Worst shopping app and Total scam
This is the worst app I ever used. I placed an order and returned it and it’s been a month now but I didn’t get any refund. Their customer support team just says there is nothing we can do and you should wait. I ordered lipstick worth 3000 and I don’t have my money or the lipstick. Please don’t buy anything from this app unless you want to be scammed and lose your money.

Worst return policy
I had purchased a perfume for around 7k, but when it got delivered expiry date was just in 6 months. So I returned the product. Even after 15 days after return there is no update about refund. When I called customer care they said to wait as there were few holidays and it would take some time to get the product back to warehouse. I waited for 10 days there was no update when I called customer care again one of their employees told that they will raise complaint and send me complaint ID over mail but I didn’t receive any mail. I’m really disappointed. I can’t write grievance mail without complaint ID.

They deliver broken product and don’t issue refund . And their customer support executive are really mean , they shame you for returning their counterfeit product and then announce that they won’t give you the product or the refund

Ive cancelled my order after they delayed in shipping and now refunding too delaying . Even not initiated the refund process. Pathetic service and pathetic customer support team

Pathetic Customer service
SSBeauty customer care is horrible with zero knowledge or update about your case. They aren’t processing my refund since a month now. I would take the matter to consumer court now.

Shoppers Stop Beauty is clearly trying to compete with other established beauty companies but the app is so slow to load and randomly keeps crashing. It fails to inspire trust in the customer and pushes me to buy from other apps. Please fix it.
