Poor customer support
If i could give less than 0 rating. I would. I ordered for a jeans. I received it but quality was very poor so i put in a request for return l. I got the message that your product will be collected by the xxxxx time and I waited for it but in evening i git the message that your return is cancelled because you refused give it. I didn’t got call or message or any update about it. I requested again for it and again i got the same message that you don’t want to return it. Unsatisfied with this app. I request you all that don’t order from this app or website.

Worstest app ever.
The thing is I ordered and few products were different from what I ordered. Once I returned the product still after 3 weeks the refund is not being done. Also with that whenever I call the customer care they say it will get processed within 24 hours and those 24 hours I’m still counting from last 2 weeks. Worstest app, worst customer service, worstest experience till date.
