I ordered few things for my sick mother but my order was cancelled after 2 hours then customer support told me to order again and i will get the refund for my previous order in 7 days as that was prepaid. So i placed a new order and paid the full amount again my order was delayed so customer support assured me it is just delayed but will be delivered. But after 2 hours order was again canceled and was told sorry for the inconvenience.

Didn’t deliver
I ordered from a restaurant yesterday and it cost me 56 riyals. There was no call from the delivery partner and it said deivered and my money was gone. I tried contacting the customer service team and they keep goving me the same response. No action up until now. I’m not getting a refund!!
