Tango is a good app… There is innumerable broadcasters… There is both genuine and fraudulent broadcasters… But there is no option for viewers to offer feedback about the channels.. There is no rating system for channels, on the basis of it viewers can decide to take premium programs or not.. Viewers have no voice here… If broadcaster blocks a viewer, he can’t give feedback in Live chat of the channel also.. Here broadcasters are Kings and viewers are at mercy of broadcasters.. There is no user friendly customer support system… App is designed such a way that it’s difficult to give feedback also.. Chat Options in Customer Support should be redesigned and customer support should look lively. Now looks outdated in updated app also.. Tango should take positive steps towards it.. 🙏

This has happened to me twice.

First I tried to buy coins worth 89 INR and my credit card was charged 987 INR and then today I tried buy coins worth 500 INR and my credit card was charged 3395 INR.

The support in app promised that I will receive an email on the registered account but nothing happened its been two weeks since I reported the first fraud that Tango did to me. I am gonna let the local authorities know about this because there is no help and support is being provided and this scam is going on.

Where can we find the discover option... so that we can find new friends in discover setting.... why this was removed is a big question.... now only live is used in tango. Better we don’t use it

Without discover option this is not best.
