The Fitbit app on my Xs Max keeps switching to basic (non premium). I have to clear the app from recent apps by swiping out and once I relaunch it it correctly shows up as premium only to revert to basic after some time.

I have sync issues every single day both on my charge 3 and my dads Versa 2. After trying everything else the only way we can get it to sync is deleting the app and reinstalling from scratch. It’s absolutely frustrating and I don’t ever want to buy a Fitbit again. Also, you pay for the device and get charged again for some features on the app. I don’t think that makes any sense! I highly recommend not buying a Fitbit

Earlier I was using iPhone 5 (iOS12+) where everything was working fine. But after upgrading to iPhone X iOS 13+ watch has gone crazy:
1. Even after answering the incoming call watch keeps on the notification of incoming call.
2. All outgoing calls made are also shown in notification list.
Please help then I will improve my rating.

Hello,
I am using charge2 and after update of my watch and app I am facing some weird issues.
I am driving a bike/ 2 wheeler while going for work and you are taking as a exercise. Your calculation is wrong regarding it. Please update it. If I drive slowly my bike will you consider it as exercise? Check atleast any workout mode is on or not. Shame on you guys! Can’t believe.

The app UI is excellent and very interactive. It shows all the health data needed after a workout. But the only problem I face is the unavailability of Fitbit Pay in India. Please fix this as soon as possible. I would love this feature in India. Please also add an option to log in our caffeine intake daily.

I had completed 8998 steps and decided to complete 9k before I goto bed and started walking for about 200 steps but still it shows 8998 steps. Also not sure on how the active minutes are calculated. When am in gym and doing HIIT the active minutes shows zero. But by evening even though no activities are done it gets changed 12mim or 22mins. Not sure how better is the fitbit from other tracking devices we pay much more than other brand trackers and we get no extra benefits but bugs. I wrote in details because am a software tester.

The upgraded linear interface is terrible. The grid format was much better. Syncing blanks out the entire screen for a couple of seconds before restoring in.
