Fake offers to lure customers
This is what Tira’s strategy is, put fake offers on the platform, once you have placed an order, they will cancel the offer part as a “technical glitch” at their end. When you reach out to them they will say sorry and close the conversation. No solution. No empathy. No care for the customers. What else can you expect from Reliance anyway?

This was my first purchase on TIRA. I ordered a few items, but almost every item felt emptier than it should have. The products were also dirty, as if they were too old to be sold! The freebies were empty (it doesn't make much of a difference, but don’t promise what you can’t deliver). The lip gloss was defective. I applied for a return, but then I saw many people saying they don't refund the money! Total disappointment, TIRA. I would have rather shopped somewhere else."

The expected arrival date they provide before payment is false
I have recently placed my very first order in Tira and as I proceeded to the payment window it showed that I would receive my order on 7th of March but after I paid the amount it changed the date to 11th of March. I am very disappointed about this issue and hope they fix it as soon as possible.

Consecutive late deliveries and poor customer support
I'm so sad to say this but what am I going to do with your high end authentic products when they are not going to be delivered on time. It already takes a week for the product to reach my location, it further gets delayed due to your incapable staff and incoordination with courier service. When issue is raised, the customer service replies late when the delivery is already done stating that it is showing delivered. I'm highly disappointed. It is totally unacceptable.

Great Product Selection, But Shipping Time Needs Improvement
I found all the products I needed on this website, including my favorite overseas items that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The products are genuine and come with high-quality packaging, which I really appreciate.
However, the only downside is the shipping time—domestic delivery takes more than 7 to 10 days, which is quite long. I strongly suggest improving the delivery speed, as a maximum of 4 days should be sufficient for domestic shipping.
Overall, it's a great site with excellent products. If the shipping speed improves, it will be even better!

I recently had a terrible experience with Tira. I purchased some beauty products during a sale, but I never received a call from the delivery agent. Instead, I kept getting calls about failed delivery attempts. I reached out to customer support several times via call and chat, explaining the situation and stressing that my order should not be canceled under any circumstances. To my shock, I later received a message saying the products were sent back because the delivery agent claimed to have tried contacting me. I told customer support about this again, but they said there was nothing they could do. So, the products were canceled on their end despite no delivery attempt being made. This is just pathetic and unprofessional service. I would never recommend anyone to shop from Tira.

Worst customer care service ever
Not too long ago, I ordered a wrong shade of foundation and wanted to return it. For my first attempt, I wasn't home, so I took some pictures from Myntra's review section (they ask for pictures of the product to confirm) and uploaded them. However, my return request got rejected at least two or three times, which was my fault, I admit. For the fourth time, I shared genuine pictures of the product, which was unsealed and untouched, but still got rejected. I then called the customer service, and the first girl said they couldn't help and hung up on me(worst). The second girl was too rude, didn't try to consider my issue, and didn't attempt to solve my problem. Eventually, I gave up and UNINSTALLED TIRA FOR GOOD.

Terrible delivery and customer service
I had ordered 3 items out of which they only delivered 2.
One of them was dirty and old, clearly they don’t check the products before sending.
While one shipment got delivered the other product was confirmed, but I got no updates for more than a week. I had to reach out to customer service several times and they had no clue!
They raised a complaint and told me that the product will be shipped in 1-2 days but there were no updates!
Two days later, they sent me a message saying my product is cancelled for no reason!!
Again, I reached out to them and they had no clue as to why it was cancelled and asked me to re-order the item which was now out of stock!
I had placed the order with a coupon, so I had gotten it for a lesser price, now the price increased. Why will I re-order an item if they cancel it for no reason!!
They sent me a coupon saying we’re sorry for the cancellation and that doesn’t even work.
You have to keep reaching out to them because they will provide you with no updates from their end if there is any delay. Such terrible service!

This is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered from Tira expecting decent service, but what I got was a complete disaster. My order arrived *10 days late* – that's already unacceptable – but to top it off, the product I received was *wrong*, and the perfume bottles were *EMPTY*. Are you kidding me?
And your so-called customer service? Instead of fixing the issue immediately, you tell me to return the product and place a new order? What kind of pathetic service is this? Do you even care about your customers or are you just here to waste people's time with your incompetence?

Please don’t buy from them
Please don’t ever buy from this app. They will scam you. They were offering some good deals so I placed an order for 20k through UPI payment (prepaid). I placed it on 10th September and the delivery date was shown as 17th September. On 17th September they kept sending me delayed emails. After trying to contact them everywhere (their customer support is pathetic) I finally gave up. The order status was still showing as only order placed and no other update since 10th September. So I tried to cancel the order and while giving me the refund they deducted 3k from it and did not give me a reason. So not only did I not receive the products, I also lost money. I have also heard that they send you damaged and expired products and that is the reason they are selling the products at such discounted values. I placed a similar order on Nykaa and I got it within two days of placing the order. Please just use Nykaa and don’t get scammed by this app. I hope this helps someone else.

DO NOT BUY FROM TIRA!! BIG SCAM
My very first experience was pathetic. I made such a big investment in aveda shampoo and two conditioners because i used the sample i recieved from nykaa and the results was worth investing in the shampoo. The shampoo and conditioners had no offer price on them and even then What I received was pathetic with no seal whatsoever. One conditioner was about to expire in such an old pathetic condition it was totally ineffective compared to what i experienced from the sample. This 2 year about to expire conditioner did absolutely NOTHING. The shampoo and the other conditioner also had an old manufacturing date. None of these expensive products were fresh or new in any way and were very ineffective then why are they being sold without any discount? My 4000₹ went to absolute waste. Another thing i noticed is i raised a return request on about to expire conditioner and every delivery agent that was assigned for a pickup didn’t pickup the conditioner and the message was sent to me that the the executive was unable to pickup the tira package and eventually my return request was cancelled. DO NOT BUY FROM TIRA THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING YOU

Products not seal packed and damaged lipstick
I am absolutely furious with my recent experience with Tira. I ordered a Huda Beauty lipstick, and when it arrived, it was completely damaged. The lipstick was broken, smudged, and utterly unusable. It’s obvious that Tira doesn’t bother to check their products before shipping them out.
To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service, they were completely unhelpful and refused to provide a replacement or a refund. The situation was further aggravated by their app, which doesn’t record refund requests properly and constantly shows errors. I tried multiple times to process a refund, but the app kept failing, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating.
This is beyond unacceptable. Tira clearly has no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid shopping at Tira. They don’t care about their customers, and you’ll end up with damaged goods and no support. Never again!

I downloaded this beauty app hoping to access its promised features for skincare tips, virtual makeovers, and product recommendations. However, it quickly became clear that this app is nothing more than a scam designed to exploit users. I strongly advise against using this app. The app lures you in with promises of great offers, but once you start using it, they repeatedly scam you!!!!!! This app says you have offers but then you don’t receive the product at all. Once you raise a complaint, they want us to return the product which was not delivered!!!!!! This has happened twice with me and my friends too. This team has not delivered one order right!!! You order a serum on offer and then after two days they cancel your order and return only a part of the amount!!! Pathetic, fraud

Made the mistake twice of ordering from TIRA..the first order got delayed by a month & mind you these products were easily available on Nykaa & other offline stores as well..but I thought to give it a try since the offers were good & it was supposed to be a wedding gift for a close family member..imagine my horror when even after ordering 3 weeks prior,I got them after the wedding was over & that too after numerous mails & calls & the 2nd time my order got cancelled even after i had made the payment!!. no reason given..their payment modes also suck..unlike Nykaa they don’t have a COD option either!!..when I contacted them the customer support executive was like “it was a technical glitch” that’s why it got cancelled..we’ll make sure it won’t happen again!🤷🏻♀️

Don’t buy from TIRA beauty just they say they have amazing discounts which is not worth it.
This is the worst platform to shop. I made two orders and one order was delivered 11 days after the delivery date and one item was missing from that order, I tried talking to the customer care and no use of that and same happened with the other order too. It shows you’ll get free bees and they won’t send the free bees too. Same happened with my friends also. I do a lot of online shopping and things like this never happened for me earlier. But in TIRA it happened for me trice. Even the packaging is not good. A BIG no for TIRA.

Do not buy from tira !!!
As i have ordered 2 body wash 1 body cream and a lip balm i have already paid for this order online and yesterday when i got my order there was no lip balm in it even though it was written in the billing… I have arose issue for whatever happened with me so no actions has been taken to solve it It is sooo sooo bad i was not expecting this experience form TIRA BUYCOT TIRA ! Not going to buy anything from it now it is not trustworthy guys mark my words .

Worst app, money stealer
They cancelled my order without my consent , no mail , no call , they have not not even updated on my app, it is showing product will be delivered by the end of July, and when I call the customer care, I get to know that my product has already been cancelled. It is being returned to the origin, and this has been done since 16th and I’m getting to know on the 19th that too, when I call the customer care. I haven’t got my refund yet. And this is not the first time, Tina has done the same thing with my mother too. my mother got her refund after a month again. No news. No email. No message. Nothing by far. This is the worst app. Do not install this rather use purple or Nykaa far better customer service. At least they don’t lie to the customers or give false information in the app, where is my refund?

Don’t buy products
They are literally scamming us through sale. I placed 4 orders with TIRA during hello beauty sale was able to grab a lot of products due to sale. While I was waiting for 2 days for the order to be confirmed which it did after 4 days of placing the order they cancelled my order. When I contacted customer support they hung up on me twice. In the third time they spoke to me and told me that it is due to technical glitch
When I told them that my discount and freebies won’t be back because of your mistake they just apologised and asked me to place an order again. I have never faced this problem on Nykaa

Worst worst WORST
These guys are horrible and their customer service is just useless people! I made an order about a month ago On the day of delivery i recieve an email that my order has been cancelled!! Again i made an order about 15 days ago I havent recieved it yet!! And it is showing in transit for about 6 days! These is no update at all. And it was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago! When i am contacting their customer service they are just repeating the same thing we apologise dont worry we are working on it Twice they claimed that i will recieve the order within 1-2 days and it has been 15 days! If i could have given a This is such such such such a horrible app i swear to god! 20 days since i made the order! Still no update Their whatsapp chat support is even worst! Worst experience TIRA IS A SCAM
I shopped for the very first from this app Tira and my experience is really bad. Purchased blow dry brush in which I got a comb free that too broken. When I tried to check the blow dry brush it's not at all gives blow dry efffect product doesn't not give what it claims. I want to return the product which has a return policy of 15 days or so on but they rejected my request saying I have opened the product. It's a electronic device how I'll be able go check if the product is working fine or not. Not at all favourable towards there customers. I contacting them on email and getting same email that request has been cancelled.

they have canceled part of my order two times now
Hello please be aware of their scamming schemes like 500 off coupons for new user, I have placed 2 orders till now using new user coupon and one with some special occasion and they have cancelled one item from each order and refunded that amount so ultimately I was able to get half of the coupon off on one of the item instead of the full coupon off on both items which I wanted leaving a very unpleasant user experience.
What is the worst is the lying saying item is out of stock but item is never out of stock even after four days or a week that they have cancelled my item for and I have asked the customer care on email and they have said that the same false reason and that it will get updated but I have seen that it’s still in stock till a week or a month and so on.

Pathetic App
I really had a bad experience with TIRA. They offer some good deals, but that is about it. I have placed an order via the app and they show an estimated delivery date. But the order is just placed, it does not get processed easily. On the date of delivery, it is notified that the order is delayed.
I have had a similar experience thrice. And the customer service are of no use. They refuse to give any valuable information or a resolute date for the delivery after the delay.
The only good thing is that the refunds are processed instantly. Otherwise, this app is of no use. There needs to be a lot of reworking on the network and the application itself to enhance the customer experience.

Horrible app
This is my second experience with Tira and yet again they have failed to service the customer horribly. In my first experience with Tira, I had ordered a few items of which one of the products was not even what I had ordered. Instead of the one that I did, and when I tried to return the product, the return was placed, but later was cancelled stating return would not be feasible. This is my second time I tried experiencing the app, however, yet again they have cancelled the order after 10 days of the order placement with comments as due to unexpected circumstances, horrible app would never ever buy from them again.

FRAUDS!
Such unbelievable response I have ever faced with any other apps. I have ordered 4 items worth 9800, 2 of them were cancelled automatically and refunded. I was happy that the all is loyal and making a refund.
Later i have received my parcel and it had only 1 item in it. The other product worth 2970/- was missing. I thought it will arrive in a different package but then in the app it was mentioned as delivered.
Then I mailed them with all the details and proofs, there is no response from them but it shows ticket completed. I have also visited the store and explained them what happened and they said they cant help it out.
I have reached out with the customer care and he says “ticket is already raised and we are looking forward to resolve it within 3-4 business days.
They have only delivered the product worth 600 and other 2 products worth 6200/- and 3870/- were cancelled without any notice.
This is my first order and I’m very disappointed with their service and behaviour. Will never recommend anyone. This will be my first and last order.
I will complaint about this to the govt consumer forum.
Please don’t encourage these frauds. We loose money and make them profitable, later go behind them for a refund.

Worst App Ever
This is the worst shopping app I have ever used. I placed an order but never received any updates. Despite frequently checking the order status, it remained 'processing' for over a month. I placed a second order, which was automatically canceled. Frustrated, I purchased the same product from another website. Unexpectedly, I received a call from a delivery agent while I was out of town. I asked my colleague to accept the delivery, not realizing it was from Tira since the order had been canceled. I then requested a return multiple times; they approved at last but later refused, claiming the images I sent were unclear. However, the images were crystal clear with no issues, i even emailed them the images confirming they were used and had original tags and packages. Additionally, their customer service is terrible.

Services are not good
Services of Tira is not good. I ordered a product and it was in processing for last four days, and after that, it was automatically cancelled. When I checked with the customer care, they are saying that the product went out of stock.
If the product is out of stock, then why was it visible in the application and even after talking to customer services when I try to re-order the product, it was showing in the stock. It was not even out of stock so they are doing some kind of fraud, their services is not up to the mark, so I think it is waste of time to order the product from Tira

Horrible customer service
I wish I could give stars in negative! They are horrible, they don’t care about serving you or delivering your order. Customer service is even more pathetic! Placed an order almost a month back, whenever you follow-up or ask for an update - they say we’re checking and looking at resolving your issue. THEY DON’T GET BACK, THEY JUST DONT CARE. It’s a scam! Even after I told them about my disappointment, I have been getting the same response - tried on social media, the customer care on app, and called their service centre, they don’t even want to help you! Just don’t, avoid ordering from them at all cost!

This app has to be the worst one. These people send wrong products and few products don’t even make it to your doorsteps. Customer service is dumb af! They just want your money and nothing more. The only drawback with the app is there ain’t any reviews or ratings on the product. Amazing offers like always the Ambani’s bring. But for a customer to buy more or try out new products they need ratings and reviews maybe if the app has reviews or ratings of the products i would use it more. Like how nykaa has reviews and ratings from the customers who bought the products they give points to reviews the product then that can be redeemed maybe something like that can be done.

Incomplete order
I recently order mcaffeine combo pack of body polishing oil and body scrub but i didn’t receive body polishing oil when i raised a complaint about it they assure me they will get back to me after 2-3 days with good response. When I received the order the packaging was good there was no damage but the product was missing I don’t know they did this intentionally or the product was really missing. I wanted my money back and they are saying it is not possible to refund and we are sorry what should i do with the sorry my product won’t come back. Guys with tira deliveries plzz do check 1000 times whether the products are complete or not. And if u are not in the town and the delivery guy comes to deliver ur order then don’t say others to receive the order. U receive the order in person and recheck 1000 times infront of the delivery guy and make sure to make a video of it…. Worst experience with tira

Worst Delivery
I really don’t understand that when you guys are such a huge brand why can’t you expand and have more warehouses across the country.
Everytime I order I have to wait for like a week to 10 daya for my order. This is highly impacting your customer retention. Being working in Logistics I know how things work around.
You just cannot have one warehouse in Bhiwandi and expect to cater across the country with a promised time frame.
I have placed an order on 25th March and I have received no update since. I have raised multiple requests regarding the update but it’s always like it is being prepared will get dispatched soon. This is not how things work. You people should really work on your Logistics and Supply Chain team or else you’ll keep on loosing the customers.

1- I had ordered something from tira the first time ever, the payment page got stuck due to network issue and the order didn’t confirm and when i tried to reorder it, the app showed that the coupon was already occupied even when the payment was not done.
2- I tried to order the same items again with another coupon and the items were CANCELLED!!! without any notification whatsoever. I just got the sms that the amount was been refunded. I was soo furious. I items were available and in stock, still the order was cancelled. I called customer service, they were no help. They didn’t give me any credit or help me in any way.
3- I ordered the third with my friends newly setup account, and again the most part of the order, i.e, 4 items were cancelled without any notification. I was extremely disappointed and furious!!! Hate this app. Nothing good about the app really. Would never recommend this to anyone at all.

TIRA is Worst online fraud company please choose NYKAA
Hi I am writing this review after pleading TIRA past three days to deliver my product. I ordered products from TIRA on 10th and delivery date was 16th March. I regularly buy from NYKAA but as they were giving good discounts I tried TIRA thinking it’s a reliance brand but guys trust me these people might be using money to rotate in the market and using that money to give discounts as they are not processing any order for 7 days. V cheap way of harassing the customers. The only prob is I have ordered for 4K and scared that what if I dun get my money back. They are just emailing that we are looking into the problem it will get processed in 2 days.

Not so ‘reliable’ after all
I mean I felt I should’ve read the reviews for the app before I placed an order but I was interested in trying this new app and I gotta say I am disappointed. While I placed an order it indicated it would take a little more than a week to deliver. I did find that a bit odd but whatever, I wasn’t in any hurry.
What annoyed me was that the order hadn’t been packed even after a week had passed. Then I get a mail saying they’re sorry. I mean why even accept an order if you can’t keep up with it. I would’ve bought them elsewhere and would’ve received them sooner too.
Feels like a massive waste of time. I’ve never had to deal with such an experience on any other e-commerce apps.

Fraud: Don’t be fooled by an Ambani attached in the ownership!
I order one product on 1st March, they don’t show delivery date when placing order , afterwards it showed delivery as 8th March while other apps were giving same day delivery. Then I raised a chat on 3rd March, they raised a complain ticket, which no one looked into until it was 10th March, and product status was neither updated on the app, no product has been delivered, delivery date had passed 2 days ago.
When I raised the complaint again, no one had any answered, so I decided to cancel my order after spending my money and waiting like a fool for 10 days.
Madam Isha Ambani needs to at least live upto the surname attached to her name here.

Damaged and Fingerprints on the product received TWICE!
DO NOT BUY FROM TIRA!!!
1. I received a damaged product that had a fingerprint in one of the pans. Hygiene much?
2. The packaging was horrible. It was just in a bubble wrap. Just expensive products were just thrown in a box. Ofcourse they will break.
3. Customer service was horrible. I asked to speak to the senior, and she was using words like "I guess this won't happen again" , "maybe it won't happen again".
4. My overall shopping experience was horrible and service was atrocious.
I ordered an ABH pallette from them, and when I received it was damaged and there was a fingerprint on one of the pans!!!!!
Last week a friend had ordered the same pallette for me from their account and when I received that and I opened it, the pallette was damaged and there was a fingerprint in it. So I returned it.
After a week when I ordered from my account, I received the SAME PALLETTE I had returned.
This shows that they will resell their damaged products and try to get as money as much as money as possible.
Horrible experience with tira. Will never buy from them again and will not recommend it to anyone ever!!!!!

I recently placed an order for many products (Alamtruman blow brush, deodorant, bodymist), but when I received my package my alan Truman blow brush was missing. I talked to their executive, he assured me this query will be resolved soon but nothing happened. I shared pictures of invoice, sealed and open package to their email id. Consequently, I called them again and this time female executive assured me that my money will be refunded soon. It’s been a month now and I haven’t seen any kind of settlement yet. They have used up enough time and when I try to contact them all I’m receiving is their unnecessary apologies and lame excuses. They are toying with customer’s feelings. This is very contemptible.

The worst beauty app ever
My first and only experience with TIRA has been pathetic. I ordered bare anatomy shampoo+ hair mask, and mcaffeine body scrub. A free mini-sized mcaffeine face scrub was given and fortunately I did COD.
A day before the delivery I checked the app again for the order status and it showed two deliveries and a higher amount for mcaffeine products, and a full-sized face scrub was added and I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I never ordered it in the first place and there was no option for cancellation even though I tried.
During delivery I refused the mcaffeine box and only took the bare anatomy box, and it didn’t end there.
The app was showing that I had to pay 806 bucks only for the bare anatomy products, and on the box, clearly someone had cut that with a black marker and told to collect 906. The delivery guy took a picture of the receipt I had in my phone of TIRA and took only 806 from me. In fact even he told me to order from Nykaa, because i am very sure he has heard complains from everyone from TIRA. The TIRA Google reviews are full of these complaints.
Don’t get carried away by their publicity. My first experience at TIRA is so bad, I wouldn’t buy from them again. And definitely they have better offers , but all of it is deceiving.
I’m happy with Nykaa and I’ll keep ordering from there.

WORST APP EVER!
Recently I placed two orders on the app for the very first time and I got scammed each time. The first order I placed was an expensive L'Oréal concealer along with other items and I literally received a cheap eyeliner instead of the concealer. The next time I placed an order for 2 Manish Malhotra beauty mascaras and both the mascaras were defective. One of them was just a broken package with literally no product inside. Just a broken, empty tube and the other one was super dry like it's used for years. And it was also quite expensive!
Such a bad experience, I regret wasting my money on this app! Getting celebrities as your brand ambassador and this is the kind of service you all provide? Pathetic!

Scammed by Tira
I recently ordered a HUDA Beauty kit from Tira. There should have been 4 items inside the box. The outer packaging was perfect. When I opened the box, one item was missing. When I raised a complaint they assured me that they will look into the matter and asked for 48 hours for investigation. I followed by but no update was given. They responded after 4 days and said they have a CCTV footage which shows everything is fine on their end and that package has 4 items. They asked for my email id which I shared for getting the footage but got no mail from their end. They then asked for alternative email which I gave but again the same thing happened. I got no mail no footage. I updated them that I still don’t have the footage and then they stopped all the communication and on the app marked the ticket as successful and closed it mentioning we will not provide any resolution on this further. This is their customer support. It is pathetic. The app is pathetic. Everything is pathetic. They are scammers. Please beware, don’t order combos from them because this give them the chance to club items together and then you can’t track each item. They don’t provide any resolution at all for days and let the return window time slip away.

Got a used shampoo
Woooorst experience with tira. I had ordered wella shampoo of 250 ml for which I got less than a 100ml in the bottle.
As soon as I got the product and it was sooo light, I just thought of checking the quantity and literally shocked by seeing more than half empty bottle. I immediately requested for a return and and raised the ticket and sent the images. But I didn’t get any response from their side and after few days got a notification that the ticket had been closed.
Dear tira., better don’t do business if u want to bluff people and can’t resolve their issues. What’s the point in having a big team when u are not in a position to address an issue.

Great customer service. Variety of new products and discounts
There’s a ₹750-₹1000 off coupon available once every week, (maybe because the app is new and they wanna capture the market) but these coupons are super useful when you’re buying luxury skincare and beauty products such as Laura Mercier. You can’t find more than a 10% discount on any other e beauty apps these days most of the time. Plus, I worried that such huge discounts would mean that I would get products that are old stock with limited expiry time, but in my 5-6 orders so far, that has not been the case. All the products had an expiry time of at least 2026. All in all, I’m loving shopping with TIRA!

Fake products
They lure you with discounts and offers. I was loyal customer of brand Kaya and have been using its product for a long time . Its products works like magic on my pimples but after i used the kaya kit purchased from Tira i started getting more pimple and even the texture, smell of the product were not the same as original then heard more reviews on how they are selling fake products and realised the same happened to me. I threw all the products away as it was not of use. Please be careful while trying new website and also the do research before buying anything from it

Customer service is pathetic!
I’ve returned a product five days before and there’s no update about the refund. In the app it’s showing there’s no pending refund. And when I chat with the customer service everyone is saying different reasons for the delay of refund. All they conclude by saying for me to wait for 2-4 days! But I ended up waiting for five days still no msgs no mail and no updates in the app about refund. Last mail I got was asking bank details and I replied for that too still no response. We feel like begging for our own money. Never going to purchase from Tira, there’s far more better beauty apps available!!

They will cheat your money
Please don’t buy from this app. Firstly they’ll not provide you with your orders and then you can just keep begging them for your refund but they will never give you back. You can keep calling them but ultimately you’ll get tired and forget about your money. I have got every detail with me. If you ever purchase from them, keep that in mind that you should not do online payment. They are scamming people. Never expected this from a reliance company. Trust me they’re worst. The other apps are not so bad. Their customer care is so bad. It’s unbelievable. They’ll make you beg for your own money but still won’t give it back. They’ve already stolen my money. So please save yours! I’ve sent them so many mails and called them so many times but they just don’t care. They asked me for every detail. I’ve send them. Highly Disappointed
This was my first time ordering from this app.
At the checkout page I entered my card details and the money got debited from account but the order failed error poped up asking to retry.. I tried completing the payment twice; however same error retry and again twice the money got debited from my account!!! In all thrice the amount was debited from my card, there payment failed notification is also not available and no refund information available… and ultimately the order was also not placed… I need all my refund back! First time experience highly terribly disappointing… it seems to be scammed

PATHETIC SERVICE
The service is absolutely pathetic and you will be at your wits end if you ever got the misfortune of having to deal with their customer service department because it is the worst thing to ever exist. I got only HALF of my products and they labelled ME as wrong, and they literally will not listen to you, neither would they care what you have to say, Im being ver honest with you. I have had negative experiences with other companies but god knows they have never been as bad as this. Never. I’m appalled and disgusted by their attitude. They literally do NOT care!! They will just dodge off your complaint and will try to act everything is ok, till you forget about it yourself or just give up.
Pathetic. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I cannot give it zero stars because I would have given that to them.

Issues in return and replacement
Seeing the reliance brand name , I bought expensive item from this app , but they delivered a product with broken seal and when I raised the return request they are continuously rejecting the request saying the product has been used . Even though one of the return reason is product doesn’t suit me they will not accept this as the answer . Among all the other apps I had one of the worst experiences in this app . Without using the product even once how can someone know if it suits them. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.
For this app 1 star is also too much.

Customer service is pathetic
I got good discounts and products at a very good price. However, the products are ordered were marked delivered while I didn’t receive them. Upon communicating I was told that I can’t get a refund/replacement. They did not reciprocate with enough evidence to show otherwise. My complaints were ignored and never reciprocated since then.
Please make sure you do a COD because these people don’t accept that there can be a flaw in delivery and like me other people will also end up losing money.

I was looking for more brands on the app.. brands like Huda beauty not available.. the iconic cult products of Bobbi brown were not available… basic shades of Maybelline sensational range was available and nude colours were just not there.. I’m hopeful with time we will be getting more products for shopping.. also the catch of 10% off on every product was not true.. it was not given on every product & that made me feel bad..
but I’m hopeful to receive the products in great condition.. Thankyou

They are frauds
Hi guys please never buy any product from TIRA they show some different image of the product and then send completely different shade. They say dark red and maroons are nude shades and then when u request return they ask for image and off course you will open the product and show the shade by applying on your hand and bang on they will say oh now you have opened and now we can’t exchange the same or return the same.
Guys pls go for other options like Nykaa or purple atleast their images are not morphed. And return policies are much better. I thought this is new website and tried ordering neither prices are that great neither the product nor the service.
Please save yourself from getting fooled from them. Shame on TIRA as calling themselves as a brand just for 445 rs and 477 rs they are doing fraud with clients.
I have uninstalled the app and making sure wil let my views everywhere as it’s not about money it’s about they ask u to open and then once you open they say we can’t return.

Worst app
This is the worst app . I bought a perfume from their app and I returned it as I didn’t wanted it anymore . But when I returned the product and refund got initiated , the refund transaction got failed and it’s showing refund failed . It’s been a week I am still waiting for my money . Customer care executives told me to share bank statements. So this is how they Bother customer . And the app is so bad that sometimes even when the product gets picked up , it still doesn’t show that the product is picked up . All they say is we need 48hours and those hours never ends . It’s a trash website. It need to be closed
