This app was so good before, had good features and only gave ads for premium. It’s absolutely rigged now. Can’t skip songs, can’t listen to a new song, can fast forward songs or go back to listen to a part u like. For every single thing u need premium. No I mean seriously Spotify? Used to be my fav music app, not is anymore. I’m sure most of the people using it these days agree too. So I am a premium subscriber but one thing I honestly hate is the Smart Shuffle when you click on the shuffle button. As a person who likes to stick to my own playlists this smart shuffle feature disturbs the queue as well as results in unwanted recommendations so if you could introduce a feature to switch this off so that people can toggle accordingly.

The latest update feels like we are forced to buy premium subscription. The app’s goal might be to get many subscribers, and ads after every other song was understood.. but if I cannot go back and listen to the same song in the queue, cannot shuffle my playlist or cannot repeat a song - it is like doom listening.. I understand that this app was recently launched in our region and has limited bollywood songs but apart from that there are few things which can be improved and yes no doubt App is smooth and works like a charm but even after selecting highest audio quality I don't feel a difference in the quality when switching from high to highest it i compare it with other apps, so please improve that and this one is like a feature I would like you to add and it would be pretty cool to see a video preview like there are few songs which has short videos included, so what you can do is you can add this feature so that when we share it on any social media especially as a story or a status a video preview should be included along with the song...I think this is quite a new feature which even your rivals has not introduced yet... and yeah your app is …cheers to the developers

Talking about the recent update you can't repeat songs you can't skip to the part of the song, you can't go to the previous song, you'll have to pay to get those services. We were just fine with the ads, that was pretty understandable that if you want to download the songs and listen music add free you have to pay but what is the point of removing the ability to switch between songs and all that stuff I'm really annoyed naw !!

The app is getting buggier day by day, the controls stop responding suddenly the music cover doesn't load and if a song was already playing it wont stop or change using the controls neither can i click on any other song, the playlists or albums stop loading, the app stops responding to any action like its disconnected from server and when song ends it doesn't go the next one and keeps showing that same song neither does it replay it, i have to restart the app everytime, i don't think buying the premium subscription was a good idea i would have rather preferred Apple Music over it, only because all my playlist were here i chose to buy the premium

This app is really pushing people to opt for the premium version as they are no longer allowing users to listen to songs without it. It has become very inconvenient as the songs cannot be played in an organized sequence and cannot be repeated either. Every time when i have to set a new song or to play in queue, i have to pull out my phone and manually adjust the settings. It has become a hassle for me i can no longer get the same level of experience. as i had, when i am not wiling to pay for the premium version of the app. The overall experience has become inconvenient and time-consuming, making it almost unbearable for me to use this app.

I’ve been using this app for last 4 or 5 yrs ig.. and this was the most compatible app for listening music until you’ve introduced this new update of including every basic features to premium mode.. this is really disappointing ..

Doing advertisements for buying subscription was okay.. but u just switched the basic features to premium just to make us get the premium mode … woww..

I like how I can listen to almost any song. 99.9% of songs are there. I feel like there are too many repetitive ads. It has the option to dislike an ad but when I chose the option “Get this ad too often” I end up getting the ad more. That feature is supposed to personalise your ad experience. And recently lyrics were made premium. I have no idea why they would do that but it becomes a little annoying.

Out of nowhere the add to queue option on my iPhone XR was not available. And now not able to add any of the song to the queue. Even the queue icon is not visible.

Update: Created a new account on my iPhone XR and that account is having the queue option in it.

Logged in again to my old account and the option vanishes out of nowhere.

It is hereby requested to the developers to kindly look into it asap. It’s been too long since I’m facing this issue now.

Playlist sync is so buggy and confusing. There could have been a simpler option to continue playing from a different device. Current way has never worked meaningfully.

Two major problems - I don't want to sync playlists between devices automatically, there can be an option to continue playing from other device but not automatically. I was playing one Playlist in mobile, then a different one in web, that Playlist synced automatically here and existing one is gone. App is super confusing, especially the now playing part. If I've selected a few songs to play, there's no way to add a new song to that list in the end without creating it as a playlist, which is terrible. Queue is another terrible concept, it takes precedence over other songs in the now playing section.

I recommend this app to people who will pay to listen music.

This app is an average. You always have to listen to adds every 10 to 15 min when you listen. First you have to listen to adds after every 30 min and then the app automatically reduces the time to 20 min and then it reaches a point where you have to listen an add after every song or music. If you want to listen peacefully, you HAVE TO PAY. There is no other option. And while listening a song, you get 3 options back, play and forward song. I am only getting the pause and forward option. No Backward option

May be one of the leading music apps out there. Still is limited in its collection compared to the other apps I’ve used and doesn’t cater to people with specific tastes of music. And the ads are annoying. You have to listen to at least 3 ads before any song. And why would you limit our “click next” option because we are free subscribers, especially in a lame line up of songs you put up. If you have to spoil the entire music experience for your business then stop giving the option of free subscriptions. I hate using this app simply because it spoils my mood of even listening to music.

I am highly frustrated after getting ads after each 2 songs played. It’s been a year I have been noticing this issue. You guys won’t just let us listen songs peacefully. Why ? Just because we are free subscribers ? If that’s the case than please don’t provide free subscription and make the plans like you have in foreign countries. It’s an awesome app. Really great. It has a lot of features and it’s awesome, but only one issue. TOO MANY ADS. At first when I downloaded it there weren’t these many ads popping up but now after every song 2 or 3 ads pop up. It’s really irritating. Please at least after 5 songs 1 ad should come. I get so irritated while listening to BTS and after every song an ad pops up or even 3. Please do something about it, rest it’s really cool. Tho some songs aren’t available on it like bicycle (BTS RM) blue side (BTS Jhope) and a few to name. Please get them on the app. Quality is great 👍

Honestly I was late at downloading the application and making the best of it. Cos I didn’t realize how amazing it was. All I had to do was choose all the artists I am fond of and the category of the songs as per the vibe was just classified into playlist. It was very helpful to find playlist of much liked songs for each situation. I find it very useful and even having not availed the premium version of the application. I am getting a good part of it to use and hoping to be able to use it the same way.

I’m a premium user for 2 months. Love the algorithm to suggest and constant adding features like suggesting new podcast, lyrics is good. I did like the way I could tweak the EQ as per my choice and let it sync all my devices. Cross fade between the tracks control is something which is unique. Yet the max it could give 320Kbps playback. I would love to see uncompressed format but i think it will effect the algorithm. But overall amazing music app and all time music streaming app to select.

I would love to take notes atleast for podcast for specific minutes.

I am in awe of the platform, due to their details to user needs.

From Radio station based on the song you play, to having a duo-mix plan for couples and friends who wish to collaborate their playlists and share songs in the easiest possible way, to having lyrics view, to (this relatively new feature which has compelled me to write a huge THANK YOU to the developer team) having group sessions where my friend and I can listen to the same song in realtime. AWESOME.

Although it is running very well, i love it, really i do. Even i stop purchasing apple music subscription. But still little bit updates/features required like search songs by language preferences not religion wise. As I’m from India. Yea i like punjabi music but i like english/american music most so there isn’t any slot for search that music. It’s become difficult while search right music to listen while driving sometimes and I didn’t like hindi/bollywood songs it even show such playlists in homepage. Well, nothing is quite bad about the app although as an unpaid subscriber, I’d have really liked to hear less of those exasperating ads. But, the one thing that I’d want more is that I want the developers to add a like option on the unlock screen. Many a time, I like a song but then have to unlock my screen and swipe down the menu to press the like button. As someone who is trying to use the phone less, this kind of gets on me sometimes. I have no problem with the app as it is not very complicated and easy to understand but the new rule of 6 skips per hour is very annoying and bad and you guys force me to delete the app but I won’t as I like it , remove the skips rule , you can make us hear ads and all but please remove the six skips deal and rather put 10-15 skips or totally remove it. Please keep a variety of ads as listening to similar ads pisses me off .

I am very happy & satisfied with this app. The thing i like the most about this app is its user experience. One has to make very little or no effort to search for their favorite songs and them to their playlist. The app functions super smooth unlike other music apps which make user experience cumbersome. I have all music services - Apple Music, YT Music, Soundcloud Premium, a 500 GB library of songs before streaming dawned, and even Indian apps like Gaana, Wynk and Saavn. The reason is because I have music on 24x7. BUT, there is hands down no better product, by a large margin, that comes close to Spotify’s ability to just get your tastes and help you go deep into discovery. The best music streaming app on Iphone hands down. Now it just has a couple of bugs since ios 13 which they have not fixed yet.

1. The app crashes sometimes.

2. Does not connects to the internet if the phone is connected also.

3. The biggest problem is when i play music through my watch, the app shows only one song on my watch while they are played all in my phone. There is some bug with the watch app please fix it asap !

Also introduce Siri through carplay and watch and it will be the best streaming app ever !

I understand that this app was recently launched in our region and has limited bollywood songs but apart from that there are few things which can be improved and yes no doubt App is smooth and works like a charm but even after selecting highest audio quality I don’t feel a difference in the quality when switching from high to highest if i compare it with other apps, so please improve that and this one is like a feature I would like you to add and it would be pretty cool to see a video preview like there are few songs which has short videos included, so what you can do is you can add this feature so that when we share it on any social media especially as a story or a status a video preview should be included along with the song...I think this is quite a new feature which even your rivals has not introduced yet... and yeah your app is 😍 ...cheers to the developers
