I booked a ticket yesterday in a cineplex Jp cinema, Chhatarpur MP,which was almost 60 km from my house.When I reached there they told that me show was cancelled without any prior notice.They said there are only 4 people so they can’t run the show.It was waste of my time and money both.I kept calling book my show helpline.Despite being number 1 in their queue they didn’t picked up my calls. The offers page is DELIBERATELY designed to not work.
They tell you that you can apply different offer with some credit cards and all, but in reality, they create obstacles through UI so that you cannot really do anything.
You have to type down your credit card number to see what offers you have. Even for the credit card that you have added as payment options.
Might seem like a dumbass decisions by the UI/UX team, but in reality, I believe this is deliberately done so that it becomes harder for you to apply for the offers.
I put my credit card numbers. It showed that I could get ₹200 off, but right after that the payment failed and then I figured I cannot apply the offer anymore because “the card quota has exhausted”.
Then I went through the comment section in App Store and found out that this is a very common issue among many users since a very long time.
So, in conclusion, this is obviously a deliberation. Somewhat of a subtle way to make the users feel it’s their fault, and not that of the developers or the businessmen.
Do not trust their offer. It’s all ruse.

I am deeply disappointed and surprised by the scam book my show is doing openly. First it asks the user to download app instead of using browser under the fake promise that the coupons would work only on app and not browser. Now once the user downloads the app, none of the fake coupons and discounts work and moreover the app shows 1.3x - 1.5x higher price and convenience fee for the exact same show as compared to prices shown on browser which are already higher than normal ticket prices you get directly at ticketing window, plus they charge additional convenience fee. Have boycotted the app at my end and would encourage my social circle to do the same.

We normally book a show on this site every month. Few weeks ago we checked the ticket situation to decide about watching Marathi movie. The booking plan showed a row fully booked. So concluded show has enough sold tickets. When we reached theatre we were told not a single ticket is booked and show is cancelled.
We were shocked with that revelation. The information at theatre was not in exact words but indicated that the one row fully booked is showed on site to mislead patrons.
Please refrain in future to mislead. Find another better way that will be useful to all three concerned entities.
One way may be to share contact number of the screen for buyer to check about show an hour prior about status. But do something to spare us from the torture.

I have always been a great admirer of Bookmyshow since beginning because of a great GUI and giving possibly the best ticketing experience, but you have just messed up for World Cup tickets, people are accessing queue pages using queue links even before the actual sales start, people are buying tickets in bulk from you and selling them offline at higher prices and you are not taking any action in this, I tried booking the tickets for majority of India matches and sat at exact 8 PM each time to only find that I am still in queue with wait time of 90 minutes and the tickets are sold out, sad to be a BookmyShow Superstar customer and still being treated like this, you could have planned better and resolved your loopholes in real time.

BookMyShow's Epic Fail for Cricket Tickets

I recently attempted to book Cricket World Cup tickets through BookMyShow, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired. The app's performance was nothing short of a train wreck.
First and foremost, their app is about as stable as a house of cards in a hurricane. It crashed repeatedly during the ticket booking process, making the entire ordeal a test of my patience and my phone's durability.
Even when you do manage to navigate through the chaos and get in line for tickets, there's no guarantee of success. I found myself waiting in the dreaded virtual queue, thinking that I'd finally secured my tickets, only to be met with disappointment. Despite investing my time and energy, I was left empty-handed and frustrated.
In an age where technology is supposed to make our lives easier, BookMyShow seems to be heading in the opposite direction. If you value your sanity and your time, I'd strongly advise against using this service for any high-demand event, especially when your goal is to secure those elusive cricket tickets.

It is highly disappointing to find a Book My Show with an extremely poor customer care service. It’s been over ten days I haven’t gotten my refund and there is literally no way to contact them regarding the complaint. If I reach out through help, they put me in touch with the most useless Luna Bot. Second attempt was to mail the Grievance Officer Nivedita only to get an automated message with a ticket number. And, the third was to reach out to the customer service number. And, have been the 6th in waiting for the past 15 minutes. Such a waste of time. I never would have thought that such an established platform will be so so poor at handling customers.

I booked 4 tickets to a concert which was supposed to be at 9:00 pm but a day before the show the timing was changed to 4:00 pm. BMS sent an message saying it can be refunded if you fill the form before 12:00 pm. I filled the form before the deadline and waited for a confirmation but I did not receive any confirmation. When I talked to the customer support they said “It will be notified when the process starts”. Even after 2 weeks I did not receive any refund or update on the status of the refund and when I talked to customer support they still had the same answer. Now it’s been almost a month and I have not received any refund and now their system can’t even find a booking on my name for the show and won’t let me talk to the customer support. Please use some other application for booking tickets because BMS doesn’t care about the customers.

The Book My Show app has so many glitches. My transaction failed for reason unknown and the app is asking me to retry payment for the same booking. However, once I click on retry payment it takes me back to where I have to choose seats and the seats that I had chosen earlier are showing booked. This is such a big issue. My entire experience on this app was spoiled because of this and it’s not the first time this has happened. This is not the kind of user journey experience one expects from an app like Book My Show. For a show that was supposed to feature only two DJs - Sartek and Ernest (as per advertisements), Fbar Noida had a line up of 8-10 novice DJs from 6 pm to 12 am, for a show that was supposed to be Sartek live. It was supposed to be a night of EDM and Techno, when the so-called-opening-DJs were playing Punjabi and 20 year old jaded commercial tracks I wouldn’t listen to if someone paid me to. To add punishment to misery the line up of opening DJs were more like glorified play-pause-rewind specialists with the gall to call themselves DJs. Don’t know why I expected more from Sunburn and Fbar. Sad to see the sorry state of affairs. We ultimately walked out at 12:05 am, with no sign of Sartek anywhere. Nothing short of daylight robbery. I expect a refund!!

We bought 4 platinum category tickets for the event. Everything was poorly managed by Roodraksh Communication, which managed event .
Parking: Lots of parking was available from gate no 4 but they didn’t put notice and information regarding it and hence creating chaos and confusion.
Sitting arrangements:
Seats have numbering in Sirifort auditorium but despite that they just categorised seats based on rates without mentioning number of rows in that category and seat numbers .it was deliberate attempt to sell maximum number of platinum category tickets . They didn’t mention row numbers so that they can conveniently increase numbers of seats in a premium category to maximise profits .
They could have easily assigned seat numbers at least at time of giving physical tickets at venue but they deliberately avoided it .
People from event company itself were blocking seats in front rows . First 3 rows they had already blocked. This should not be allowed. It is poor services and taking people for granted .
We bought tickets and consider it poor consumer services . Hope someone from event management company will try to reach out .
BookMyShow should ensure that seat numbers are mentioned and people attending event are given choice to select seats . BookMyShow should not collaborate with those event management companies which are not transparent.

App incomplete and worst support

I booked one show ticket but at the date of show when I checked ticket address is not mentioned only venue name and city mentioned there so I navigate there from google but that address is wrong after that I checked reviews and found that is wrong address real address is something else.
Because of this my show missed and when I reach venue they told we are not going to provide any support just talk with bookmyshow and same thing I raised on bookmyshow they just ask for multiple screenshots only after around 1 week conversation over mail they told venue link is in booking confirmation mail VENUE word is a link for address. But I’m as user will check address in ticket over app or search address in mail even in mail also they didn’t provide proper address just one work venue and make it as link which didn’t seems like link.
Overall bad experience, worst support. I will not recommend anyone to use bookmyshow, instead use other platforms.

We left our paper bag with our newly bought clothes in it at 8:15 PM 28th of may. Once we came out from the movie , we realized that we did not tale it with ourself to the theatre. We asked the help of the manager there (his name was Sahjal) who did absolutely his best to find our items. He checked the cameras and successfully retrieved the bag with our items.
He was extremely polite and helpful, he definitely deserve a promotion!!

BookMyShow had a concert vibe organised with Farhan Akhtar . Advertised that the party starts at 8pm. The singer comes in at 11:20pm. I left at 11:30 pm . Do you think I had the time and patience to wait until then for this guy to come entertain me at his whips and fancies ? Nah . I contact bms customer care and they say “ no artiste in India would come early . They will always come late “ pathetic would be an understatement! I asked for the fine print clearly stating this condition .. and they say nah . You’ll hear from my solicitor even if it costs me 5 times the amount I paid for the ticket . I need this taken care of as you first and only priority . I don’t have the patience to wait 2 weeks for a one liner response on emails .

I had booked a show from BMS, I reached theatre they said due to less audience we are cancelling the show I was there for next one and half hour to check if any resolution the BMS team will do but no resolution, they also refused to give me the customer support number so that I can talk to them directly instead of chatting to their not so smart chat bot, it’s almost a week since I booked that ticket no resolution nothing from BMS, if for this type of service you charges the convenience fees then it make total sense to not use BMS from next time onwards and book directly by going to theatre at least theatre does not charge any convenience fees and don’t fool their customers.

I had a good experience about this app in the past but off late the service standards have deteriorated drastically. The customer care unit is so difficult to access and is inefficient. I had a booking for this evening’s Kunal Kamra show; as the show was not getting reflected in the events, I tried reaching BMS telephonically. It was post endless wait for closer to 35 minutes, it was confirmed that the show stands postponed to 21st April. No mail/message received and the staff attending the call was absolutely non apologetic about the incident. Not a professional handling .
In continuation to above I had to request for cancellation due unforeseen reasons on 14th April which was outrightly refused. Whereas organisers have every right to cancel/postpone the shows/events at the last minute, customers are not offered the same benefits despite due notice. The role of BMS as facilitator is also not understood as they are sounding helpless.

The app is designed well and works smoothly. It lacks a lot of features that would enable better discovery and therefore sell more tickets but otherwise simply as a booking platform it does well.
It would be nice to be able to subscribe to actors, directors or venues to get notified when there’s an event at the venue or my favorite actor/director is launching a movie. On top of that it could get specific about movies in terms of letting users know if movies have an after credit scene (along with how many) or not, and if a theatre plays the after credit scene or not (some apparently cut it off). These kinda fine grained features would make the app better. Nevertheless, the app is alright for now.

Had a horrible experience while renting “Everything Everywhere All At Once”. So while I was in the middle of watching it, this app just randomly freezes and throws errors continuously during my limited span of 2 days. I even screenshot the error and raised the concern to support team which is just some AI chat software who don’t understand time sensitive issues. Which led me to communicate over email. So after to and fro mailing for over 2 months because of their delayed response, they finally offer me a coupon of same amount to rewatch the movie. Yayy! Right? Only to find out this movie is no longer available and this coupon is just good for movies that nobody cares to watch because the prices of good and new movies have been hiked.
Some one should put an end to this scam, there are many such experiences from other users.

The app largely works okay but what really annoyed me was that they claim to be compatible with Apple wallet, it is mentioned on the App Store and their website too. However I was not able to add my passes to it. When I approached the customer care peeps, first they claimed that it cannot be done. When I pointed out it is mentioned on your website, they demanded for a screenshot. I provided two. Both for the website and the App Store. He responds that I did not buy the ticket through the iOS app but I did! Do not think of your target audience technologically challenged. Then when I pointed this out, the executive returns to say we have discontinued the service. I mean you should clearly make the effort in updating your website and your App Store information. Very put off with such tardy behaviour.

I have booked a cinema ticket for Jan 11 at 2pm a day ago,my plan has been changed,so I have been trying to cancel my ticket and get refund but I couldn’t complete the process since there has been a technical glitch from BookMyShow server so I have contacted the customer service and talked with agent to cancel my booking since from the noon,but they are asking me to check every possible intervals to cancel the show by myself and their agent is rude and slow in replies,still they are asking me to try cancelling after 2 hours,how can I possibly sit and check BookMyShow the whole day?worst experience ever!

Attention! This review is an analysis you will learn a new strategy of BOOKMYSHOW !
According to things happen several times with me and my circle I analyse that they display fake coupon and discount list on checkout to grab customers attention.
Sometimes they give give discount but most of time they hunt the customer like after successful payments they display a failed screen and suddenly they added the money to their wallet and asked you to book again.
BOOM !! You now have to book the ticket with no discount on their given rates. You can not go to other app. You loose your money to them.
When chat to customer care they reply only repetitive complicated answer but no solution. Their app hangs on every chat session even in my iphone 13 Pro. No call support. Very much hanging FAQ pages.
It seems that they have created a model where they confuse customers with time taking decisions, and nobody has time to give that much. So customer adjust easily and this is how they make money.
Use this app only to learn new strategy.
But I recommend to use paytm or other app to book your tickets or they may hunt you randomly.

I have tried book movie tickets from BookMyShow first time payment deducted from my account but in get any confirmation of bookings done I tried to chat on customer chat support. They didn’t even reply on that. After a while. When I called customer care they said we didn’t receive any movie booking or cancellation from your side and after sometime they told me that payment will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours and then I tried next day to book another show of the same movie and that time payment got stuck and they are saying that we have received the payment confirmation we are trying to book your show for almost 1 hour of waiting I called the customer care and then I was transferred in the queue and the waiting time is 65 caller and after on hold for almost 3 hours waiting to get in touch with customer executive when i was on caller number 9 they hung up i tried multiple times and waste my entire day completely on that i have paid Rs. 2000 to book tickets didn’t even got the refund msg neither in app nor SMS and my money deducted multiple times and not getting any help from any one from customer care side they are harassing their customers only nothing more worst customer attending service…….!!

I have one question for you. How come anyone can rate a movie even though they haven’t booked the ticket from BookmyShow. I mean isn’t that open a chance to ruin a movie for people who are thinking to watch. This “anyone can rate” option is there on many sites like imdb and rotten tomatoes and that’s why many movie lovers like me are unable to trust those ratings. My suggestion is, it would be good if people can only rate the movie if they have booked the ticket from bookmyshow. Then the ratings will be genuine I believe. Please consider this request and think. By the way I’m a big fan of BookMyShow. Keep up the good work😊.

I booked 3 tickets for Justice world tour on the very first day when booking started and after 3 months show got cancelled, so the original payment mode I did my payment has been the closed and since then I’ve sent number of emails and called every day on the support with attachment of my bank statement and tickets yet I did not get any resolution so far. All I got from you guys is the we’ll call you it’s been 3 weeks now and no call or as such from your end.

Bookmyshow can change the show timings at their convenience. Decide to move your tickets to another time by themselves. And while ticket confirmation is sent on email, WhatsApp, and shows on the app, they will communicate the change on sms, and sms only. And when you miss that one small sms, you show up for the show with your family and there is nothing for you. And when you connect with them, instead of listening to your journey, all they keep responding is, we sent you a sms so we will not refund. Obviously, for them it is all about the money. I asked them to keep the money, only explain the above to me. Again the reply, no we will not give your money.

I am absolutely disappointed with the way bookMyShow has provided service. Yesterday we had booked 3 tickets for a trek (K2S through plus valley adventure) through your app for 14th May starting 7:30 PM. However, we had called the trek

I had booked 2 tickets for a movie and after paying on google play they are saying something went wrong. Retry paying. Then I tried to contact the customer care which is hopeless. Had to chat to a customer executive who had no patience wait for the reply, also dint resolve my matter. He just said that my transaction was not complete but I had proof on google pay that my transaction was complete, he said if it got through than it will take 5 to 7 days to come back. So that means I have to wait that long for them to refund me so that I can buy the tickets? also I asked him for a alternative solution like a coupon or something so that I can buy the tickets. But he dint even respond to this he just said to pay from their paying app and closed my issue. Just after sometime the chat just magically disappeared. Now I had to chat again to hear the same things. BE CAREFUL DON’T PAY ONLINE!
Fun fact: after all this drama I went to the official INOX site and found the same tickets and paid 200 less..

This application is the most fraud one I have ever seen. My case is:
I have an ICICI credit card and there was an offer of BOGO, I applied that card firstly it showed me “No Valid Transactions is selected please select a one first”. I deleted app from background stack and re-launched, after again trying the error got changed “card number starting from xxxx are not valid for this offer”
Conclusion: BookMyShow on runtime checked it’s database that card is valid but as to not provide offer showed an error after that it in background it was saving credit card details in it’s database and showed new error. The most cunning application I have ever seen. This kind of money making strategies are used by such companies.

Found a bug in Now Showing Movies

When looking for movies, the unreleased movies also shows up in Now showing tab. Even though there is a separate coming soon section. For example, currently the Dr. Strange movie shows up in now showing tab even if it’s not released. It should appear in the coming soon section isn’t it.
There should be proper segregation of the released and unreleased movies so that the customers are well aware of the options they have. It would be really helpful if this could be resolved. Thanks!!

We are the team from Hyderabad and we do organise events and this is the issue all the time with Bookmyshow. I really appreciate you people work and support and I am an user of bookmyshow I often use bookmyshow for all my bookings but I have been waiting for the ticketing amount of the holi event which was been conducted on 18th march 2022. And still today 6th April 2022 all the event organisers from Hyderabad didn’t get the amount in our accounts. All the payments from Paytm insider, mera events and all other booking agency has proceed they amounts and we got that amount credited as well but I don’t know what’s wrong with bookmyshow and the accounts department is the worst in your company. We have an group of all event organisers and all the holi events money is been not released yet. I would have not given this review of accounts department had been given any update on the payment. I request the management to please look into it and get it fixed. I am force belly writing this review but I love bookmyshow the most.

I was trying to book tickets for The Kashmir Files and tried to book tickets in several theatre in BOOK MY Show. But I wasn’t able to book while clicking on the seats. It was giving some message that I can’t do it or dwara not available. However when I went in one of the theatre I found the available seats.
It was shocking to me that BMS app wasnt allowing me to book tickets.
This is pretty shocking to me. BMS should improve their working or investigate this if there is something fishy in there.

I Am a big fan of cinema especially watching it in a big screen however my concern is actually with multiplex screen size’s. These day’s most of the multiplex theatres are having small screen and in some theatres only screen will be bigger than the other but not as big as the regular conventional single screen theatres size so if you guys are able to track and add the screen size on selecting seats tab or list of the screens in the of that particular theatre, it would be more helpful for a movie buff like us I don’t know about you guys but screen size does matter’s a lot and i have heard from most of the people in my circle am writing this here bcz recently i was searching tickets for spider-man no way home which should be witnessed in biggest screen possible and due to multiple regional movie releases spider man in Hyderabad has limited screen in which all the screens are very smile like a home projector room so if we have screen sizes included it would be so helpful to us

I would like to bring to notice to all that never ever book any online workshop or something like that on BookMyShow I booked an online workshop for app development WOZO0026APEYRS that was the booking Id I booked with it was at 6pm workshop I also got the google meet link I called the given contact number at 5.15 he said it will start at 5.45 pm and since then I am trying to join the meeting and also that same contact no. Is not picking up the call also so there is no authenticity of online workshops plz be aware it is total wastage of money booking workshops on BookMyShow and they don’t even have a customer support no. Offer says 50% off for VISA infinite program. Never used this offer in my life even though i have visa cards, which ever the card number i enter it says “offer not applicable with card number starting with XXXXXX”. When the offer is limited why do you give names like INFINITE. You think customers are fools and in payment page you can shiw like 50% off and when we apply offer it says you are not eligible so we will buy with full price. Please remove INFINITE from the name. I would suggest to remove the application go home and sleep beggers.

I am using book my show app from 6 years onwards. Today I faced issue and contacted customer support for help. Instead of doing help they are blaming customers. I booked tickets for 7 O clock show so I reached theater at 6:30 only and there I got to know that movie got started at 6:10. We asked theater management and they said that show timings got changed and there vendor is book my show, they only intimate to customers. I checked with book my show customer support executive and they said that they sent intimation mail but I didn’t receive mail…They said that refund not possible. So final conclusion is I donate money to book my show without seeing movie. So friends please don’t go for this app.

I love the idea that new releases could be consumed instantly and I hope we could continue that in a non pandemic world. Who doesn’t love theatres but sometimes you’re just lazy and would rather just watch a movie at home. Although it’s a bit pricey to watch movies by renting or buying, maybe the prices can be adjusted a bit. There could be an option where you and a friend could watch a movie together in sync. To be honest it would be a great idea for a date and you could also go dutch on the payment.

Previously till last year it was good but now app is not giving good experience. For the past two weeks, I am not able to book tickets using SBI Credit card. SBI told there is no issue with card and it works at all other merchants. Only fails at BMS. Even after raising ticket no one is solving this issue. It’s not wrong to have bugs but inability to solve them or not having customer focus is the biggest issue. This issue is happening only in iOS app but works fine in website.

Bought tickets to the latest online streaming show from the website. It is launched with a view to buy time till theatres open up but does not justify the pathetic experience given to the user. Starting from the vague and inadequate description of the streaming experience to the quality and inadequate streaming technology used which not only makes it absolutely difficult to consume in terms of casting it on any big screen but just does not justify the price charged for such a suboptimal video quality. It was like the experience of watching a pirated copy of a movie 10 years ago. It takes years to build the trust and moments to lose it.
Thanks a lot for while it lasted. Writing it off.

Buggy updates

Recent updates has made the app too buggy. Although I am logged in it doesn’t show my details and every time I try booking need to enter details. (Developer should add the mail from account and give option to edit if needed). Other issue is in payment where I noticed too many transaction failed. So again I have to start from seat selection page and go untill payment and it fails again (it doesn’t even take to the payment gateway). Noticed this for credit cards. Most irritating thing is I am not able to see my booked ticket on purchase history or anywhere!!! Such basic thing is not working recently and shocked to see how the app is released with such basic issues. Since I added the ticket to Apple wallet able to work it on multiples scanning. Developers should seriously look into fixing such bugs and make sure basic things are working always.

I have been trying to login to this app for the last 3-4 months. There have been numerous updates since but the login still bugs. First error says I cant login with email anymore, which I don’t understand why, but thats fine. So i login with my phone number on which i have been receiving the tickets for more than 5 years now. After logging in with the number, it says i need to link this login to the email login (this should already be linked cos I have been receiving all my tickets on this number for 5 or more years). But anyways so i click on the Ya link the accounts button and then it asks me for the password of the bookmyshow account which I enter. Then it gets back to the “we don’t support logging in with email anymore” error. And thats the infinite loop. Been at it for 4 months. Wonder when they’ll fix it.
Re:Developer Response- this is a review of the app and not a complaint. You may or maynot fix the issue on basis of reviews or send the required email yourself. Thanks.

I booked my ticket on BMS and by mistake ended up booking for 13 September instead of 15 September and paid 2981 for 10 tickets. Since I had a voucher with me I also thought of using it and saving some money. When I got my tickets I reloaded that I had done a blunder and booked the tickets for a wrong day. I requested BMS to modify my ticket to a different day or refund my money but they told me that only cinema hall where I am booked can do that as I we are just the aggregators. I called the cinema hall and they said BMS has an option of refunding. Well never the less to my dilemma I called back BMS and requested them to refund or modify and to my shock the answer I get is “ sir terms and policy “ don’t allow us to do that as u have used a voucher. Well I used voucher of 500 to pay 2981. So just because I used the voucher they refused to refund my money . Coz it’s mentioned in there policy. I am not bothered about the amount as that is gone now to BMS and it might be used now to upgrade BMS systems or help the stakeholders to pay their emi and loan or probably pay insentive to their staff. It’s better to go to a counter an buy tickets atleast u will not end up for such humiliation and embarrassment. My pledge is that I will not use BMS and request you also not to use. You book you pay convenience charges per tickets and you pay for the movie and you end up with such humiliation.

I am regular happy user of book my show but today i am facing some problem . Book my show and Cinemas coordination is not good. My Point is:- we have booked show at RN Cinema, Rohtak from book my show application. I have received confirmation also by mail/ sms and what’s app. I reached Cinema with my family, according to my show time 09:00 PM. Cinema manager said show has been cancelled and we have intimate to book my show time. We don’t have any show for today ( show cancelled due to less bookings of tickets) . I am in Cinema and manager convincing me for go back to home and said we will refund your tickets amount. My house is approx 15 kms from cinema. I love the experience I get from BMS but today was Hurt 😢 Coz I booked FNF tickets not realising the movie was an adult One and I was struggling to cancel the ticket in the 20mins window ...when I reached the movie hall and was unable to do so now I have a bitter taste of being a super star customer and not treated with pride ☹️☹️

Dumb - Doesn’t reflect ratings, even if you have rated a movie already and if you try rating it again, then it say “oh you have rated this already”, thank you devs.
Dumb - Doesn’t hold onto filter settings anymore, guys i don’t wanna see bhojpuri movies, whenever you set your filter preference and reopen the app, it reflects the unwanted crap again, thank you for that devs.
Dumb - Should badge a movie that has already been watched by a user, if your app is for a smartphone, make it smarter so that it suits the platform, thanks again.
Dumb - For God sakes, please take off that feature of “you are watching this and that...” it is just so foolish, if one books a ticket for a movie that he/she has to watch the next day, it starts badgering you with that “you are watching....” panel in the bottom a day before! Messy - Multiple thumbnails side by side doesn’t look sorted at all, who green lit this design, i seriously doubt his/her skill sets, when something is already fine, you don’t gotta change it for the sake of rehashing it. Doesn’t make sense, does it!?
Am seriously have decided to use other options, BMS has become such a mess!!!

I have come to watch Movie - Badla and the Audi is at 4th Place.
The most pathetic and disgusting about this Mall is that the Elevators for coming upstairs is not working since last few days and we have to come all the way on 4th floor by staircases. The worst part is seeing senior citizens walking up by stairs for 4th floor as they have also bought the ticket for watching movie.
These type of management is spooling the name and fame of Book my Show as well by partnering themselves with such a big brand.
Action should be taken on immediate basis and the tie up with mall should be put under scanning and strict decision should be taken to avoid any further mis conduct of service by any other Audi holders as well.

I tried to book the slot for kidzania and it was showing an offer and date was 25th September onwards .and I was unable to grab the offer .i called up BMS Customer service they asked me to wait till the time they go through this offer and get back to me .i sent them the snapshot of offer through email .then after an hour they come up to me that it’s an expiry offer .wht they want to say that it was expired in 25th September 2017 and it is still showing on my BMS home page .non sense it was and wasted so much of time on it by booking and then calling them .i am posting this so people of you see any offer don’t get overexcited and don’t make any plans because when you will start booking it will say invalid offer .please stop making fools of customers.

I’m loving the BMS superstar experience. But could you please implement this feature as well. Once we book the tickets we might like to change the seats later when blocked seats are reopened in last few hours. Instead of doing cancellation and booking again we would like to change the same number of seats from one row to another row. This will be really helpful to save the cancellation fee. Also you can restrict this option to use only once per booking to avoid changing multiple times.
