Last month itself I cancelled the subscription of 969 rs but couldn’t check agin as my phone wasn’t working properly.
But again today I was charged 969, now when I checked subscription was active not sure how.
Not even I have logged into this account in last 40days and I sure I canceled it last mont itself.
So can you please refund the amount 969 charged today.

if there is a network pause just for lioe 5sec it put file to download again, moreover i noticed it. consumes more data on app as compared to browser when downloading the same file. WTH. This is the reason i never surpassed even 20gb of Dropbox storage. Today it crossed lines when i used 4gb of my cellular data on file downloading and for a 3gb. file and just there was a network drop for like 2sec it queued the file to download again this happed at 99%. This thing cannot get any closer to icloud and google drive. Even Terabox does much better at downloading files.

Dropbox is a great app. Only one restriction I am facing from my iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 14 version is , when I open a file May be pdf and wanting to upload into Dropbox , in the browse section Dropbox is not listed as other cloud accounts such as MS OD are listed. This prevents me to easily upload files into Dropbox. Other methods by posting using email , description works well but it requires an e-mail. Other methods using iOS Files app is also buggy and file uploading is been unsuccessful many times. If this is fixed Dropbox would be continuing to be a great cloud app. Thanks

Although I used to love dropbox but all my friends shifted to google drive as it give 15GB as initial free.

For starters, I was not at all happy with my experience as a user of the app and especially because after I downloaded it thinking that a month is for free and I was charged Rs 199/- and I had immediately cancelled it just to try and forget my hard earned money as the uploads were extremely slow and would not get uploaded in the background even while connected to WiFi and while it was done and dusted in the other similar apps I have and now to be charged the same amount again! I have the screenshots and other evidences stating my subscription has been cancelled. I did not complain even when I was charged although I was crestfallen to have to pay for an app that I apparently hated and the next thing I know, the next month I’m charged again! IS THIS A JOKE? WHY DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I DON’T NEED YOUR PATHETIC OVER PRICED MANIPULATIVE UNRELIABLE COMPANY’S WORTHLESS PRODUCTS. THIS IS A COMPLAINT AND I HATE YOUR PRODUCT! I am using Dropbox since long and sync all my photos. Syncing is not easy. Doesn’t work on mobile networks/WiFi so I have to switch to other network. It works for few photos/videos and stops syncing after some time. Too much manual checking and observation required.

I used to have one of the older dropbox accounts. I had enabled 2 factor authentication on it and lost my autheticator app. They emailed me saying if I dont login to the account - they will delete it. I cant login till I produce the 2FA code. Or I let my account die. Which I was forced to. But now, I cant even create a new account- it still asks me for a code. What is wrong with you guys?
Also, why don’t you allow uploads of hidden and delete pics? Google drive allows it.

After downloading the new iOS 13.1/3 the Dropbox app isn’t functioning normally. The pinch to zoom feature keeps hanging and I am also unable to scroll side to side or up/ down while zoomed in. Overall the Dropbox app has gone bad with this new update. Kindly look into this. Thanks...

Upload photos takes ages to upload even on 75Mbps internet speed.
Also, upload pauses when app goes to background, considering it is cloud app at least upload should be seamless, so that users don’t have to go to desktop to accomplish the same.

Dropbox is very handy when you have to backup or share file over the Internet. But while talking about iOS app i am using two accounts one for personal and one for business. So if i have to use other account i must have to sign out from else one. Is it possible to support multiple accounts in this app and switching between them easily using single tap.

Very useful app. We can keep Files safe, share and work together through Dropbox. An online storage, we access our files anywhere in any devise. It’s just unbelievable! One thing I want to tell you that a single Dropbox app doesn’t allow us to use two Dropbox accounts simultaneously, like in a gmail app we can add a number of email account, everything in a single place. Then we would have a larger scope. If Dropbox team work on this and provide us such a facility, that will be great!
