Useless staff and Manager.
1st Case- Served something else from ordered thing as per there wish.
2nd Case- Late delivery and than bring cold pizza. Which i have to go to the store change it there only.
3rd Case- Today he forgot to bring Taco as ordered. Than i called customer support to raise the concern. Than store team called and said they will send the taco. Than i waited 1 hr more. After that they called and asking for my address. What a idiotic backend you have.
You have taken your customer for granted.
I personally ask people to not to order from Dominos.

So i ordered from Haldwani kusumkhera outlet around 9:10 they called at 9:30 that can you wait for 1 to 1:30 hours as its busy cause of 31st dec we said we can wait then they switched off their no. And weren’t picking up the other one.
After 15-20 calls they received and told tht its 11 and 100s of orders are pending if by 12 we deliver your order fine otherwise we will cancel it.
Seriously why they are taking orders if 100s are still pending and why they told tht it will take 1-2 hours when they should have said we can’t make it before 12 so we are refunding and cancelling your order .
Its 12:07 still i haven’t received my order yet
I am not going to order from Domino’s ever now .

I wish I could give them a 0 star domino’s Warje are the most fake people they can make stories on the spot. I placed my order by 4.15pm in the afternoon because it was not a lunch or dinner time and thinking that they will not delay the order. I have ordered 4-5 times on the same location and They never called me for my location or address. They’ve directly reached at my place but today when my order was getting delayed and Then I tried to reach there call centre first 2 time they were only saying that its getting prepared and you will get the call. Again I initiated chat after waiting 45 minutes then again they gave me the same robotic answer I asked them for branch no and branch people were so so rude after waiting for my order so long they were expecting me to act like calm. And they made up their stories that they came to my place but I didn’t answered now the point here is if the delivery boy left the store with my order I supposed to get a notification that order has been dispatched and this xyz person is coming to deliver the order I even didn’t received the msg I was only getting msgs from call centre that its baking. And post waiting for 1 and half hour they cancelled my order. The staff is pathetic no sense to talk with customers and talk about customers. They were behaving like something else by feeding the food to their loyal customers. And now I know why people have stopped eating from domino’s.

Ordered for a pizza, the status shown on the app was order ready (Order passed 2 stages such as order confirmed & Being baked) before this but when I visited the outlet for pick-up, the staff told me that the particular type of pizza is not available.. Still wondering how did the Dominos call Center confirm availability of that type of pizza and how the outlet confirmed the order and updated the status “Order is Ready”
Now I am forced to buy some other pizza since I used a coupon.. Though the store manager confirmed that the coupon can be reused, can’t trust Dominos. Pathetic app..

Downloaded the app after a year and found it much improved in terms of layout and merchandising the offerings. Delievry was on time . Few things that can be looked into :
1. Provide for a tip for the delivery person in the app itself
2. The address adding and updating is buggy. Needs to be able to provide a manual over ride to the auto location - which is a pain
3. Provide a tab or a link to add payment options - I had to finish ordering and come to the payment page to add a payment option .

I never thought i would write a negative feedback for Dominos but you guys forced me to! Day by day the quality has declined. The toppings are missing from the pizza! Everytime it was less but last night when I ordered it was just not ignorable, lesser toppings than ever. As if the order was full filled at free cost. Guys we pay for every order! Also i’ve noticed when the store wants positive feedback, the order is so nicely and well prepared that you can’t believe its the same dominos who cuts down on toppings otherwise! the next time when no feedback was needed the service was back to what it was earlier! Shame! I ordered 2 chessy pizzas last night and they looked like only pizza bread without cheese! I just hate the services now!!!

Pizza quality and delivery experience is pathetic in Sector 78, Noida by your delivery partner store Dominos *Aditya Urban Casa*. They are highly unprofessional in matching their delivery policies of 30 minutes Guaranteed Delivery or Free. Not only that but after waiting for so long, the customer gets disgusting and tasteless pizza and sides….The pizzas and garlic bread are sometimes under baked or sometimes over baked, toppings are not proper and even cheese is not up to the mark. If this is going to be continued for a while the day is not far when your customers will stop ordering and Domino’s chain will soon come to an end.
Better you start improving your quality…I hope my concern and feedback will work.

Pick up service is a good option. We save lot of money on delivery charges. Offers can be more lucrative for regulars.
Only the deliver system needs to improve. Deliver person do not come to deliver on time. We need to call which at times is no reply and then have to look for parking and go inside to find that the pizza was ready since 10 minutes but they do not bother to come out and deliver. Moreover on app it was showing as delivered.

The worst experience from royal heritage mall dominos Pune order no 164 dated 09 July 2022. I ordered at 8.24 pm and the delivery boy came at 9.53pm after one and half hour. The whole pizza got cold and even they canceled my order without providing any alternative even they didn’t ask for reorder. I waited a lot . Usually Domino’s guarantee for 30 mins but now it took 90mins. Even the attitude of talking of manager was so rude Mr. Aditya. No solution was provided. Worst experience I will ask everyone to not order from dominos. My only concern is no resolution from store manager. There is no mistake of delivery boy he had already 5 delivery with him. Store should have considered that they should not give more than 2 order to a single delivery boy.

Worst customer service, they don’t even listen for the queries. They canceled my order and then even after two days, it is not refunded. When called them, they don’t even listen, they say they’ll call back but they don’t. Not only this, one says that the money will be refunded in ur bank account and the other says that it will be credited in ur domino’s wallet. I love domino’s, but this is what bugged me the most. Idk if he said his name right but Sarvesh, their manager in Katraj outlet in Pune, was continuously rejecting my call, and was treating me as if I was asking him for his money. If they don’t treat us correct, I have no problem in proceeding to the next step and complaining in customer consumer forum. Domino’s please train your employees to talk properly.

Today 4th june 2022 I placed and order from Koperkhairne store in afternoon tru the Dominos App. I was waiting for my order and was checking the status when it came to dispatch… I got a call from delivery agent that he can’t drop at my location and gave me 2 landmarks to come and collect the order. Im in my 2nd trimester and had guests at my place and so I requested him to deliver, yet he denied and said if I can come to one of these locations only he will give me my order. Thats rude and not appropriate from safety point of view. If he or the store doesn’t wants to deliver the order to my location, they could have simply denied to accept order, we could have ordered from zomato or swiggy there was no need to download domino’s app and order it. What if such things happen with some other female and she is called to some specific location to collect order, is store responsible for her safety concerns?? And more over the store gets the location and they can simply deny delivering the order instead of calling someone to some other location apart from the drop location. I request the authorities to look into this matter.

I placed an order at 7:20, but delivery been delayed, when I called delivery boy at 8 he said he is coming. After an hour (since order) I called again they said product delivered. Delivery guy name is Ram. They transferred line to Rajesh, store manager, he started yelling at me, saying product delivered long back. Given to two ladies. On my repeated request, he said he can’t do anything. Than Ram delivery person said he will deliver again, when I asked about store manager name they disconnected line. After almost 90 mins (since order) my food delivered, when I asked ram what is name of store manager, he denied several times. My order no is 110. YOUR SERVICE GONE HORRIBLE.

I want the management to see this and dos something for these delivery boys who deliver fresh food to us irrespective of time, climate or any other reasons. Would really appreciate if you can provide rain wear to your staff when they are out for delivery during rainy season. Its sad to see them drenched in rain and do the delivery. Hoping something would be done regarding this.

Dont trust for online order they will promise to deliver your order within 30 minute but they don’t they just simply show your order is delivered from their end within 30 minute, its been 2 hours i also tried to call on the outlet given number but the number is switched off i am sitting and waiting for my order but there is no sign and no track of my order, i connected to the customer care number as well the customer executive was so polite he also tried to connect with the restaurant but he wasn’t able to, so he suggest me to wait longer i ordered pizza at 9:15pm at night but it 11:00pm and there is no sign of my order, do i need to wait for full night. Also i asked to the customer executive to cancel my order he said he can’t do that because they marked as my order has been delivered within 30 minutes and they even dont care about the customer if you cannot do what you say then you should not promise, learn from other restaurants.
They also won’t refund my amount, i told the executive to take it as donation. So beware guys

This is my updated review and seems like nothing is going get better with these guys… Now they have crossed all the limits… After sending me stale food Dominoz pizza sent me some credit points for next order… Forget the order rather I would say increase salary of your store managers or one who are making pizza’s atleat they will stop eating out from our pizza’s and could buy one for themselves… This experience is at totally new place hoping to get better food however it seems these people are more towards “Being Cheap” policy Uninstalling for following reasons: Poor quality Pizza’s and they are delivering it in row… Need a high quality managers for the stores who do not care about anything but sales of their store… First time I have seen local pizza stores doing better in every aspect of taste, quality and service… Dominoz is a first high value company degrading itself into a no-value store for food… No actions on complaints… Poor quality of material, cheeze burst pizza’s cheezes seems to be eaten out or quantity reduced by thug managers or one whos controlling inventory… Seriously cheap food at a high prices with a gangster attitude…

The app choose the location as goa when i am in karnataka … and it choose as a dine in … i am a new user and this is my first order … when i tried to raise complaint it goes to virtual assistance and it gives only set of question where you can just contact store or give a feedback for food not for the app or app mistake or anything else… it wont even allow to contact any one tech team we just need to talk to a computer which is dumb … and end of the story i lost my money … trust me swiggy and any other food app even kfc has there own app which is far better and ya pizza hut even there app is better … if you keep feed back or anything where is the option to contact regarding app ?? Cus there is where we are ordering …

On 5 th feb 2022 I order 1 chocolava cake and one large veg extravaganza pizza the order no. Is 201 . I order it in 7:45 and it was delivered in 8:20 , so it was late and as per dominos policy the ₹300 will be in your wallet in 24 hour but now it’s 4 days no such amount of money is in my wallet . And I am trying to contact dominos customer service or the shop where I got my order but there is no respond and I am also trying from the dominos app from where I placed the order there they are showing order time was 7:45 which was correct but they change the deliver time it was 8:13 . So I recommend if your order is late so please take ₹300 at the payment time or else they will not give .

Absolutely love the value with their "buy at least two" deal going on. I save a lot of money's and it's easy to sell at work. Plus, I get a free pizza every now and then using my points. How awesome is that? I rarely give my business to anyone else when it comes to pizza.
is Very professional and excels in his customer service skills.. 5 stars to him and the other staff there.. My 2nd time getting pizza from there.. The food is fresh and on point really good.. I haven't had that experience at other dominos so I just had to write the reveiw and show my appreciation for getting great and friendly professional service and the good being on point definitely puts this dominos on the top of the list..

The review is for the dominos app and not their service ( don’t have any issues with service as well) The app works really well - it is quick and delivers what we need. I am personally happy with the app. The reason I state that this is only for the app is because I saw other comments about service while the ask is for the app and the ordering experience. The service might change where you are and on different circumstances but the app stays the same. I love dominos.

I had ordered from the dominos app on Nov 3, 2021 at 19:08. My order number was 42 and I was shown the 30 min delivery guarantee when the order was placed. I waited till 19:40 and yet the order was not delivered on time. I have all the necessary screenshots with me. I contacted the dominos store guy and he said they will get back to me confirming with the delivery boy. But they did not get back and now they are not answering my phone. This is in regards to the Little World Dominos at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
When I try to raise my concern through the app feedback and when I select the delivery was late, they have the audacity to show that the order was delivered in 25 mins and at 19:34 which is just false. I have the necessary call logs and screenshots to expose their lies.
Highly unprofessional behaviour from them. Don’t advertise guarantee if you have no intention to fulfil it.
The restaurants have the worst service ever

This is the third time this is happening. We went to a store in Nerul and the people over there denied taking order, 1st time they said that they have a huge online order and they cannot serve people in the restaurant, the second time they said that make an order online they cannot take orders in their system as there was no network on my phone at that time, I returned empty handed again. THIS IS THE THIRD AND LAST TIME I WENT, they aren’t even paying attention to what we are saying, laughing and giving high five to each other and trying to mock us while we are trying to place an order, finally a person came from inside and said “Place the order online”. I am done with the recklessness of people in dominos and the service provided.

There are plenty of things which are not making any sense just like Kadai pizza and all the Indian stuff which you put on pizza and making it so much expensive that a normal people cannot afford it keep it small and keep it simple for the people because the basic of pizza making is to make the people fulfil their desires within a limited amount of money as I know about Dominos history I am writing this comment.

It is not the first time dominos has been unprofessional. After waiting for almost an hour I received a message from a random ID that my order has been canceled despite my order being delivered on the same location many a times. Before that too dominos keeps u waiting for an hour or more and then call you up and tell you that so and so item ain’t available . Also the person on messages , is not apologetic , or professional from any manner . The food must be good , but the customer service , is ZERO . They surely do take the customers lightly . Unless you make a public comment then for reputation they act as if they would be handling it . NOT ORDERING Ever .

Lol no on we need to make sure and keep an evidence of pizzas which are not good. I Trusted dominos for best quality of pizza with such an wonderful taste than any other pizza shop. Now the taste is getting worst. Have come across 3-4 times and when complained they say sorry n next time we will improve. What’s the point of sorry when the same outlet keeps on repeating the same mistake. And when complain they ask us to maintained the proof. How would I know I shld keep a picture of all the three flavours of pizza. Just took a picture of one and now they say we will refund the amount only for the evidence you showed. Should we enjoy the meal of click picture. Un happy with the resolving team as well. Truly disappointed with my favourite pizza shop

I ordered pizza for my mother as I was out of town. It was my Mom’s birthday and she loves pizza. Rahul -the delivery guy called me to pick up the delivery. I requested if he can just pick up a rose along with the pizza , it will make my mom feel really special. He said he would be happy to do that and he picked to flowers from the local shop and delivered it to my mom along with her favourite Domino’s pizza. I called the delivery guy Thanked him and asked him any how much i need to pay for the flower . he denied to receive the pay for the flower. i was amazed to see such a sweet gesture and service from Domino’s . Kudos to Rahul and Domino’s Team !

Today I visited Zirakpur Outlets I found the harassment from Domino’s Employees by seeing that they are online they are selling the product from offline mode rather than online by showing that they are busy but we found that they are taking order offline even we also there to order but if u purchased e voucher you cannot do order you have to visit other outlet
Total Harassment Zirakpur Outlet…I never visited again Domino’s just used today vouchers and I never buy voucher or order pizza from Domino’s

This app is a waste of time and a BIG scam.
I personally had a worst experience with this, I ordered 2 pizzas and I waited for 60+ minutes, still no response. I went to the app and the app glitched it showed only previous orders, it’s like I never ordered. Therefore, do not order it and it’s a waste of money and time, it TOOK ALL OF OUR MONEY, and NO FOOD. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

It’s been 6 days a s am still waiting for the refund. Even though I have attached the payment details and bank reference no. In the email. Very disappointed

I tried ordering a pizza from the app but when I was done choosing I went into cart but I couldn’t it said 5 Items in cart outside but when I went in cart it not load in for several minutes and I don’t mean one or two minutes but a solid 15 to 20 minutes and when it loaded, it said I had nothing in cart even though I had five items I tried it from the website too same thing happened and they were also not picking up when I called them and eventually it was 8 pm when the store closed down I could not have my pizza then and my kids in hope for having pizza were really sad and cried a lot, it was a very disappointing experience I hope you improve improve it.

We ordered various pizzas and they told us that it will take time to deliver. We were ok with that but our order got delivered late after 90mins and it was all cold. We were try to track our order but we didn’t got anything helpful from the app. We tried to contact the outlet(nagar road highway, wagholi) also but they didn’t have any idea regarding our order. They were helpless and behaved rude with us over phone call. We were just praying that order get deliver so that we wont have to sleep empty stomach. It was already 10:40 in the night.
Next time i am not going to order from dominos and will share my worst ever experience with other people and tell them not to order from dominos. I wrote this cos i want the dominos team to know that what’s happening here on ground level.

I think domino’s bharuch is trying to improve its services and also the quality of its pizzas and other items.
I ordered a farmhouse pizza with extra mushrooms and I was really happy with the amount of mushrooms on my pizza. It was honestly overloaded with mushrooms when it reached and truly delicious. Even the stuffed garlic bread beat my expectations and tasted amazing.
Delivery was also before time and In perfect condition: hot & ready to eat !!
I’ve had bad experiences too, but this time dominos really impressed me.

Pathetic service. Dominos is great.. but the service this franchise gives is really bad, I think they should understand what Hospitality means at least... everytime bad experience.. ordered online Moroccan non veg pizza.. but after payment they called and said that is not available.. that's fine I substituted with another pizza as they asked.. obviously they have no control over online menu, or they dont bother, or are just slack.. sent me seasoning, one packet chili flakes and 7 packets oregano for order of two large pizzas.. I mean who does that? Were they low on chilli flakes as well.. not really.. but again careless staff... amd again.. when I changed my toppings to jalapeno and chicken on customize menu of pizzas.. they send me the original.. with no change in toppings... horrible staff.... I swear.. do u guys have a manager to ensure your quality standards.. u r just feeding off Diminos brand value and giving pathetic service. Does Dominos brand even care? Please guys we pay money to buy your food..please make sure you offer service that you promise... all other states and places we get warm and inviting staff.. here the staff is just confused and cannot handle the service the brand really offers.. shame

Made an order using HDFC net banking, the amount got debited but the order showed cancelled. Tried contacting dominos on chat but it asked for which order I had concerns for. The current order was not showing in the list and it was only my last order from jan that was showing. Tried reaching them on customer care number but it was also saying invalid. There was no way I could raise a concern. Finally used 2-3 old orders to raise a concern. Got a call in 45 mins regarding the complain but they put the entire blame on HDFC bank, stating there is no order showing at their end. They should have a cancelled or pending order like ZOMATO or swiggy, so one can raise a concern. Anyhow, the amount should come back but the services/technology is pretty POOR.

After payment made from UPI the amount got debited from my account and the transaction is showing successful but the order was not placed and it is not even showing in the order history. No use contacting the store and customer care is very very poor. In the application customer support page will not even open. IF YOU ARE BUYING A LARGE QUANTITY DO NOT PAY ONLINE. IT IS SHAMEFUL THAT THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY AND OPEN DOOR FOR CUSTOMERS IN CASE OF gGRIEVANCE. This kind of flaws in the app will definitely effect the band some day. And developer gives such an unprofessional answer to contact them on Facebook. PLEASE HAVE SOME ETHICS.
Pathetic App - No option to cancel order

I placed an order on dominos App for my area. After reaching the outlet they said the order is not with them but with another outlet in same area.
Tried to cancel prepaid order through App and there is no option to cancel the order!
As I was short of time I requested them if they can internally manage this and deliver my prepaid order but they didn’t.
Meanwhile the email confirmation I got with the other outlet’s contact no was invalid phone no.
Tried to contact support through App but there was this virtual assistant and no human to help- virtual assistant told me to email them as their team is not available to assist.
I kept trying the outlet on given ph# in email to cancel my order but the number was invalid.
Within 20 minutes it said order has been picked up although I didn’t pick my order!
After 1.5 hours they called me from another number saying my order is ready for pick up, I told them to cancel my order and refund.
They cut the call and now no one is picking my call and I have lost my amount I paid for pre-paid order.
Never place prepaid-order through App as once paid you will loose your hard earned money.

The app is accessible and convenient to use. I am only irritated at the way refunds work. Ordered an Alphonso mango drink last time. The staff didn’t cross check and they confirmed my order. I was in for a shock when they said that it wasn’t available. I asked for a refund as I didn’t want to have any other drink. They told me that the refund will take seven working days. That’s not fair on your part Dominos. Your staff are at default they should have cross checked whether the drink was available or not

It's happened to me twice now, where the delivery representative marks the delivery half way through the journey and when I try to there support/help page, they have made it so confusing and irritating so that you can't even reach any live help representative. When I ask for the store's contact number it comes as invalid. And to top it off there is no feedback ticket creation option available on the app where you can write this. the audacity, confidence and the incompetence is so much that they haven't even put up a number where you call their helpline and get the queries answered and when we try to reach their common helpline no one picks up the one
I thought ordering dominos through Dominos app would be better, but I'm gonna permanently switch to swiggy now atleast they take responsibility for the mishaps.

I really love Bhiwadi’s franchise of Domino’s. They are extremely helpful and sweet. They make sure you get what you ordered and even if I’m a bit late my order never goes cold. There’s this lady whose name I couldn’t catch, I think she’s the only female helping today. She’s absolutely a sweetheart. I order from here every Saturday and I must say I’m quite satisfied. I live in Delhi but I git stuck in Bhiwadi because of the Pandemic, I never thought Bhiwadi’s branch will up to the mark! The only thing I look forward every Saturday is domino’s.

I placed order and then I got a call that burgers are not available so I can place order for other stuff. I refused and I asked them to refund the money to my credit card. I was told it will be done in 24-48 hours then I saw it was credited to my dominos wallet. I mean why? The service is so bad that the delivery guy refused to deliver at door step and told me that if I don’t come down to take my order he will leave it with security guard. This is not acceptable. I tried to register complaint on app but it’s so stupid app that only virtual assistant is there and that doesn’t do any thing. You can’t post feedback also. No human behind customer care. Stay away from dominos both quality and service is pathetic.

This restaurant is really really awful. I have ordered pizza many times from this app and they say 30 mins guarantee but 90 percent of the times I get my order delivered late. Each time they promise me a refund but I have got that refund only 2 times out of 15 odd times when the pizza has been delivered late. I have contacted the store manager , toll free number many times. They are always apologetic but never seem to correct on their mistake. My last order experience was the worst of them all. I have not got my pizza delivered after 2 hours and I cannot reach any of their helpline numbers. This would also be the last time I have used this app. These guys need to seriously work on their customer relations. Promising stuff just for the sake of it.

Worst experience ever had with dominos and their customer service. Last order got delivered in 1 hour and 45 mins on 8th November, which was promised to us within 30 mins. We had to eat the cold pizzas with pathetic taste. After calling several times to the customer service, they are good in only raising concerns over and over again but not to resolve the concerns. We are asking for the refund which is always promised by dominos if not received order within 30 mins, but still no resolution provided till date and it’s been the 4th day now. Pathetic customer service staffs with pathetic english but very good in disconnecting the calls of the customers. Super disappointed with dominos and never ever use them again in future.

I have placed my order around 8:40 pm and it was delivered around 9:40 pm almost after1 hr. The pizza box was damaged and pizza was completely distorted. Toppings were stuck to the box.. pizza bread can be easily seen ... cheesy dip was not there. I have called the customer care , they didn’t do anything regarding this.. they called the respective store but store was as usual unavailable. Nobody is helping me in this situation with immediate effect... I have paid for it n nobody is there to solve the problem.. this app is completely useless .. u ppl don’t have the problem solving system , on calling the customer care u just put the complaint that is ur solution SERIOUSLY. So what i do now like at present when I m hungry n really need decent food to eat... I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO PLEASE DONT USE THIS ... You delivered our order but not on time due to which we talked to the headperson of the dominos janipur , jammu with the help of the delivery man and they told us that we will recieve cashback of 300 rupees in our account within 24 hrs but still i didnt get im using dominos for a long time and never had this much disappointment please take some action as soon as possible im still waiting . in short dominos tried to befool us by saying that we will recieve a cashback but we are still waiting and didnt recieve any money yet i want an answer reply me fast . Is it a joke ? U are trying to make us fool by first suggesting for cashback and then giving nothing im an old user of dominos and never went through this much disappointment

The app is just ridiculous. You cannot order anything with this! It takes the payment before confirming the order, in case you wanna make a non-cash payment. The best part of this? They take the payment but take hours for confirming the order. When you finally die off of hunger, your skeletons will get the update that the order couldn’t be placed! To add to the miseries, they can take the payment right away, but reversing the payment, yeah well, maybe your children’s skeletons will get the refund.
To Dominios,
Don’t take the payment till you confirm the order. Also, you need to end your 16th century banking policies as there’s a new thing called as UPI. Just google it, it will tell you how to revert the payment RIGHT AWAY.

Order no:26 and too late delivery at least taken time to delivery 56 minutes and i was very hungry.i didn’t get any contact number also and searched in the internet and called to operator he told directly you can talk with delivery boy and I said ok and waited how ever deliver boy had come and he didn’t ask any details at me and gave ordered and left . So I came in room and opened all boxes top of the pizza onions and capsicum totally bunt and anther box chicken wings totally mixed seems disaster and I have taken photographs and dumped in the dustbin no taste as of dominos why they had made like that I don’t then how should I get money back and I ordered in online and paid at online only plz be polite at dominos

Order Number - 124, Date - 26Nov. This order from Satya Niketan, Delhi came late after 50mins from ordering. The payment was done online when I told the delivery person that the order is late he rudely replied that he will punch the order late so that I will get a refund. Next day when I didn’t get any message from Dominos I contacted Dominos and the Satya Niketan outlet the person there rudely told me he is not able to check in his records whether a late punch is there or not and asked me to contact some other time. I have also submitted a feedback yet nothing from Dominos and I am trying my luck one more time. Pathetic service from Dominos and it seems they don’t care about their customers. I would urge Dominos if they can’t deliver on their promises don’t advertise on the 30min or free policy trying to mislead your customers.
Also the tracking status said delivered automatically after 30mins - fraud status!

Have place an order through dominos app and my order number is 370... more than hour am still waiting ... but app shows that u have delivered my order .. when I call at customer care their one favourite line its festival time we are having too much rush and they are not able to manage order ... and they don’t have any solution ... which shows how poor their operation team management is ... its right that Pizza Hut Ads shows that its time to change ur old pathetic service ... am very disappointed with u guys ... Hi team this side Deepender. I had placed an order today, he said that we do not have tomatoes available out of stock, then add some more place to their place, they delivered me at least 1:00 pm I Order at 11:00 am And nothing came from the proportional response on their behalf. It was very worthless to talk to them. Pathick service support was absolutely not worthless at all. It is still 2nd time in the last 7 days. I had ordered an earlier even. That time they don’t have chicken.
One more think I applied the coupon,which above rs449, now the order that contains a garlic bread and one free coke botte , while the delivery boy says that Sir has not come to the system please talk to customers care , then I have got my full refund of this.
I also go to social media with same concerns.

The new update that has come up is amazing! The app animations and graphics are very smooth and look great.
Usability wise there has been a huge change and the app is much more user friendly compared to the previous versions.
1 suggestion is the Multiple Offers that are present can be shown in a better way. I couldn’t find the regular pizza offer. I had to click on the medium pizza offer to get to this. I knew that the offer existed because I checked in Swiggy. Other users may not be aware.
