Its very frustrating when you have mass editing projects and the picture just wont be saved as it’s edited in the application. Worked fine until a few months ago, since then it’s been the worst editing experience yet.
Picture doesnt get saved exactly how its edited, and even when we re edit it, it wont be saved as shown in the application. The most frustrating thing is repeating an edit 5 times over and over on the same picture

I’ve been using Snapseed for quite a few years now but recently I’ve been facing this issue where the app freezes for a while and then it crashes. I don’t know what’s the problem. My phone ios is up to date and I’m using a 12 pro max, so performance wise the app shouldn’t face any issues too. It would be great if the tech team can look into it.

This probably has to be the first time I have seen an application crashing on an iPad and considering mine is an iPad Air 4 it’s not the latest and the greatest but it is still better than most other devices on the market in terms of stability and performance in terms of stability and performance. This device can render a 4K video like it’s a piece of cake there is no reason why something as simple as applying a few filters on the photograph could cause it to crash and freeze my whole device period. As much as I love using the application for the whatever one or two minutes it was I must uninstall it what is the point of an application if I can’t use it for more than one minute without it crashing

I absolutely love snapseed for how easy and flexible it is! The ONLY app I have been using since years to edit photos on my phone. Ever since I switched to iPhone 12 Pro Max, it keeps freezing randomly! Keeping iOS and app both always updated tried all troubleshooting like deleting and reinstalling rebooting phone etc with no luck. And there are many like me if you look on Reddit. Please fix this!!

Unable to Export or Save as Copy any Photo

Hi, i havw both iphone 11 and an iphone se 2020. Strange thing on 11 is that after editing, i am unable to save it as a copy. It repeatedly throws an error saying could not save. I check all the phone permiaaions and everything is fine. Where as on my se 2020, it can save and export without a problem. Please fix this bug for iphone 11. Its irritating that if you want to save you have to click export and then click share and then save to files. Even after doing that you still wont find it in photos app. Youll need to check files app and find the photo. And when you open it will open in snapseed and not in normal viewing mode. This is a serious bug man. Please fix it

Photos while on editing look different from the output. While editing photos looks desirable and after saving it it looks different. For example i was using healing tool to erase something, then after saving the photo the object which has been remove was not erased properly. Like literally i have tried hundreds of time but it was showing me the same result with different photos also.

This app is truly amazing !!!! To be honest it's one of the best photo editor apps there is. It has so much customisation it's not even funny.... Form changing the perspective of your photos ... To even having lens blur that's one of my favourite applications of this app. It's truly good.
Repeated crashes on prolong editing

I’m not aware whether this seems to be more of a general issue, but the app repeatedly freezes and then stops responding altogether after some prolonged editing on an image. It’s cumbersome to go and save every edit manually and then re-upload and re-edit, not to mention very time consuming. I have been running this on my iPad Pro 12.9 and on the latest update of both the app and iOS. I’ve tried rebooting my device and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It’s frustrating!! Have lost more than 20 minutes of work on multiple images on many many occasions.
Please consider other options if you can.
Edit: app crashes ever so frequently even post resetting ipad. Lot of time lost on work. No signs of rectifying this issue by the developer.

I’m using this brilliant peace of application since long and it is my go to Photo editing tool. It has all the features anyone can expect from an editing app. Easy to use, Raw support etc But everything can not be perfect necessarily.
My one feature request is add support for share sheet. I can not launch this app from iPhone photo gallery using share sheet option, always have to launch Snapseed app and from there choose photo for editing purposes. One more request is dedicated orange curve slider in the curve tool to enhance human skin tone easily.
Hope Team Snapseed make this happen with future update!!!

The app is fantastic but following errors are occurring after the recent updates installed:
1)After using the text tool all of a sudden the app shuts down without saving/exporting.
2)After too much of edit layers app crashes during export/saving.

There should be a minor change in lens blur option the problem is you can’t manually select the area to focus on there are only two options to select the area to focus, vertical/horizontal line or a circular shape. You should have also provided an option for manually select the object as and how we wantin lens blur(we can bend the edges the way we want) ;-) Would have given you 5 stars but I have to use other app just for lens blur, the only lacking thing in such an awesome app❤️❤️

This is one of the great apps for photo editing that is free unlike LR which has premium paid features. The best thing I find in the tools are options -curves and sensitive which allows us to pick a specific area or spot to made edits. A great app for beginners. Its user friendly and handy app for bloggers on the go.

Although this is the best app i found for editing. But something just happened..all the work I did, all the efforts I put.. just vanished. All the pics I edited turned back to their normal state once again.
How?? Why??

I’ve been using this app for long time now, and I should say this was the only app I was using. But since the new update 2.18.1 which came earlier this week, has few issues. Namely we can not use different style for the text. It just doesn’t allow me to select my style. Please look into the matter.
After waiting for few week I’ve notice that the issue is still note resolved. Not really satisfied with this aap any more.

I should say this is one of the best app I am using currently for all my pics ....but recently in last few weeks or so all of a sudden some strange thing has happened ....before after I use to write my text on photo i was able to Change to other options but now it just remains in one single line and if text is long size of the text gets reduced by great amount ....so am bit confuse about this ....I hope Snapseed team does something about this.

Hello. I’m an avid user of your app. It’s great and very robust. However it’s still not yet optimised for the aspect ration if the screen of the iPhone X which takes out a little bit of the fun and the joy of using the app due to those ugly black bars at the top and the bottom. That’s why it’s four stars from me at the moment. Once it gets fully optioned I’ll change it to five.
Please fix this issue. I’ll be very grateful.

This is a great app by which we can edit our snaps at a different level:)
But it has a random problem with my iPhone 7 that it crashes frequently and I have to reinstall it again and again:(

Please don't remove curve option it's really nice. / but need 1 or 2 color grading options/ also if it's possible then ( history eraser ) / thank you / try to improve healing make it more better / and there should be a option for so glow option in brush tool also ❤️

By far the best photo editing app for iOS. The learning curve on this app is pretty enormous because you need to learn when to use what. The UI can be improved and the old UI was pretty good. New one is advanced.

The app is one of the most versatile editing tool on mobile device, with new ui its a new animal which is not as friendly as the old one .in old app the direct picture as example was easier than the new icon sets in the update. Hope over time i get used to it. But it now just became like pixlr or adobe Lightroom app in someway.
Hope no more such drastic UI changes happen. Really love using snapspeed. :)

Just one thing, whenever i try to smartly expand an image it looks fine on the app, but when I export it as an image in my cam roll there're some glitches in the image. Hope you guys will fix this soon

Amazing app for editing, colour correction, don't have many filters but you can manually do a lot of stuff.
You can even edit RAW.
A must download if you love to play with graphs and manual editing.
Really good app the best photo editor ever!!!!
