Numerous spam call from relationship managers.
Such annoying people. Called me 16 times in 2 days to ask me take assisted services. The relationship managers are leeches. They send existing profile of a girl. When we pick up the call they will say sorry this profile is not available. Please take assisted services. We will help you. This is disgusting. They pay to get all these fake reviews. Fraud people. Beyond that the app is incredibly slow. Have to close and open again every 10 minutes

Worst Experience with Customer Support
The person called me and asked me for paid membership, but I told him right now I’ll not go for paid membership, then he told me that should he cancel the interest that I’ve sent to the matches? I asked why would he do that. So, he said if I’m not going for paid membership then he’ll cancel the interests that I’ve sent and also he mentioned that unlog ko bhi pata chalna chahiye ki aap unme interested nahi ho…
I mean what kind of behaviour is that??
Now there are 4 main concerns here:
1. Security Concern: There is no security, they can do whatever they wanna do with your information (IMPORTANT).
2. They just asks for money without even telling the benefits because I don’t know if they will provide or not according to their behaviour.
3. They don’t even introduce themselves or give information about themselves when they talk to you.
4. Security Concern: They use some random phone number to call you.
You’ve surely lost one customer and also I’ll not recommend to anybody download this app for matrimonial purposes.
If anybody is reading this, I’d recommend go for Shaadi or Jeevansathi or any other matrimonial app but not this one.

Poor Tech and full of fake profiles
We joined Bharat matrimony just a week back and first thing that hit us was very poor technology and poor interface. Navigation is poor rather very poor. Worst is it is full of fake profiles with fake numbers. We took 3 months paid membership.
In addition they call form you to take premiums assisted service and evenmoffered two week free service even that is horrible. They themselves give profiles that don't match your documented preferences. Pathetic.

Worse App with horrible Ui and pathetic customer support
Created an profile and after submitting all the necessary details, i was unable to preview my profile and also unsure, whether the uploaded pictures are visible to others or not. Whenever, i tapped on preview, all i can see is their stupid membership pitch, instead of how my profile is actually looking. Addition to that, even after tapping trillion billion times on the home icon, i was not redirected.. Cx support is by the worse I’ve seen.
Now please don’t give me stupid and silly response stating, update the app/ uninstall and re-install it again

I don’t want to recommend this app.
I’m very disappointed with the service provided by Bharat Matrimony. When I contacted customer care regarding the 21-day refund policy, the representatives did not seem to have proper knowledge about the refund process. Instead of giving clear answers, they asked me to send an email to the help desk team.
Unfortunately, the backend help desk team did not respond properly either. In some cases, tickets were closed without providing a valid explanation or proper resolution. This experience has been very frustrating.

once payment is done game is over from their side , you are not going to get new profiles . I have done payment for 2nd time and seeing same 10-15 profiles that i saw 3 months back . Please don’t install this app and don’t fall for their trap. It’s absolute garbage of an app, They are charging ₹11K for annual plan but after you subscribe you will get known that you can view 140 contacts only within your subscription period. The worst part of the whole experience is you just can’t send request to anyone you will have to send message to each and every profile on their app. It’s a complete waste of money and time. I regret paying them so please stay away from Bharat Matrimony and their group.

Waste of money: Very limited profiles
I downloaded the app and shortly after the service team contacted me regarding the paid membership. I used the app for barely a week due very limited number of profiles. Additionally, nearly 90% of the profiles don’t have images and appear fake. When reached out to the support team, they asked me to pay more to view the images. Basically they are busy extracting money from us. Overall, it was a poor experience and waste of money.

Assisted Service is a total scam.
If you can manage your own profile and navigate through all the low quality/fake inbounds it is okay. NEVER opt for the assisted services as it is just a sales team. They will hassle you relentlessly to renew your account and will get no contact once you renew.
They got me to renew thrice on false promises (beware, they’re glib talkers) and I was able to get just one worthy profile in 9 months in spite of following up closely. I asked them to keep me posted on the work they’re doing for me. They contact less than 5 people a week and even in that, most are marked as “Call not connected.” You can easily manage your own profile better than this!

Extremely horrible app and service
We had subscribed to assisted matrimony for 6 months for which they charge substantially. The entire duration of the subscription they did not suggest any good profiles. They were supposed to assign an agent who personally looks for matches and talks to both the parties. The agents kept changing every 1 month and the new agent would start the process all over again. Then the agent would not contact us till we asked for an update. When asked for an update they would say there are no good matches or just forward the one’s we had already viewed or shortlisted. Then the agent sends 4-5 profiles right when the subscription is about to end and gets very active and asks us to renew the membership. The main motive of this app is to make us keep viewing and searching so that they can make money. They do not care about the success of the matches or giving good service. Please do not waste your time on this app.

Fraud app
Guys this particular app is a fraud . Even if you become a gold member or paid member , these guys wont release or show good matches until you pay 20-25,000 Rs. extra and opt for assisted service. They will keep calling you and harassing you for the same and even mock you by asking that are you getting good matches now ? I understood their scam because its been 2 months and all I see is same people . How come in such a big matrimony app only. 20-25 people are there ? That too some of them look like fake profile . The best way is to ask for relatives and friends to look for proper bride/groom rather than wasting money on these scamsters.

Worst Experience with This App
This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. It keeps asking for login again and again, even within a few seconds! If I open a notification, it asks me to log in. And if I try to open another notification just a minute later, it asks for login again.
The constant re-login issue makes the app completely unusable and irritating. Please fix this major bug, users expect a smooth and reliable experience, especially from a matrimony platform.

Not happy with experience
I had a very bad experience. They kept on calling me inspite of me making it clear that I didn’t want a subscription as not many profiles are available for the caste I’m looking for. They kind of convinced me by lying to take some sort of subscription which was of no use to me. When I asked for refund after 21 days as part of their money back guarantee if not useful, the terms and conditions are such that you would never get the refund. Also when they can keep on calling repeatedly to take a subscription was it not essential for them to also explain all the terms and conditions?

I am extremely disappointed with BharatMatrimony. My account was suddenly suspended without any valid reason or prior warning. I followed all the guidelines and was using the platform genuinely. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support, I received no proper explanation or resolution. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a service where people invest time and emotions. I strongly do not recommend this platform to others unless they improve their customer support and transparency.

Worst matrimonial app I have ever see! They send fake matches,which can’t seen by free account, you only have to subscribe for premium, and then sales person contact you to buy their package! They literally call you many times before buying package! They offer you discount and promise to give service personally like they call you and help you to find perfect partner and all… but once you buy they disappear! And ultimately you have to do it by yourself only! And there are very limited profiles for western and northern regions! They only have southern profiles! So there’s not much options!

I created a profile for my brother and they kept called me to take the premium and by fore opt for it they called couple of times a day and asked for it, once I took the premium even If I Call them for the matter what they initiated /offered before take the premium, they aren't listening nor responding.

I'm writing this review to warn others about my frustrating experience with the Bharat Matrimonial app. Despite their promises, I found their paid plans to be utterly useless.
They'll entice you with benefits and offer 75 contact-free matches, but beware - these matches won't meet your requirements. To make matters worse, some profiles hide their contact information, and even if you pay, you won't be able to see it!
I emailed my complaints, but they ignored me and refused to provide a refund. It's clear they're more interested in taking your money than helping you find a suitable match.
If you have extra money, consider donating it to a worthy cause instead of wasting it on this app. Trust me, it won't serve your purpose of finding a life partner.

Worst App
We strongly advise against purchasing a premium membership on this matrimony app, as our experience has been highly disappointing. After purchasing a premium package, we attempted to contact several individuals listed on the app. Unfortunately, many of them claimed they had no account with Bharat Matrimony. This raises significant concerns about the authenticity of profiles and the platform's verification process. We are deeply disheartened to have wasted our hard-earned money on this service. Even more frustrating, customer care has been unresponsive, making the situation worse. It is concerning that fake accounts can be created without proper OTP verification.

Pathetic Support
In the beginning you will get lot of calls from customer service. After payment, there is no support. And I don’t understand why you are accepting people or ids without photos. Doubt whether these are simply created. Why a separate bharat matrimony and sc/christian/nair etc etc matrimony?? Can’t it be linked to just one Bharat matrimony? And once you pay, you can contact with only 40 people even after membership … don’t understand the logic… Can understand this is business, but still there should be little bit of logic. Confused with lot of ids without photos. And if we forward a msg to anyone by luck, you never get replies. In this digital world, you have to prove more Bharat matrimony. Work hard to earn your name. Else a new matrimony app or site will come and take away the position. Hope that you will improve things.

Worst app experience
My exp with this app is worst. In starting they said there app is not compatible for ios so i managed with laptop. I paid for subscription and i checked more than 10 ids and all are fake with fake phn no and some of them ask money for sharinf contact details. When i convey this help centre for cancellation of my subscription so he said they hav no return policy i have to manage any how with this he neither gave me any solution just said i have to deal with this no other option. I raised complaint too. I need my money back because i am fedup from your app.

Really disappointing app with bugs
I downloaded their app a long time back. And till now it has never been an occasion where the app works perfectly. It is so buggy.
Most irritating of all being the app logging out every time I close it.
There have been other apps in my phone in which I do not have the need to login again after the initial login. But in this app I have to login again each time I try to open it.
I keep getting the notification that this person viewed your profile, and when I click on it. It never takes me to the person’s profile.
And on top of that they demand the prices for their premium version which are double or triple the prices that other leading matrimonial platforms offer (other platforms have better UI, better features, better profiles and lesser cost of subscription).
I would suggest them to improve their quality of service and then ask for money.

Don't download this app
I downloaded and made a profile on this app. I was not getting preferred matches so I deleted my profile and uninstalled the app. But I kept getting emails from this website they signed me in for all the parallel platforms they run. I had to go and delete the profile from every platform of theirs. Not sure if my profile is still up there as I was getting messages from people on my personal number saying that they got my number on this app. Also, there are lot of scammers and spam accounts on this app. One of my friend got a request from a profile with same name and same details as mine but just different photos. That profile had the same college and City everything. So he contacted me to verify if I knew someone from the college with the same name and same batch, which is not possible as I was the only girl in my batch as I studied mechanical engineering.

Don’t get fooled by this matrimony
Guys don’t get fooled by this matrimony site, once you pay everything changes, just after payment many profiles gets disappear and what left are 99% fake profiles with fake numbers.
There is no term as customer service coz those people who are sitting in the name of customer service operators considers you as a fools and won’t help you for anything and if you get angry from them then they will block you and your call will never gets connected to customer service.
So at the end you are left with no option, your money is gone, you can’t contact the matched profiles as they are fake, customer care doesn’t respond.

Worst experience
I have installed Telugu Matrimony app a week before. It’s been a week but my phone logs is filled with 30-40 calls from their sales team. They will just push you to buy elite package. Even after I conclude to switch my membership to paid ones they will even push you further to opt for the higher and advanced package. This is nonsense. It’s looks like a scam. And in the app you won’t have control on the profile people misuse the platform and start to talk nonsense. It’s unreliable and unethical overall. Totally disappointed.

Pathetic experience
80 to 85% profiles I came across were fake. Many of them are cheaters, blackmailers, frauds, money extortionists etc. Extremely Poor system of verification of members’s picture, age, education etc. by Bharat Matrimony.
I was so fed-up that I decided to delete my account. It was a paid account for 3 months but deleted within 3 weeks.
Never go for paid membership. It’s a waste of time and money. Plz remember BM team will chase you till you make the payment. After that, they won’t bother.

Don’t take paid Membership
They are very much interested in getting your money for a paid membership. After that they don’t care at all - my customer service complaints are pending for weeks without any resolution. Now they will send a response below this review, with apology and asking to share my ID. But nothing will happen, because they already have this complaint at all levels. I will edit this review if and only if the issues are resolved. Till then, my advice is - DONT TAKE PAID MEMBERSHIP. Please read all reviews, I did a mistake by not reading them before paying

Poor performance, keeps hanging and representatives are rude
Uninstalling the app because it cannot perform even some basic updates. It keeps hanging every few minutes and has a terrible experience.
Could still manage with these but the representatives crossed all the limited. They threaten you to delete your profile and give bad matches if you don’t go for the premium. You should rather remove the free service if that is what you guys want. Why would I pay for this app which doesn’t even work properly and give vague excuses on complaints.

Avoid this platform at all costs
Utterly disappointed with my experience on this app. From the moment I created my profile, I've been bombarded with relentless calls pressuring me to purchase their premium service. Not only is their premium fee exorbitant compared to other platforms, but their aggressive sales tactics are absolutely off-putting.
This morning, I received yet another call from a sales executive who, instead of offering a reasonable discussion, chose to berate other platforms when I mentioned considering an alternative with better pricing and service. The unprofessional behavior reached its peak when the executive questioned my financial capacity and suggested I should go to a 'cheap' platform if I couldn't afford their premium service.
Even their app is a disaster. It's slow, clunky, and laggy. A simple task like uploading a photo felt like a Herculean effort due to the app's painfully slow performance. Even the people i had sent a connection was not showing to “connect now”.
The lack of professionalism and relentless pursuit of money has left me furious and utterly disappointed. I'm deleting my profile and uninstalling the app. I will not hesitate to share this horrendous experience on Twitter to caution others about their unscrupulous practices.
Avoid this platform at all costs.

This App is full of bugs
As soon as I open the app and try to access notifications, it keeps on loading and I have to restart the app for me to see the notifications.
When I am viewing the photo of someones profile, I can’t close it after viewing it as the close button becomes bugged.
While scrolling to view different profiles the screen gets stuck and I can’t scroll up or down and I have to restart the app for it to go back to normal.
At times the scroll bar appears in the middle of the screen and the app has to be restarted for it to become normal.
Sometimes a profile I had shortlisted doesn’t get shortlisted and I have to search for it again and shortlist it.

A big scam is going on
This app is filled with fraud people. I took the membership here but after using this app I got few connections and started chatting with them but after sometime they asked me invest money in there trading app. And the thing is I got around three connections doing the same fraud. I even talked to the customer care but they didn't took any serious action. I don't want to continue this membership anymore I asked them to refund my money but they didn't refund my money. I want my money back or I am going to file legal complaint against this.

After registering, they bombard you with continuous calls, pressuring you to purchase their premium plan. If you choose not to do so, their actions only get worse.
To make matters worse, the app sends fake profile requests to users, creating a false sense of connection. Upon accepting these requests, they then force you to buy the premium plan just to communicate with these fake profiles. It's a clear ploy to coerce users into purchasing their plan, and it's utterly unacceptable.
What's even more frustrating is that after investing in the premium plan and reaching out to these fake profiles, they pretend to be the management of the matrimony service. This level of deception is simply appalling and shows a complete lack of respect for their users.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against installing the BharatMatrimony app. Their deceptive practices and attempts to fool users are unethical and unfair. There are plenty of other reputable platforms available that prioritize the genuine connections and well-being of their users. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a better experience.

UX is Bad
Expected a certain level of User Experience(UX) for a well established company, but this is worst. since there are more than 5 hundred thousand people actively using this platform. Most of the time clicks do-not work, while going through the profiles suddenly refreshes and goes back to the home page or if you try to open any profile immediately it switches to the next one without you doing any thing.

App doesn’t work as expected

This app doesn’t work as expected. I see too many bugs within this app. Keep crashing all the time or ask me to login all the time.
I spoke to an escalation team agent regarding this but nothing worked. If you send an interest to profiles, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. So please check your interest from browser. Though i’m a paid customer they failed to provide service as they advertise.

Terrible app; too many spam calls and emails
The app is slow and clunky. Most times it won’t refresh. You are better off using their website.
If you make the mistake of paying for their service, they will keep spamming you will calls and e-mails to get you to upgrade. If you are on the most expensive tier, and it is one month before expiry, they will call you at least 6 times a day asking you to renew. It is super annoying. They won’t stop no matter how many times you request them to.
DO NOT PAY THEM. THEY WILL DROWN YOU WITH SPAM.
