab in a second I called the driver and asked him to get my bag but he demanded me to pay 300 , as my important stuff was thr in bag I couldn’t say him no to his demand than later this driver had returned my bag and I payed him 300 but when I checked my bag I had lost many stuffs of mine even money too ..

Driver asked for extra money

Don't even want to review this arrogant, rude, & unprofessional driver, who took bribe from us. But, have to write this review, in order to make the Ola management aware of this incident, which happened with us. ola always dissatisfy us, whose drivers are not even trained how to talk with passangers. the driver for our ride told us at the time of pickup that, he will take extra 100rs charges. we told him, that we will pay him the amount as per the final invoice from Ola at the end of ride. But, he didn't understand that & was arguing rudely with us & as we were running short of time, so didn't argue much with him. At the end of the ride, we paid him the amount as per the Ola invoice, but he came out of the car & started fighting with us asking for extra 100 rs. We denied giving him extra 100 rs, as it was never mentioned in the Ola booking, that the driver will charge extra amount. He started threatening us for paying extra. Because we were running short of time, after arguing with him for a minute, we paid him extra. But, on the whole this was a really pathetic experience with Ola. Had never expected this kind of service from a renowned app like Ola. This was at last he came out of the car to argue with us even tried to beat us. Ola really need to upgrade and educate their drivers. totally dissatisfied and will tell hundred more people not to use ola.

Worst customer grievance redressal

On several occasions I have experienced the lousiest form of customer service from Ola. But two experiences stand out.
1) My husband booked me a cab and paid the fair online. On reaching the destination the driver asked me to pay in cash and on insisting to see pending payment receipt he asked me to pay and get out of his vehicle as he had already accepted another trip. I asked him to wait so I could confirm with my husband if the payment had gone through but he started to yell at me to pay and get out of the car! I ultimately paid him in cash and got out of the car. He sped off even before my husband could pick up the call to confirm that payment had already been made online. On calling Ola for reversal, they denied any form of assistance.
2) happened just today. Amidst prevalent corona pandemic, I had been trying my best to avoid the train so I booked Ola. The driver reached the pick up, I sat in his car, gave him the otp. He asked me the fare and on telling him that the fair was Rupees 450, he asked me to get out of his vehicle and book another cab as he wanted more fare. I said I’ll have trouble finding another cab, but he asked me to get out of his vehicle. So I complied and tried booking again, only this time the fare had gone up to rupees 850!! I tried to reason with Ola by contacting them but you guessed it right, you just can’t contact them in person. Only bot messages that are useless!! So ultimately I had to take the train. And God bless the trains in Mumbai, because otherwise Ola would feed off our blood and sweat.

Harassing the female customer

Ola driver cancel your ride all the time. Then ola will charge you without telling you from you ola wallet. Once i needed to go to some place urgently after booking a ride from ola app, I received a call from ola executive that I should go for ola postpaid, i replied i dont need postpaid. After i reached my destination old people charged me twice( i always pay online rather than by cash) . Also a week later i got to know ola has started a postpaid service on my number. I mailed them about post paid and charging me twice for a single ride but no reply. Then i called customer care and he said “ even if you cancel postpaid, and dont use the service, you will be charged for a whole month and only after i give then money then only i wil be able to use the ola prepaid services, after that till now ola has repeatedly called me , sent me messages from unknown numbers and didnot return my money which they charged twice from a single ride. Today after getting harassed for so long and for my own peace of mind i had to pay charged for the services i havenot used and also to unlock my own money which in ola wallet. I have also used uber for my rides never for single time i have been harassed or charged extra or forced their services on me. Please be aware of the company ola.

Horrible Service and No control over driver

I had been double charged for RS 1500 last week where my wife was riding on Ola rental and this app as usual made Ola Money as default without my notice and I was out of town then. After the end of the trip (the driver didn’t even use the app throughout), driver asked for cash whereas he must be knowing from app the charge to customer would have been zero. My wife paid cash and after a while I got message that above mentioned amount was charged to me from Ola money. I checked with my wife and raised a complain with Ola immediately. The customer service is pathetic as it is only email based (no phone call available) and they did not check with me but closed the ticket that cash was not paid. When I put in social media and replied to the ticket again, I have been told that they checked but driver is denying and they can’t do much where as driver should be governed by these guys. They are asking me to lodge a police complain and drag the case further but they can’t resolve from their end. Please don’t use this cab as Ola money is a sham and they cheat people. Most of their drivers deny cab if Ola money is there and these guys double charge. Pathetic customer service and poor inclination towards customer in a service industry and very poor training to drivers, Unverified drivers who cheat people. These guys should be banned from operating in India. I will never recommend this to anyone. Please use other services not Ola ever. I cleared the Ola money due (which is the double charge as mentioned above) else they will charge fine on per day basis and deleted the app. I am not going to use the services of these cheaters and poor customer service organisation. I will not recommend this to anyone in future.

Pathetic show at airpot pick up point by drivers

Yesterday I landed at hyderabad airport, booked a cab to go to Shamirpet to my hotel. I was indicated on Ola app that go to pick up point and take any coming sedan prime car. However once I reached their I was surprised to see people arguing to get a cab with each other as it was late in night and a lot of drivers were not ready to go to places as they were far and wanted only short rides. I also checked with few driver and when told them I have to go to Shamirpet they were just not responding to me, rather took somebody else who wanted to go smaller distance. Now as no particular cab is booked while booking a ride you are screwed because it late night and you want to go to far distance and every time I tried booking ride after cancelling I am indicated only a OTP, and told to go to pick up point and find a cab for self. Seriously it is funny on OLA part to try this in INDIA where people are more and cabs are less and their drivers are smart who just want to do short trips and make more money rather go far distances. I feel OLA should remove this practice wherein their customers are trying to find and convince a cab driver to take him home.

The joy of a ride

OLA has come a long way. From contempt drivers and attitude filled new found economy, the convenience it provides by transforming it into a movement is commendable. It’s a delight to find the convenience in almost every part of the country has resulted in consumer upliftment breaking down the barriers of even a common man experiencing the luxury of four wheeler drive at an affordable price. Gone are the days of heftily paid night rides to regulated safe drives. While the factors affecting the convenience largely dependant on better managed & maintained fleets, since most of them are near verge of dilapidation, a revamping of sorts in creating more hygiene fleet management ( including in some places - hygiene drivers) is critical. OLA must focus on improving the quality of devices ( from convenience to comfort) and should standardise in certain fleet as a criteria to be part of this movement rather than any fleet. My guess is that, the next level of reform in the manner in which it is offered will require a serious face lift.

Worst service ever

I have been using OlA wherever i travel in Delhi, but nothing seems to improve. They make you wait for minimum 15 mins to arrive even if they show they are coming in 2 mins. None of the drivers are educated and mostly don’t know how to follow the behaves. They start asking d route like auto walas, so why not take auto rides instead. They always charge you more than uber. Now a new game .
I booked a cab from gurgaon and when the cab arrived on the location. The driver requested me for OTP. I booked the card via Card. So it gets deducted from the card basically. So driver being a illiterate he entered the OTP and some how stopped the ride without even beginning the ride. And it was 9.30 PM. And then he is telling mam the ride is showing complete i dont know what happened . Please resolve it later i have to go, you please book another cab. But the horror starts after that as i cannot book another cab without paying them for the ride which never took place. It’s 388 rupees!!!!! I called one of my friend for help and got saved.. but everyday i am getting calls from Ola to pay the money and i cant book further cabs .i tried hell number of times to call customer service and take the support. Bloody there is no one.

Fares are higher business standards are low...Ola lost its credibility..

As I am not happy with Ola but still taken out my precious time to write a review as I use to be one on the regular customer and loyal user of the service...when Ola started in India, was happy that we have got transportation with easy access and economical way to travel regularly. When Uber came in I was reluctant to use it while getting good service from Ola.
Suddenly there use to be high surge prices without any justification way too inconsiderate, unprofessional drivers, no response to on board issues, bad quality cars, ride cancellations, no customer interaction centre only automated responses..it’s was the time
Ola lost his connect with there customers not bothering what they are facing and I believe it happens with startups when there’s a gap for “customer first” vision.
As I have switched to Uber, they have certain challenges too but few pros are making me stick to it for a while now..
I don’t know what chances my review has to reach to Ola team, but they can make a come back if they believe in sustainability of business..

Worst customer service and harassment.

I used ola for straight 3 months almost every day and then I dint have the need to use it anymore. Ever since I stopped using ola I used to get a message saying 184 rs bill due which is not possible because I always paid by cash at the end of every ride and ola used to call me 3 times a day regularly in the least. I even contacted the customer care btw it’s really hard to contact Ola customer service I had to mail them and wait there’s no phone service available when I mailed them about my issue and asked them if I really had a pending bill please give me the details of the ride that I’m due. And the reply I got in return is we don’t have any such information but the app shows you are 184 inr due please pay it and continue using Ola services. Recently I’m getting calls from Ola saying that legal action will be taken if I don’t pay up that 184 inr due which Ola has put up on me just because I stopped using the app. Ola has been harassing me ever since it’s been 5 months now and I keep getting automated calls thrice atleast every day. Shame on you Olacabs for being so irresponsible and trying to steal from your customers.

Pathetic and disgusting service !

I booked a sharing ride while stepping out from the house...your driver picked up my booking and he started the ride...he drive the car for hardly 30 sec and said oh I can’t take this ride as I don’t have enough CNG in my car....I said ok you can fill the CNG on the way...he said no der will be long lines and will consumed lots of time so I’m cancelling your booking you need to book another ola ride and without my permission he cancelled my booking and asked me get out from the car....I had a dr appointment so I booked another ride...another guy picked my booking and I waited Atleast for 15 mins before he could reach to my place i called him to check where is he and He said I can’t serve this ride to and disconnected the call and I got cancellation msg from ola....this was very disappointing and something which I never expected from ola....you are playing with your customers...I will never recommend your service to anyone....this is so unprofessional!!!!
