I had ordered food. According to app update when delivery person reached immediately he canceled and no solution from blackened team. Will not recommend.

Here’s what we do: first choose between delivery and Pick-Up to fit food ordering seamlessly into your schedule. Pick-Up is simple -- you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready. No more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring the food you've been lusting after right to your door. Dreams really do come true.
HOW IT WORKS
First, enter your address (home/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier bring it to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time. Then you eat. Food goals.

Thieves
They stole money from me. Delivered old and cold food and we had throw this food away for the sake of our health. Stole a huge amount of money and don’t want to help.

Food doesn’t get delivered, neither will you be refunded
Had horrible experience ordering food through the app. The rider did not try and contact via call even after giving an alternate number in case the primary couldn’t be reached. And the order was cancelled after waiting for 40 minutes . When reached out to help centre , they said food was delivered , it was kept outside and had picture proof. When we checked there was no food. Also the customer support just ended the chat abruptly saying they can not do anything more. Just because you have picture proof of food doesn’t mean it was delivered . The food can be taken away after the picture as well. The help centre said the rider tried reaching via chat box, and you weren’t available. And asked to be available in the chat box from the time of order to delivery ! Which is ridiculous. Can’t keep staring at the screen all the time for something to pop up( when there was no pop up to see either )

Scam
The worst food delivery app ever come across. I ordered food from KFC via foodora. Waited for two hours and then get an update that my food is delivered without actually being delivered. Help center is almost non contactable. Since it was a prepaid order I lost my money for nothing.

Disappointing Experience with Foodora's Customer Support
I had a highly disappointing experience with foodora's customer support. My food delivery was delayed, and to make matters worse, the quality of the delivered food was extremely poor. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of their customer care, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern for resolving customer complaints. Unreliable service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. #foodora #customersupport #poorquality

Horrible app: They are basically thieves
Almost every time I faced problem whenever I ordered food through this app. Delivery partner doesn’t show up with food. The help centre inside the app is disgusting. You can’t chat or call them if you face problem. That’s why I had to call the restaurant to check what has happened with my food. And the restaurant informs delivery partner took your food from our restaurant and they must have ate it. Meanwhile the app shows the rider hasn’t picked up your food yet. It’s a crime! They are stealing money from us.

Coupons does not work. They are a scam.
I received a bonus/coupon of 50kr, when I apply it says something went wrong. Coupons never work. Very bad and disappointing.
