I had used this app. to book round trip to Goa through there ticketing company “budget ticket” paid fully in advance through online. Skyscanner is a very good site & therefore we trust wherever it takes us. Recently we got a ticket booked through gotogate as directed by skyscanner from Jodhpur to Goa with one stop at Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai we found that onward journey was not possible because the flight from Mumbai to Goa had been cancelled by the carrier. And in the unforeseen difficult situation like this, gotogate people not helping at all & carrier shrugged away the responsibility as ticket was not booked from them.
Later we wrote the mail and contacted on phone but they point blankly refused to give any refund what to talk of compensation. Rather asking us to pay for cancellation charges although the flight was cancelled altogether by the carrier.
Total unprofessional!

This is the best App for the flight booking and for the prices. Cause you don’t need to go to each website to search for your flights to get the final asking price.
It shows the least possible prices from many sites and choose the first three sites and google for the discount coupons and apply to compare where you get the best value.

It allows you to compare and choose your ticket from various sites. That way you can get the cheapest fare, by comparing different sites in one App itself.
Also, certain sites do not give you the option of selecting check in baggage. By using Skyscanner, I was able to modify my tickets by using the check in baggage option, seat selection etc.
I got a better bargain on tickets as compared to other Apps, who were showing tickets without check in baggage for the same rate.

There is a major bug in the fare chart ,the price displayed in the fare chart is completely diff from final price
Eg: When checked fares for chennai to singapore ,it was showing Rs1985 but wen cliked it showed Rs4500
Even explore tab , fares are not accurate ,Please update real-time fares only

For hotel search in india, its not that user friendly.
I also find less number of hotels in search results.
