You cheap greedy people. You have not kept linkedin premium subscription cancellation option in linkedin app. What kind of loot is that. Even when i was cancelling through laptop, you asked me thrice not to cancel it and even gave me a discount offer. No confirmation on email was given to me for the same. Utter unprofessionalism from a website which deals with professionals. This is not how you sell your product. This is forceful selling.

While I’m more engaged on LinkedIn, much more than any other social media platform, I have a feedback towards the improvement of the Mobile App - the search on “Contacts” doesn’t work fine whence searching on “Most recent” criteria(I’m of the belief that same APIs must be used[to have Centralized change management]) but I haven’t had an opportunity validated it for WebApp hence that leaves an opportunity to correct the WebApp without any defect reported.

I wanted to attach screenshot/video but there’s no option available here to substantiate my claim.

I would like to say that upon your undertaking that you could find out sutuateable tenant, I have paid rs. 7668,82(seven thousand six hundred sixty eight rupees& eighty two paise only) as a refundable deposit amount Mr. Gaurav have also informed me that in event of tenant being arranged by me /my end the said amount rs.7668.82 deposit by me will be refund to me. As a service charges they will hold back 1000/- rs since it is commercial.

Though I have booked my services with you.During 8th July 2019 you would not able to identify suitable tenant still September meanwhile as a personal effect I have found out a tenant with whom I have entered in to lease agreement commencing on and from Spetemebr 2019. In view of the above I have on 27th July 2019 request to refund the rs.6669/-rs deposite by me, after detecting your service charges 1000/- rs only.To which you have requested to produce the copy of the lease agreement enter to the tenant. Accordingly I have also shared the copy of the lease agreement enter with my tenant thereby requesting for the refund of the deposit amount , however till today the same has not been repaid , for the reasons best known to you. My repeated requests watapp communacation in this regard have alsowent in vien. At the time of contract for commercial rental no body had informed me about the time frame. Nothing was briefed to me or no terms and conditions where informed . Now at the time of refund your giving me all excuses . I dint expect this kind of service from a reputeted company.

Under the circumstances I request you to refund rs.6669/- paid by me immediately. failing which Ill be constrain ro intiate apporiate legal action which please note . solicitation your corporation.
