Horrible experience after the updates.
Way too many adds and the app never loads.. even on apple x n other high end phones. Really annoyed and disappointed with the app now. These adds are too flashy and can’t read anything as there are too many videos and flash advertisements which will actually effect your eyes. Please fix the app on immediate basis before all of us uninstall.

It should get a 4 star rating but for ads the whole experience is fully screwed, too many annoying ads and they keep moving. So, closing ads is also complicated. At times it fully covers the content.

Goal team, I want only the genuine news from the football world because I love the game...do not let your writers to guess things and write from their imagination and noting it like “according to “xxxxxxx” reporters from these country ( most of the time it’s not genuine) and put stories to grow your viewership. Try to be different from the clan...be genuine in what you do...as your name represent...it’s just a game, which a lot take into their heart...try to know the feeling...be true!

One of the best app which gives you some good information with anything and everything related to football, from fixtures to transfer rumours to scores. You can find everything here. Its just the advertisement which spoils it a bit.

Everytime I open the app I am shown a video ad and then on every post I want to read I get a vdo ad. Maybe they can concentrate a bit more on football

It has become a waste after the last update
I am using this app for the last 4 years but after the last update I dont like it.
No option for following my fav team news and updates.
It's unfortunate I have to switch after such long association

Was a superb app but update was a downgrade actually
This app used to be the first go to app for me for any football related update. Being a Barca fan, I could favourite the team and pretty easily access all the articles with even remote relevance which is a loss in latest update. The new version is too cluttered with bulk of information. The could have been more organized as it was in previous version. A five star app got robbed off 2 stars due to it’s own upgrade.

Decline seen in recent years
I have been browsing Goal.com for nearly 8 years heavily. iOS version of Goal.com has been in pretty bad shape. Earlier trouble was with wasted pages.. then became advertisement headache, literally not allowing to read any article...and now I no more can follow a team in Asia or Africa or Latin... No more stared or personal favorite teams and leagues prioratizer’s.... Football is not Europe... Goal.com seems pretty worthless, I now use Google to know Football status.... Please correct years of error or we might prefer Google......😕

TOO MANY IRRITATING AD’s
It’s very very irritating to see lots of disturbing ad’s popping up making us unable to read the articles in app.
The whole purpose of using the app gets spoiled and we wouldn’t recommend anyone to use/download this app.

Screwed up experience
It was a great app until you introduced the video ads which dont go away. Completely disappointed by the change. I understand the need for ads but please ensure they dont pop up in every article, or repeatedly in the same article. It has completely destroyed the essence of the app.

Amazon Prime videos pop up every minute. Cannot skip them. Even if I watch them till the end after 60 seconds they are back and have to watch them. Don’t know if this is an issue just for me but will delete the app soon. Wish I could give it zero stars

By all means have ads in the app for monitization but try and make them less annoying please. For example your video ads will not stop me from reading an article no matter how many times I close it. Too many and buggy ads
I understand you all want to make money, but please have some patience and let the user use the app first. It's really annoying to open up the app and immediately see an interstitial.
Let us at least read an article or two. On top of this, the new video ads are buggy. They keep coming up again and again even after dismissing. Even when a video ad is completed, it again shows up from beginning. Disappointing update. Will switch to some other football app soon.
