This app is so cheaply made that it makes me puke so badly.
• Unresponsive App with high API latencies
• Blocking a scammer would still show them in your cards where folks have liked you
• Only Men buy flash cards and disguise themselves as women then they end up sending flash cards to rich men so that they could scam them by giving ig handles or social network handles.
• As women have a lot of options they don’t bother to look at any profile rather they sit there like a prize and wait for men to right swipe on them.
• Fake profiles are plenty, if you want to know if the images are copied from somewhere use google image search.
Those men who are thinking of using this App, I kid you not it’s plain worthless piece of junk.
Avoid this app at all cost.

There is no privacy in your app, there are lots of profile in your app, who share her no on chat and ask for nude video call, after that they made a video of that call and ask for the money, if u denied then they upload that videos or photos over the social media….So I request you to add at least one verification process where the face should matched with the uploaded pictures while doing the verification….this should be helpful for everyone.

Concept of finding people while moving from one place to another was such a good concept before covid pandemic , but i dont think it works anymore, please switch to showing all profiles just like all other dating platforms Maps is a good concept but just in name, it does not show any new profiles , but only displays profiles which i have already liked , i dont know how that help our experience Most of the users profiles are very old and they haven’t opened the app or uninstalled it long ago , but they are still shown in the swipe screen As a premium member , i should atleast get the profiles sorted by latest online Most of the profile have fake photos, you should atleast force users to verify there pics just like other platforms, this is most important of you dont want to keep losing ur user base I should be able to filter profiles by what they are here for, with this i do not need to waste my time rejecting profiles which i am not looking for

do not swipe right if you find another state’s person. i don’t understand why this app showing us another state’s person rather than it should show us nearby or pass by person. i’m telling you my personal experience that happened with me in may/2021 after update new version. some girl will blackmailing threw this kind of app. they will ask for whatsapp chat after they screen shot and record your video call after they will find your facebook id and choose some your random friends for send your pic and video. they ask for money otherwise they will viral your video. so please guy be safe from this kind of fraud.

Earlier app used to show all the people whom you crossed paths and matching was good. These days it shows only 2/3 people with whom you’ve crossed paths. It shows that some people have liked your profile but doesn’t show me the people who crossed paths and asks frequently to buy subscriptions. I think this is done intentionally to increase the revenue. Anyway, i am uninstalling the app. Happn is going the tinder way sadly.

There are lots of bug in your app. I don’t know if this is the requirement of your product that i crossed path with so many people but it is showing some other location. I know your team is doing to improve it. But fix the bug as there are many crashes in the app. Sometimes some message got lost.

I am using it from 6months. It’s an awesome app. I wouldn’t had given it 4 stars but 5stars😍. But i am feeling difficulties to use it. Earlier versions UI was very simple and easy to use. We were able to see atleast 3-4 persons at time on screen and its scrollable. But seeing every single person crossed at a time is way diffucult. I’m losing my old friends. Please solve, you should give earlier versions like UI

I have download happn app earlier with paying one month subscription and then uninstalled, but on 31 Jul its auto renewed and debited my account of rs 789 and today also my bank account has been debited of rs 789. Kindly refund my money at earliest as I am not using this app and uninstalled long back

I am not able to upload pictures from facebook or from gallery. Only thing I can do is click the picture from a camera then it will upload. There is some serious bug in the application.
Don’t know if you will pay attention or fix this but I had a very bad experience and going to delete the application.

If u are working on premium than this app is no longer available in the market I suggest give full version to the client then it will become larger than instagram
UI and functionality issue

In application there is an UI issue. Suppose someone crosses me and i like that user so now there is not one to still i am getting a UI to like, remove etc design in the application.
And when i tried to contact happn people from happn website. Your contact form gets submitted by just entering emailid and on tap of return key they form gets submitted.
Alot of things to improve. Mainly testing.

By mistake the payment got deducted from my account anyways that’s ok if it got but at least provide the service for which you have deducted. Best is when I tried to reach there customer support team none of them even thought of listening or caring to my concern.

Still Happn is not while after the new update in iOS. It is not connected with the internet. Kindly resolve this issue so we can again enjoy this app.
