I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the BharatMatrimony app, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the very beginning, the app's approach to handling users has been deceitful and manipulative. After registering, they bombard you with continuous calls, pressuring you to purchase their premium plan. If you choose not to do so, their actions only get worse.

To make matters worse, the app sends fake profile requests to users, creating a false sense of connection. Upon accepting these requests, they then force you to buy the premium plan just to communicate with these fake profiles. It's a clear ploy to coerce users into purchasing their plan, and it's utterly unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is that after investing in the premium plan and reaching out to these fake profiles, they pretend to be the management of the matrimony service. This level of deception is simply appalling and shows a complete lack of respect for their users.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against installing the BharatMatrimony app. Their deceptive practices and attempts to fool users are unethical and unfair. There are plenty of other reputable platforms available that prioritize the genuine connections and well-being of their users. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a better experience.

Contrary to the responsibilities associated with this position, Madhumala has consistently failed to meet my expectations. Furthermore, after paying for the package and signing up for premium services, Madhumala abruptly stopped responding to my calls and messages. This lack of communication not only left me feeling neglected but also raised serious doubts about the integrity and professionalism of Bharat Matrimony as a whole.

I believe it is essential for a reputable matrimony site like Bharat Matrimony to provide personalized assistance and prompt support to its paying customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. The absence of any suitable profiles and the complete lack of response from my relationship manager have made it clear that the service I received was far from satisfactory.

I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Specifically, I expect a refund for the unjustifiable charges I have paid for services that were not delivered as promised. Additionally, I urge you to review your internal procedures and enhance your staff training to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar distressing experiences.

UI/UX is really bad of this application always it will keep loading when we click on any tab am observing from more then 2 months really bad team is working on this application. jevansathi app is good then you guys.

Expected a certain level of User Experience(UX) for a well established company, but this is worst. since there are more than 5 hundred thousand people actively using this platform. Most of the time clicks do-not work, while going through the profiles suddenly refreshes and goes back to the home page or if you try to open any profile immediately it switches to the next one without you doing any thing.

Do not create your profile on this app. They will share your data and create profile on other matrimony sites which will have a lot spam accounts to get your attention and tempt you get subscription for those sites.

You are maintaining caste based, sub caste based websites and simply polarising people’s choice. You are creating more and more divide within Indian society which is very shameful. And the most pathetic part is that if i update something in one website then the same is NOT BEING REPLICATED IN OTHER CATEGORY BASED WEBSITES. FIRST OF ALL WHO ASKED YOU SHARE MY DATA IN YOUR SEPERATE CATEGORY BASED WEBSITES ? (Probably t&c, still its PATHETIC) And why are you NOT REPLICATING THE DATA ACROSS ALL OF YOUR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY BASED “sub” websites. IT’S HIGHLY FRUSTRATING AND PATHETIC.

Website is clean and neat where as app is hectic.

1. Force closes most of the time.

2. Mailbox tab doesn’t work properly at times

3. Refreshes and automatically shuffles matches.

4. On viewing one profile automatically shows up next/other profile.

5. Notifications tab doesn’t work properly.

6. Photo uploading part makes the app Auto close itself.

Please work on your app and give us a glitch free experience.

How can an app with such a great user base be so bad. It doesn’t load profile most of times. Cant go back also. App doesnt seem to respond most of times. I paid around 5000 for 3 months to use this thing. So ridiculous. I am usinh iphone 13 pro and iOS 16

Hello There,

This app doesn’t work as expected. I see too many bugs within this app. Keep crashing all the time or ask me to login all the time.

I spoke to an escalation team agent regarding this but nothing worked. If you send an interest to profiles, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. So please check your interest from browser. Though i’m a paid customer they failed to provide service as they advertise.

I am hindu brahmin and the recommended muslim girl , edit pref is not working , membership have 2 option 😟 why .? One for Prime and other regular what dost it mean partner pref not working filter not working i am from north india delhi and they always show me south indian profile are you mad 😠

The app is slow and clunky. Most times it won’t refresh. You are better off using their website.

If you make the mistake of paying for their service, they will keep spamming you will calls and e-mails to get you to upgrade. If you are on the most expensive tier, and it is one month before expiry, they will call you at least 6 times a day asking you to renew. It is super annoying. They won’t stop no matter how many times you request them to.

DO NOT PAY THEM. THEY WILL DROWN YOU WITH SPAM.

You will get 3-4 calls from sales executives for upgrading the account to premium. Once you upgrade your account they will still call you to further upgrade the membership.

They will continue this even after requesting to stop these calls. They don't care about your inconveniences.

They will call you from different numbers. If you manage to block all the numbers. Then they will block your profile.

It’s harassment.

Very bad experience with there support executives… they don’t do any enquiry before taking any action, by listening to one side they just suspended by sisters premium account and in return they are asking my sister to send apology mail without any fault how harassing is that….
