ZestMoney facilitates personal loans through its lending partners to select customers based on different factors like good repayment behaviour etc. The loan repayment period can vary from 3 months to 36 months. The maximum cost (interest & processing fee) can go up to 36% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) based on an individual’s credit profile, although most of our customers incur much lower cost. As an example, if you take a personal loan of Rs.20,000 for a tenure of 12 months at 20% interest rate, you will have to pay a processing fee of Rs.708 (3% of loan amount & GST) and your EMI will be Rs.1853. This is the worst money lending app I have ever seen. These guys take forever to resolve an issue and the customer care people are not at all responsible and don't understand the urgency or need of your problem. They just give us a repetitive generic answer as an automated message. They don't have a good technology in place which should have a sync among their platforms. The customer care executives come up with new excuses or issues every time we call them, and there's no good collaboration within their team,from past 6months they haven’t been able to give me my cashback and excuses they give are technical issues 😂please guys don’t use this app🙏🏻

I had taken two loans last year I had paid them all without any due then also they are not showing any credit offer to me from last year there bolt also works nicely first 2,3 months after that they don’t provide you bolt also the worst app I have ever used after paying my all dues on time also when I need credit limit they are not giving any credit offers and when I ask customer care they say system will update it when you are eligible my credit score is also good 😂but there system doesn’t work properly

I took loans from them even though I repayed on time ..their system reported it a late payment…I actually paid before due date on all emi.Well I understand these back end systems could be complex and may have bugs..What they should do is at least fix my credit report because it happened because of their incompetent system….I am actually in the process of talking to lawyer to take this stuff to court..cuz they are not fixing it and I am lost my credit score…I have already raised complaint and talked with representatives…I am waiting for their reply to go decide whether court option is the way to go…….

They promised to give interest refunds lying saying its for tax purposes on our interest free loans after ,its been 3-4 months i haven’t received my interest refund. They say its a technical issued everytime i contact them , they lie and give fake dates of resolvement. How can such a big company not resolve its technical issue for the past five months despite sending them supporting documents. They do it on purpose so that we get tired of following up. I would never recommend this app or usage. Avoid at all costs.

I am using the app since past few years. Totally bad support. My EMI instalment got debited twice 5 months back and I'm following up with the support past 5 months but no relevant info given regarding it. It's been last 6 months i'm not getting my cash-backs as well. Worst experience with zest money. They will destroy your CIBIL Score. Don't use it.

This fraud cheating application and company, this company will cheated me last 1 year. When applied an loan they told me there is no any interest for your loan but u get cashback after payment the monthly EMI but still I didn’t get any cash back,
when u call the customer care they told simply u should wait for next 15 days, am waiting so many 15 days (1 year) still didn’t get back my money.
They told there is no any hidden charges but they applied so many hidden charges while processing the loan.
You must loss your money when u use this fraud financial company
So pls avoid to use this application and this company.

I have credits litim more then 1 lakh but not a single company have zest money option I’m facing this problem from past 4 months. I complain more then 8 time but I didn’t get any solution. Then I start researching about this then I know about there ceo left the company because company going in losses and other companys not going to collaboration with them that’s why they shut all zest money EMI options. So if you have any need try other app coz zest money not give you anything..

I took an education loan for higher studies with no cost interest with 5 months terms. It’s been 4 months since EMI started and 4/5 EMIs are paid. But the interest amount not refunded yet. I contacted customer care and was told within 3 working days they will sort out. But it’s been a two weeks after contacted customer care, no response and no refund yet. I further enquired about this zest money with my course mates. No positivity about interest refund matters. Everybody has to struggle to get their interest refund. Avoid taking loans with this company. ignorance to the core, I request all, please stay away from this company for any money matters.

I have taken loan for my studies they offered that for zero interest. Initially they will deduct the amount along with interest after the every month they will return the amount. Everything went good in first semester but second same they didn’t refund the interest amount to any of student. The scam is more than 2-3 crores. Don’t use such scamming app.

These guys are mediators (dalal). Their lending partners are different. I happen to apply several loans (mostly 3months EMIs) last year to fund some of the vacations and some short term courses but I did not know that I will fall into a rat trap. I closed all the loans last year itself but the CIBIL scores do not have that update. All my loans show as delayed payments and are not closed even after an year. I asked them to provide NOC and they responded back saying it’s a 30 days process. These guys are cheats. Their rates are very higher and their processes are weird. Don’t fall into the it. It’s a rat trap.

This is the most pathetic company that i have ever deal with, this company doesn't follow any tat or any deadline neither stick to professionalism, they keep debiting your instalments on time but doesn't issue the cash-back on time, everytime when you call them they will give you some new date and will ask you to wait till then, and after calling on the given date, these people will give you new date and thats it. Pathetic support persons they have, they even don't know how to talk properly to their customers. Won't recommend anyone to use zest money anytime. Pathetic irresponsible company.

This is one of the biggest fraud and baseless fintech application which is so disgusting and annoying. No cashback has been given at all. Whenever we request something to customer care there response is so simple saying Sir it's a system generated application we are so sorry they why the hell are they doing. These are just a bunch of fraud’s trying to make money out if your pockets. Don’t fall for their so called “cashback” because it’s just another way of them pulling more money out of your pockets.
I have months and months of cashback due on them, so much so that i can literally charge them interest rates. I have pinged them on their app, emailed them and even called them thousands of times now.
They first make you wait for hours, i kid you not, i was on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes and all you get is templated responses. Even their call center workers are annoyed because the get so many calls from angry customers and have to hear from all of them.
No wonder Phonepe didn’t do business with them.
Save your time, money and efforts, don’t even bother making an account with these fraudulent people. It’ll only damage your credit score, nothing else.

They provide interest free EMIs. For small amounts it’s okay. I purchased my MacBook Pro using their no cost emi option where they told interest will be refunded within 7-10 working days. For the first two months although there was delay in refund but they refunded the interest in my account.
After that for the last three months I haven’t received the interest cashbacks which is approx 1k(MacBook and apple care both). I’d followed up with there technical team almost 15-20 times on call they were very polite and insured that there was some technical issue but it will be resolved very soon. Every time they assured the same thing but no resolution has been provided till now. In fact I’ve filed a complaint against them in consumer court.
Finally I won’t recommend anyone to go with their no cost emi policy, it’s fake they won’t return your interest back.

The signed a contract to release the interest cashback within 10-12 business day. Since October 2022, every month i have been following up via chat channel or call channel available in the application to get the same standard response “We are escalating your issue to concerned team”. The cashback for hundreds or may be thousands of customers have not been paid off by test money since march 2023. Even after multiple follow ups, the support team is saying “we have escalated your issue to concerned team” but i am sure there is no one at the Zest money who is concerned about resolving the cashback on time problem.
In fact it could be their business model to keep the interest money of customers long enough to mint high interest on them . That is why the app has been designed such a way that EMI ll get debited right on time. Even they have option to pre pay the emi. They send notifications about the same too.
But the app lacks basic visibility to provide customers with cashback status. If anyone has to know the cashback status they will have to go through the support team who themselves have no visibility to whatsoever or lack some basic training.

App May be good but it’s very difficult to delete the account in case you want to.
Onboarding is simple. But off boarding is super complex. It should be equally easy like onboarding. But not here.
First you send a mail. They try to sell the app by telling all the features etc. then when you insist , they tell you one hidden place in app from where you have put a delete request.
Once you place delete request, still you have to wait for couple of days to get one more mail where you have to confirm the deletion.
What a stupid way to forcefully hold customer.a big thumbs down.

These people are just worst. Don’t install this app. First they call to tell you that personal loan in sanctioned and within 48 hours we will disburse. Then slowly they will keep asking to give documents even when you are an old customers. They asked for KYC DOCUMENTS and then bank statements and they asked to delete the autopay and create again. All this when you are an old customer of the app. All customer executives tell you is the issue will be solved in 24-48 hours. And it keeps on going like this for weeks. After that they have the guts to cancel the application on their own without any reasons. All this is negatively affecting my Cibil as there it will show as enquiry.
It is second time I trusted this app and got fooled to apply and wait like an idiot. If you have any urgency look elsewhere as these people are highly unprofessional and only doing timepass.

I had purchased iPhone by using 5000 rupees cash back offer in October month by Reliance Digital store. As per terms cash back will be credited after 3 EMI but I already done with 4 emi and till the date I don’t receive any cash back. When I try to resolve issues by zest customer care they were just giving hope week by week but not let me confirm about when the cash back will be credited. Same issues was faced by many people and they left their hope. Extremely suggesting to everyone not to use this zest service, it might be scam or fake offers.

Zest money good app for purchasing products from various vendors as EMI scheme, i have purchased products 6-7 times and made timely repayments, based on that i got 2 time personal loan offer, first time I applied after 3 days loan offer rejected, again they provided personal loan and customer care called me to avail loan, ok i availed again after 3 days same like before rejected without any reason, if they cant then why zest money customer care executive calling and asking to avail loan I really don’t understand 😅, felt really very bad on this type of fake promises 🙏🏻

I took a loan from Zest Money a few months ago and was initially happy with the quick and easy approval process. However, things took a turn for the worse when I realized that your company was being irresponsible in reporting my loan to the credit bureaus.
As a result of your negligence, my CIBIL score has been negatively impacted, which has caused me a great deal of stress and financial burden. I have always been diligent about making my loan payments on time, and it is unfair that my credit score is suffering due to your company's errors.
Furthermore, I have tried to reach out to your customer service team several times to resolve this issue, but have been met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously and that your company is not taking responsibility for the damage it has caused.
In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with Zest Money's lack of responsibility and concern for its customers' financial well-being. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify the situation and improve your customer service to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

I personally ignored all the negative reviews and installed the app. But now I am cursing myself. First two months was so helpful so I started buying item via zest money only and I also make all the payments on time. But suddenly they stop my credit saying irregular payment mode. Where all payment are made before time. On call the executive will say this is system generated, so he can’t help it.
And when i let them know how actually a credit card works he said their company policy is different. So I checked the terms n condition once again but it’s if no use as nothing was mentioned. If you want to keep you cibil score healthy remove your account or don’t create at account. Even I’ll pay the remaining balance and close the account

My credit limit is under review for the past month and I have been contacting the customer service everyday. There is no solution from their side. Just one script is pasted as an answer “Your issue has been escalated and will be resolved within 48 hours”. After the time limit is over the paste this same script on to you.
It means your credit limit will never be activated you will never be able to use the app for any thing and your money deducted for the mandate service has gone to waste as you are not getting it back.
Don’t waste your time even thinking about this app.
Better to switch to your banks for help.

I gave 1 star because there is no option to give half star or zero star. There was 97k credit limit in my account, suddenly they blocked my credit limit. Calling there customer service is more pathetic experience, as their executives can’t even understand the issue and reads the script provided to them. I had always paid my EMI’s on time but still they put the blame on system that system evaluates the account. Whereas I haven’t taken loans with other bank institutions outside zest money. I have to place an order but they blocked the limit and not even providing any valid reasons for it. I would suggest everyone to not use this app and uninstall if you have already installed as it won’t support at the time of your need.

The overall performance and the services of this app is good. But recently what I’m facing is that the application is keeping closed whenever I try to open the application. So that I can’t able to track my emi payments properly. If the issue keeps happening, we can’t able to pay the emi regularly. Also the Cashback is not received for any past two months. I can’t pay any excess of money on a product I bought. If the technical team reads this review, I request you to clear this bug as soon as possible.

This is the worst money lending app I have ever seen. These guys take forever to resolve an issue and the customer care people are not at all responsible and don’t understand the urgency or need of your problem. They just give us a repetitive generic answer as an automated message. They don’t have a good technology in place which should have a sync among their platforms. The customer care executives come up with new excuses or issues every time we call them, and there’s no good collaboration within their team. Please never ever opt for a loan with ZestMoney, they’re so pathetic and you’ll run yourself into trouble if you opt so.

How bad is that when you are stamped that you have taken loans and not repaying you ?
This happened with me from zest for the loan amount they haven’t deposited.
Since October Iam behind customer care to resolve my issue of non disbursement of loan amount, no one is even bothered and repayment department people are calling and threatening me to do the repayment or else they will file a complaint against .
How cheap of you zest that you are playing with people with your worst tricks , pulling common people into this kind of hassle. Customer support is not even ashamed of telling me to wait for 48 hours to resolve the issue and after every 48 hours I have to call them to listen that I have to wait for next 48 hours. You people are dragging this issue since 2 months with out any solution.
Now Iam filing an FIR against zest to get rid of this trap as I got all the call recordings and mails too..

Please never think that it cannot happen with you. Regret is a small word for any association with Zest. I am their customer who has always paid at least two months’ EMIs in advance yet they have blocked my Credit Limit on the account that I have arrears on my EMI and an irregular repayment history. ???? I tried to reason with their customer service executive who gave me the most illogical answers … one I particularly found hilarious was that “Madam our AI system thought of reducing the payment burden on you and to stop you from making more purchases it has blocked your credit limit” . All this happened just 3 days after their most compassionate AI system increased my credit limit. The idiots don’t understand that their wrong message can have an adverse effect on people’s credit score.
Just don’t opt for Zest. You might face difficulties temporarily but you will thank me later.

Hi All, Please be careful while using Zest even it shows you have credit limit every time if you purchase any product using this zest payment it got tie up with multiple NBFC which they will hit ur cibil every time especially Piramal finance which will record as PL enquiry in Cibil and impacts our score. Be careful while using this even though it shows your limit but when you try to purchase with emi options it will hit cibil which we are not aware. Don’t trust this as this was not informed to customer this is fraud and careless horrible service.

Please don't lose your hard earned money with these looters. They will apply so many charges and fees and interest together and will take a hefty amount from your pocket even if u purchase a small amount. They are applying a very big amount of interest in your purchases moreover if u get any refund of the item you purchased they are not bothering themselves you have to only send a mail and call them multiple times and then also they do not decrease principle amount they charge full interest, processing fees , etc and very cleverly deduct it from last month emi which already has interest included. So beware everyone imy 2 emi’s are lest and after that i will never ever use this bloody app again. Stay away from these looters.

I request everyone not to take any kind of loan or any product its totally fraud they don’t provide any kind of loan they just collect your data when i installed the app they showed i am eligible for personal loan of 1 lakh I completed all the details and in the app it is showing the amount has been disbursed but I didn’t receive any kind of amount and i have been calling to the customer care daily 20 times there is no proper response and the agent will say the same wait it has been 2 weeks i have been waiting and in the app the due date is also mentioned already i got a due payment reminder what kind of fraudelent app is this i strictly request everyone dont use this app

Monthly payment is done on time as well still they block your account and when you mail or call them they say take a screenshot and mail us … that’s not it again you receive a mail stating it will be unblocked so and so date and when after that you try using it they block it again what a joke seriously and then when I recently put a mail they completely made my credit balance 0 😂🤣🤣 don’t fall for this app … And yes even if you pay on time your cibil always shows low because of their nonsense after complaining so many times no point still the cibil shows late payments just for this app ..:

This app is one of the worst app i have seen i just looking for a amount just bymistakenly clicked on confirm and they just disbursed me a loan which I don't. Want paying taxes and thir so high interest rate, just called a minute before the loan is confirmed they are saying like we can't do anything, tried multiple calls, tried multiple emails support,same answers from support, they become the fraudster of the new era,they know they can ruin your civil so they will always say we can't do anything i just called them a minute after i clicked confirm button and now paying their due's with charges

Pathetic customer service, they make fake promises . Customer service just have one line i have raise the request wait for 24-48 hours they don’t even understand how many times one has already waited for these 24-48 hours , they again ask you to wait for 24 hours. Don’t have any supervisor any responsible one who can take ownership and take any actions , just wait and wait and wait even after a month if u call them for solutions they will again ask you to wait . Absolutely useless app, they will spam your mailbox daily with mails that your limit is active and you can use it but when you try to use it, it wont work. Written numerous mails to their support team as well but they either don’t know what to do or they don’t want to help! I am being told that my limit is blocked but when it is blocked why am I receiving emails from them? And if it is blocked why am I not able to login to my account on web? The support team has no answer to my questions rather than copy pasting same answers to my each mail! I hope they can email me the process to close my account as I don’t want to use it and would never suggest anybody to ise it as well.

As a new user, they approved my credit asked me to set up direct debit repayment option in order to activate my credit, direct debit is registered since last 1 week and now status is application is under review we will notify you, usually it takes 24 hours😂😂😂. Isn’t it a fraud? Why did you set up the direct debit then if application is not approved. Pls cancel that otherwise I will report cyber fraud. No customer service to pick up your phone or answer the emails that you have shared. Pls use some other emi option but not this.

1. One of my loans from March 2020 is still showing as “Active” in my cibil report despite having it payed off without any delay. I’ve emailed the support team multiple times in this regard and no positive response from their end.
2. During the time of pandemic unfortunately I had to opt for Moratorium. They had clearly mentioned that it will NOT count as delay in payment and will not be reported to Cibil. So I went ahead and opted for moratorium and paid interest for the period. But later I found out it was marked as delay in payment in Cibil.
Right now when I applied for Personal Loan it got rejected because of the aforementioned situations. I would recommend not to have any kind of monetary transactions with Zestmoney. Poor service and even worse customer support.

Applied for a personal loan on 6th September and the same had been disbursed on 9th September post which I got the loan agreement and payment schedule which starts from 5th October 2022. The money is yet to be credited in my account and after several conversations with the customer support and e-mails there is no solution as the staff say that the money would be credited as soon as possible but to no avail. The issue is being escalated for three days but there is no solution. They have set up autopay and the repayment would start soon but they are not disbursing the amount to my account. This is the worst experience ever. I also tried e-mailing them but they are not providing any response.

Initially I liked this app very much. I had made a couple of purchases using ZestMoney easy EMI payments. But for my one of the purchase, payment amount got deducted from ZestMoney wallet but It has not been received by the merchant (Flipkart). Order status in Flipkart is showing "Order not placed" because payment was not received from ZestMoney. I tried multiple times to contact with support executives from Zestmoney. They were not able to understand my problem and was just asking few for screenshots. I provided all the documents but yet they didn't solve this issue. It looks like they don't really care about their user.
Now I have to pay EMIs for the product which I have not bought. Zest Money is Fraud don’t use it.

Zest app is totally a fake app, they don’t give you any discounts. They just show 20% discount for the transaction through their app, but they do not give you any cashbacks. They just loot you by charging extra interests on the amount you utilised. Better to use trusted credit cards wherein all the transactions are transparent and clear. They say after doing all EMI repayment all intrest charged will be processed as cashback. Even after 1 month of doing all EMI repayments. They never process any cashback. Please don’t no fall trap for the discount % no.s you dont get anything. At the end you end up paying extra 2-3 k for the intrests.

I downloaded this app sometime back . They asked for the KYC . I submitted my bank statements and everything online yet . When it came to again authenticate vide UDAI portal . This app is having bug and it’s not verifying online . My number is attached to my Aadhar already and later I even tried contacting the executives but there was no help .
I removed this app and again the zestteam contacted me , calls me to logout and login and explain that there was problem from UDAI server . Where as the otp was received timely every time I generated it .the people said they don’t have an offline KYC or vide email . So you need to do this vide app only /
Very unprofessional and the app is having a lot of bugs . I won’t recommend this to anybody .

At first they gove you very nice credit limit. They give your cashback at time. But after a few time they start doing their real business. I have pending cashback since more then 2 years. I tried to call then so many times they never solving my query. First they give you credit limit on your account when you start purchasing using credit limit they stop giving you cashback when you try to call them the said you does not have sufficient credit on your account. I suggest everyone to use zestmoney but what they did to me i never ever suggest anyone to use this app. 2+ year they haven't give my cashback yet.

I was trying to buying some items from flipkart and doing the payment through zest money EMI option. In zest money EMI gets active and in Flipkart it is showing as Payment not received from bank and my order was not confirmed. Now when I try to call zest money helpdesk they are saying that we have not received the cancellation confirmation from the merchant and when I talk with flipkart they are saying that we have not received the money from zest money and that is why my order was not confirmed.
This is rubbish and their service is very very bad.

After using this app from last 4 years i realised that i had made big mistakes
1. Initially everything looks and feel good but one you start using credit limit then you will realise the mistake made.
2. At the time of lockdown i opted for moratorium for which i also paid extra charges at the time of opting in and later i found out that in my cibil they had entered 5 late payments. Whereas moratorium doesn’t count as late or delayed payments.
3. And they made this knowingly so that customers can’t take loan or credit card from any other company and they can earn.
4. And if you have 5 delayed payments entry in your credit score then forgot any bank will ever give you any type of loan( personal, car or home).
5. My whole future is in danger now because i think most of us can’t buy home without taking home loan and no bank will ever give me home loan.
6. Even if you have autopay enable then also they will send you sms before 3-4 days from due date saying pay using upi and you will get cashback/reward and once you make payment manually then they will also deduct again from auto debit and forgot customer care and you will fooled by taking two payments in one months.
7. And even if you make all emi payments on time, then also your limit will be blocked by giving reason as done by internal automated system and we can’t do anything.

Do not use this company ever. They are unable to resolve my complain from past 31 days. And sending same email whenever I contact them. They don’t have loan cancellation facility if your payment process gets any error even if you were not able to make a successful payment using them, you still need to pay EMIs their customer support is the worst.
Reply to zestmoney reply: you have already sent this exact message line by line to me on my email and twitter 25 days back. Please close this customer harassment company.
