Dashboard feature is really nice and pretty accurate. Red and yellow outlines on the screen intimates GPS signal strength which helps when you are in a page other than the dashboard. I have always had a problem with the "maps" page. It is very slow in loading compared to the iphone's maps. Few features like setting a waypoint as target and info (distance, direction, etc.) for that waypoint on the maps page will be very helpful while hiking. Search for places from inside GPS kit and adding that as waypoints would also be nice.
