smart collect systems is third class service provider by my bill book. I tried to so many times to this company but no response received to us. Payment paid on 10th Sept on virtual account but till 27 Sept not received us or refund to customer account. This is the cheating with customer payment. Customer support or smart collect team not responsible give answer to customer. Company not taking money responsibility. Never recommend this company to any one or please refund the payment to us or party

How to input pre-gst discount as per item then add another pre-gst discount on total amount and then apply gst?
There is no option for it.
For Example, If there are few item (Item A, Item B, Item C & Item D)
We have different discounts on different items. 15.25%, 12%, 10% & 12.25% respectively. Then after calculating total we have another discount of 2% before taxation. Then we add delivery changes of ₹500. Then add cgst & sgst. How can we calculate it on MyBillBook. But we can do it on Tally, Marg and Busy.
