When do I have to repay?
* Bill is generated on the 1st of every month. You can repay within 5 days of bill generation or convert to EMIs.
* You can pay your bill using any UPI app, debit card or net banking.
EMI calculation:
postpe extends credit line between Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 10,00,000 with instant approval and no collateral for a tenure upto 15 months
Repayment Terms:
Bill is generated every month. Users have option to convert bills to EMIs from 3 months upto 15 months. Users can also repay bill in full at no interest cost by the due date.
postpe loan repayment tenure ranges from minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 15 months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR):
Ranges from 18% - 70%. APR is communicated on the postpe App while converting bill to EMIs or taking postpe loans. APR will be different for different tenures of EMIs.

* Tenure: 12 months
* Interest Rate : 18% per year (reducing)
* Processing fees: 2.5%
* Repayment Amount: Rs. 1,11,196
* Total Interest Payable: Rs. 11,196

* Monthly installment (EMI): Rs. 9266.32
* Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = Rs.2,500 + Rs.11,196 = Rs 13,695
* APR : 24.8%
An example of Bill to EMI conversion:
* Amount converted into EMI: Rs. 1,00,000
* Tenure: 6 months
* Interest Rate (APR): 18% per year
* Repayment Amount: Rs. 1,09,000
* Total Interest Payable: Rs. 100,000 x (18%/12)*(6 months) = Rs. 9,000
* Processing Fees (incl. GST): Rs. 0
* Monthly installment (EMI): Rs. 18,166.67

Just once, My payment got delayed by a few days, I am getting calls at least 10 times a day and they are just asking me to pay back. I told them I will pay by 10th but no one is understanding. Please do not install the app. This is a fraud. You will get harassed. If someone senior reads these comments, please try to understand a customer and gice them time to repay. I advise everyone not to use this app. They keep on reducing cashback on credit card bill payments. Now they have come up with master plan that only for 1st 5 transaction we get 0.25% cashback. Instead of giving direct cashback like earlier, they started giving scratch cards which expires in 24 hours. After bill payment it doesn’t show scratch card. People who are not aware are not able to get cashback due to their scratch card expire scam. They haven’t intimated users that they changed the way we get cashback. I have been using their services since last 1 year approx. I wanted to use their services as I don’t have a credit card. But they assigned me a limit of mere 1000 rupees and asked me to use for a few months and my limit will be revised. Still they haven’t revised it. And whenever I reach out, they say that since their lending partner has changed and policy has changed hence limit can’t be revised. I think their lending partner doesn’t have guts to lend properly other wise no institution will assign such a low limit to a person with a handsome salary and a good credit score. If there was a scope of giving negative stars, I could have given them few negative stars. Don’t ever go for this app.

Do not pay your credit card bill via postpe first they will deduct your money from your bank account and will show that your payment is completed and after half an hour or so you will recieve a message that your payment is declined and you will get your refund in 7 working days which they dont do it. This has happened 3-4 times with me. It took them 20-25 days to process a refund every single time. Do not waste your energy and time paying credit card bill for just 0.4% cashback via postpe

NEVER use this app! I recently got scammed so I had to borrow money from this app, I made the payment before the due date and it showed up as a successful transaction then money was debited from my account but they still keep calling me to ask for the payment, asked me to share screenshots of the payment which I did on WhatsApp even after which the calls haven’t stopped. They payment still shows as pending in the post pay app and they keep sending me messages about how it will impact my credit score and that my account is “FROZEN” not ‘frozen’. It’s a useless app doesn’t even remember credit card details to pay bills you have to enter the amount every time and they say you’ll get cash back but there are a hundred terms and conditions which are not transparent. Don’t waste your time, CRED is a way more reliable app

When I signed up for postpe, they immediately reflected it as personal loan on my CIBIL account & it was always affecting my account.
This was not the problem, real problem is when I asked them to close it, they took weeks to close & also even after closing from their end, they do not notify CIBIL department regarding this & your personal loan will keep on reflecting n destroying your CIBIL account.
Really frustating? oh yeah main point is I've been trying to commuincate them every week to tell CIBIL department that my account is closed & provide me NOC. They just say it'll take 7 working days to arrive NOC everytime but it never arrives & my CIBIL keeps getting affected of this.
Really f** you postpe for being such a unprofessional assapp.

Whenever I tried to order card it will ask all info like address and name etc. At last state it will say you need to turn on pin or faceid - Here I am already using it and background screen shows pincode is not serviceable. Thing is that metro cities pincode is also not serviceable.
Next is credit card payment they are not showing correct payment history you will end up in checking bank balance and credit card statements.
Expected better bug free app.

This app become more rubbish . I paid my credit card bill on 6 sep 2022 . It is showing that it will take upto 4 days to reflect in credit card . But limit of my credit card still not increased after bill payment after 3 days . It looks like postpe used to keep our funds to it self for four working days.
And if we request call back they just give a blank call and gave revert on mail that we tried to call you but connection not established.
And we write a mail in brief to get understood our query they just gave one line reply without any resolution . And there are no customet support for consumers.

I Started loving it but when after using it for few months I could say the payment reminder is pathetic. We don’t even complete the month and get reminders for the payments several text messages and WhatsApp reminders are annoying. Consider increasing the payment timeframe from 5 to 10 days at least.
The main reason to give 2 stars are the charges for using QR. Why should someone pay to use a feature of the app.

Hi guys, The money which we scan to merchant it will be directed to barathpe and to claim that amount need to create barathpe account and you know what someone has created barathpe account with one of my merchant acct with his number when I scanned and paid him it was transfer to barathpe acct and it got moved to the one who created that acct now my merchant lost money and I had to repay it again so I lost around 6000 without any usage. Today for that lost amount they charged convenience fees again. I recommend not to use this app. Fraudulent charges and also frauds are already benefitted with this company policies. I raised a complaint from barathpe and postpe and also to the bank which it was transferred nobody was responding. Like my 3000 how many have lost 1 - many thousands. In the same way these fools are earning . I just thought that I can clear my dues on time but with this app I am loosing my money . I sincerely advice today you may not face issue but I am sure someday you will loose big amount for sure where you don’t even have any luck to resolve the issue. If u r in a hurry & want the paid credit card bill to reflect in card immediately then never opt for postpe. They simply deduct the amount & take 4-5days to credit it to the card & sometimes they simply say transaction pending & later failed & will take 7 days to reflect that a lot your bank accounts. So 0.4% cashback is tempting but they intentionally delay the process 4-5days to gain. Postpe also never stick to its ground when it comes to keeping the promises. Firstly there was 1% cashback later 0.5% & now 0.4% they simply attract & later at some point no cashabk. Irresponsible & Cheating clients. Also no customer support.

Worst experience, I must say postpe is fraud. I never delayed in making payments but still my limit got decreased and after mailing to the customer support, they replied saying due to non payment or irregular repayments my limit got decreased. Guys, beware of these kind of fraud companies which only wants to collect your data by providing such kind of facilities. After all conversation I requested to close my account but they did not replied or not providing any geniune resolution of any of my query.
Guys, please stay away with these type of mobile apps which are providing credit limit.
Because initialy they will provide you a good limit but after somedays they might start decreasing that with fake reasons.

I have been using this app to pay my credit card bill for a while and I found there are several time the payment gets approved and successful while processing the payment on the payment source but when it comes to final stage to the postpe platform then the payment gets pending for no reason and we have to wait for days to see payment credited back to the source account this is very awkward and scary if the payment was not made to the credit card in time then there will be a penalty for us so who is going to compensate for that why can’t you just check your payment system working properly why it is declining every time why it is going to pending every time this is so pathetic you only lure to the customer showing a .4% cashback otherwise it is making a nightmare for customer

2) The app said that I am not eligible for credit limit. And then asked me to refer 3 friends to avail credit limit. What the hell !!! Why should I market your product. I am giving one star for credit card payment through postpe also i am suggesting other not to pay your credit card bill through this application. It is already 4 working days not reflecting my money in card also ther is no option to reach directly with postpe executive. I am not able to complete the payment since the app stops responding after selecting the payment method. Due to this technical issue I am unable to complete my payment back to postpe and also the due near after which they will charge me a late fees. Also any live support is not available which is unexpected into such banking and services which is the requirement of people 24/7. Also the virtual card is not available to me and it says that I am in waitlist for card.

Worst experience on day one of download. While signing in, Postpe asked my PAN number and Aadhar Number (from Digilocker repository). Even though, my name is same on both, Postpe says it cannot proceed with my sign in due to different names on the two IDs. I have used the same IDs for Uni card and One card and got both. Moreover, Postpe is not giving me any option to go back from the PAN card details page. Expected a better product, however turned down just like your Board members did to your cofounder.

This is the worst credit app i have ever used. It’s been 2 months since i got my limit of 1.6 lac and i haven’t even received a card. The customer support is just the worst. They don’t even know what they are doing, you can send them mail from any email address and they will surely provide all the information to you. This is the worst kind of credit app ever it has no security. When asked about my card they said it’s on hold due to high demand! I believe if they are unable to add new customers then they shouldn’t be in this business because even in two months, they have failed to provide a card. Don’t apply, it’ll just show up like a loan in your credit history.

Not sure, if this is a genuine app or some sort of targeted scam!!! I have downloaded this app after seeing BharatPe name associated with it. First time, it worked like a charm, allowing me to login after verifying my number and then I have shared my PAN number and verify AADHAR Number via DigiLocker, it also showed me the monthly limit but after that it asked me to login again and for my surprise since then I couldn’t login neither via mobile number or via what’s app! For me it seems like they get all my details and now I am stuck in between.. so In principle looks like a scam nothing more! Btw, dropped an email to their customer care as well, but no replace!

Excellent app, I like it very much, easy to use. It have additional facilities for payment option. So if I have been forgotten to brought my money while going outside and required to purchase something no need to worry, PostPe credit limit can be utilised through QR Scan Payment system to purchase it and will earn 5% cashback to. Thanks a lot to Bharat Pe. If any one required this facility than PostPe app is the only solution. Go for this app.
