I am writing this review highliting an pathetic experience from Akasa air in terms of refund. I have booked a flight ticket , payment is done but ticket was not booked even I shared the screen shot with concerned customer care team and they promised they will refund the amount in 5 - 7 days time but

now it’s close to a month , such an horrible experience from such an pathetic airlines

I had done a booking for my brother GANESHGIRI GOSWAMI on 16 of October of 24 October from Ahmedabad to goa with confirmation PNR S8LHWW

My brother reched the airport at 11pm on 23 October at ahemdabad airport and was not allowed to enter the airport just becouse the PNR which was genreted was no showing to airport authorities he waited till 3am in the morning and then necessitly he had to do booking for the same flight to come to goa wich costed

Sevrel times i called akasaair customer support too but no one was unable to help me out and suddenly they are telling we cant help u out in that why do youll diveded pnr an all if youll cant send email confirmation of the same

I travels around 20 to 25 times in akasa air but this time was the worst ever not travelling in this flight anymore and even requesting people to avoid travelling in akasa air

They cancel the flight due to operational reasons Like 2 days prior and Do not provide the reschedule of the flight or the compensation for that. Telling nothing is possible in their hands. Never trust them and book tickets. Would not recommend anyone to fly with them.

Hello, i have booked a flight to cochin from Bangalore in Akasa air for 4th Aug. i was unable to do check in from 48hrs. was keep checking and try to contact the airline end up in unanswered calls. i send an email explaining the issue but no response received. on 4th I reached airport and from the check in counter understood that my flight got cancelled and they asked me to go to the airline counter. when i reached counter airline representative was giving a reason as they called me on 27th july and call went unaswer to inform the flight cancellation. which is not correct as i didn’t receive any call from the airline not a message or email mentioning the flight cancellation. there were other passengers also complaining about the same issue. Then the staff mentioned that i can find an alternative flight else they will do full refund. Neither they were sorry about the situation nor they agreed on their fault of not informing passengers. in addition they are asking passengers to arrange the flight themselves. further arguing with the airline they arranged it in indigo flight at 10pm. my previous flight was at 11 am and i end up spending a whole day in airport to catch my rearranged flight. irony is akasa airline is not sorry for the situation neither they are ready to provide any rembursment for the situation and my extra expenses. cancellation are usual but airline should show a courtesy to inform the passengers about the cancellation so that alternative option can be figured out. over all a very bad experience and lesson learned is not to take flight from Akasa airline any more and not to promote to any of my friends and family

Payal Sinha one of ur attendants in the flight is extremely rude and starts shouting

I had a bigger bag wchich couldn’t be kept under the seat but there was no space so tried to push it under the seat and when it couldn’t go she literally tried punch it in

I told her to stop ruining my bag she started shouting at me !!!

I told her to keep it up n not ruin my bag

She literally threw the bag on the overhead bin because the entire overhead bin was full n my stuff fell from the bag !! Didn’t even care to say sorry or pick it up

She again shouted at the other air hostess for not putting the bag properly , I told her u were the one who was throwing the bag. Not her ! N then she started shouting at me that why don’t I logde a complaint if I have to be so righteous n to do whatever I can n started telling her full name n asked if I need her ID number aswell!!! Who talks like this to a customer ????

I was having a great trip but this was as simply shameful !

Akasa needs to train the staff to not to shout at customers n not throw bags of the customers !!!

It’s a horrible experience and will request others never to travel by this airline !
