Very poor service, sometimes the order takes 1-2 hours more than stated times, that’s when you are lucky that the order went through. Most of the times they just cancels your order for some random reason. I cannot wrap my head around that a food delivery company cannot deliver food.

It’s a common food court at expo for some chain of restaurants but be careful that you will have to order separately and end up paying service charge for each restaurant. The funny part is you have to pick up your food from the counter and pay service charge for the same.

I wanted to give zero stars but that option is not available
I ordered food parcel from Talabat on 6th August 2021 at 8:15 pm from Naïf restaurant.
Even after one and half hour I didn’t receive my goods parcel. I tried calling for 3-4 times.
Finally I received parcel at 10.15 pm, 2 hours after ordering food.
And on top of that the food that was delivered was cold!!!
Zero stars from my side.

First time on Talabat on 21 April ordering medicines. Money gets deducted but order is not processed. Contacted the customer care which unfortunately is only on chat and email no phone call customer service. They said the money will be refunded after 90 minutes.
Well it took the system seconds to deduct the money but they will take 90 minutes for refund. They don’t have a call centre with number because such frustrated customers whose money has been deducted will take all their frustrations on them. Poor customer care guys have to take the brunt for the technical teams app failures.

Thirdly, you cannot even find the widget to call Talabat
Third and most interesting, the app makes a fool of its users. The delivery time bar shows food arriving in 2 mins for 10 mins. 😂

Ordered food from talabat, order says delivered but there is not traces of my order anywhere. I didn’t receive any phone call from there rider as well.
Contact there so called amazing chat support, this is the exact response I receive - “Sometimes delivered message displays when it is near the estimated delivery time or past it. However, it doesn't always mean that it got delivered.”
What should the customer do now? Whom to contact for refund and the time you wasted and the trauma you gave.
Didn’t get food, didn’t get my refund back as well :)

I placed an order for a Pizza with Papa John’s as it was one of the nearest places to my house and was accepting orders then.
Within 5 minutes of me placing the order, there restraunt calls me up saying they can’t accept the order as they shut at 11 pm.
They even had the audacity to state “go and complain to Talabat If you like.” Which I did and the CSE was not less.
They were not helping either, instead they said the same thing what the restraunt said but in a more subtle manner.
Bottom line: I was left hungry with no alternate option by Talabat.
Thank you for your lame service. You just lost a customer. Good Job!

I am a regular user of zomato, for a change tried using this new food delivery app but my first order itself was cancelled that too after a duration of 20 minutes after the order was placed.. was a waste of time, there is no notification received when the order is accepted!! Sorry but will never use Talabat again!!

I ordered something through Talabat and even after 1 hour, I couldn’t check the status of my order. So I had a chat with the customer support team and they told me that no orders have been placed by me. So I went to a restaurant to have the dinner. But after 1 hour, somebody called me and asking about the order that I’ve placed.
There is some issue with your ordering system. I lost time waiting for the food to arrive. Please fix it.

Very user friendly and varied options
On selection of cuisine gives timed offers on various restaurants. Only limitation is if you select one and don’t like the menu and want to choose another the offer is not available though time still remains. This feature if made flexible would give more options
