Exchange rate to India is very bad
Recently wire transferred to India and the exchange rate from USD to INR is very low. This seems like cheating customer with such low rates compared to other major platforms. Looking for another banking service.

Unable to add international phone number.
I am outside of US and don’t have access to US number. I tried to add non - US number but the system clearly states to enter US number. This is really inconvenient considering I can’t do 2 steps authentication now and can’t even change the mailing address.

Too big or heavy
App is good. But it consumes a lot of space. You can’t have an app which is 0.5 GB in size. Off late the size is increasing only.
Please rearchitect you app and make it smaller. This is at least 3 times heavy. iPhone storage is limited and expensive. So do think about the user as well.

The app is not working for me
I am trying to transfer money to my grand nephew at Florida. The app is asking for the authorisation code which I received by email. If I put only the authorisation code the page doesn’t activate .
There is also a debit and atm card no. in next line which was sent to me on 27th July 2020 which I have not received yet and I do not know when I am going to receive it. I do not know even the PIN. If I put an arbitrary no against the PIN ,the page gets activated.
Please help me and let me know how to use the app . Now a days it takes about two to three months to reach a letter from USA to India.

When we exceed the limit of transfers, it will just show just exceeded but will not show any amount, person cannot understand that how much is going deduct for the fees
