Can you guys add an intelligent-upscaler for videos? As the iPad Pro’s resolution is higher than a regular 1080p video, so when stretched the videos do look blocky/pixelated. Some 4K TVs use such upscaler which enhances the quality of the 1080p videos played.

Good at managing media
Its pretty good at managing the media. But its buggy. Can seriously annoy at times.

Please let me see my libraries again
This app was great until the 5.0 update.
Now some files won’t play back correctly and i can’t navigate my content according to my libraries, which is how i organize my thousands of files...

Don't know how I lived for so long without Plex!
It's difficult imagine life without Plex now. Have Plex pass subscription even when I don't really need one.
One feedback for developers, not sure if it's my setup, but I have trouble getting 4K movies to stream locally reliably. I hope it will get better as 4K format matures.

Excellent app and best things is that its free for my uses
Great app which does the job. Its great toview all your movies and tv shows in a poster format like netflix and prime. No annoying file names or transferring media to usb drives and then watching them. Great app to create a local media server in your house and watch all your content from anywhere. Keep it up team.

Magnificent
Whatever you can think of, it has already been done with this app. I use my Mac mini as a music server and don't like any other program running in it. But when I connect my HDMI and start plex, after the movie it shuts itself down and I can just disconnect the HDMI and I am back to a pure music server config. The search facilities are just brilliant. Outstanding design all through.

I watch a lot of movies & tv. That means I use Plex everyday. I can't think of one without the other now. Plex ie just part of my day, like driving to work, having coffee, buying grocery, etc
There is a plex app on my tv, on my ipad, iphone, PS4, I share my media with my friends, it never gets old how satisfying it is to have your films/tv appear with its poster instead of an anonymous file in your laptop. If you are using it, you probably already how life-bettering it is. If you haven't started yet, you are going to curse how long it took you to get to it, the yrs spent with non-compliant formats, with itune video transfers, server issues, etc.
How much do I love it? This is the first app review I have filled in my life, that's how much. I have the subscription even though I dont need it, just to show my gratitude.

Broken update
Chromecast just doesn't work. It is getting ridiculous that this important functionality hasn't been fixed on iOS. Plex devs should look into this ASAP.

I like this app very much. Activating it was very much easier and synching with plex media server running from my ubuntu system was very much easier. I would recommend this if you want to sync the content from your htpc.

Good but not a great app
I am using this app since last 6 weeks and must admit it is a good app. The only and a major issue I see the lag while using AirPlay. It is a pain.

I love the app as it can be used to send media from your macbook to your tv via chrome cast or apple tv. but i really wish if plex developers could give an option to play songs while your watching the photos on tv. there should be option for music while u play photos via slideshow.

Scrolling doesn't work in landscape mode
When there is a large set of media files to scroll through, the scrolling just stops working if the iPad is in the landscape mode. I have to switch the tablet to portrait mode to scroll through the list!

Bugs with the latest update
Why in gods name does plex no longer recognise the plex installed on my PC? The previous version worked fine until I updated! Do you people even test your updates before pushing them out? Can't believe I paid for this crap.

What an app!
Costs a bit. But! What an app. Worth it's price. I'm running this on all all my iOS devices which read from a central library of audios, home videos, movies, TV shows, photos.....
Seamless streaming. No transcoding issues. No buffering. Most of my content is HD.
