The worst available app doing scam..
they requested me nearly 12 usd to watch euro 2024 from uae.
i paid money and subscribed but i lost my money and couldn’t watch.
plz this is a scam..

App doesn’t show subscription even after the payment is made

This is a very poor app and streaming service in general. TOD has charged me for the service but I am not able to watch as it says that there is no subscription on my account.
There is no customer support service to lodge our complaints and the bot that provides some response is absolutely useless.

Editing team is Idiot!

Update - Now today they charged me thrice for monthly subscription - good lord. 57usd when it should be just 18.9 usd. Such a joke - plz refund my money - else m ensuring that this is my last month with you.
You watch any football highlights - on long mode - they are continuously showing - players replacement - dude - you are watching highlights - why do I care about who’s coming in and going out? They are only showing goals / player changes and yellow cards- no extra moves and saves. Ridiculous that the team does not know how to create highlights. Keep goals and good moves and saves. Complete idiots - showing player changes in detail. You loose motivation to watch the highlights.

Terrible Mistake

I ignored the tens of online negative reviews and subscribed to Tod to watch the sports and realized it is a worst streaming service I have ever experienced. The clarity is so so bad as some pirated websites appear to be having much better clarity than this. On apple tv the sports channels never load. So I have to airplay it and the clarity is so bad that I can’t watch it. I advise anyone to stay away from this if you have any other option.

Total waste!

A totally waste application which could not work in TV and unable to Cast to TV. There is no way to contact them all we can do is chat with a chatbot.
I have tried in TV browser and it says not available in your region then I tried in multiple other devices and all says same. And we can use only 5 devices. So I have tried to remove all devices which are not working and it says you can remove only 1 device in a month. I am stuck now paid 80 USD and cannot use their app.

Fraudulent application

I dont even want to rate them as one star. I made a payment for FIFA subscription on 21st November, money got deducted from my credit card but payment window shown as payment failed. I contacted my bank a day after and they informed the merchant has already accepted the payment. Till today I don’t have my subscription activated. Their WhatsApp chat bot option is pathetic and no means to communicate our issues. I don’t know why brands like Samsung is promoting such an unprofessional group.

WASTE OF MONEY

Pathetic service. Paid $80 for the Fifa World Cup service and the service failed within 1 hr of the start of opening ceremony. Customer service is the worst they dont reapond in time. If you cant handle such a big tournament, do not offer these service to the public.

App crashed during the World Cup

The app just crashed across all platforms, TV, Web and Mobile. It just keeps loading without avail and once it did it says I do not have the subscription (which I clearly do as I was watching just moments ago).
Can’t understand why FIFA would give the exclusive rights to such a company and group of people, who very clearly aren’t equipped or qualified to ensure the functioning of their platform.
I have been defrauded of my 80 USD and can’t watch the match now.

Payment issue 50$ scammed from my account

I have Sports package I tried to upgrade All in Package using their official website. (17th Sep 2022)
I tried 4 times but upgrade is failed also 4 times money cut from the account.
I sent all the details ( bank statement and video proof and Authorization codes from bank) in their chat support
No action taken till now (23rd September 2022)

No BeIN Sports English Premium Channel No. 1 in Sports Package.
There is BeIN Sports Arabic Premium Channel 1 but no English.
Missing the English language analysis of matches because that’s only on BeIN Sports Premium English.

Casting Problem

App is provides nice quality of viewing. But the problem is app doesn’t have cast button as such Netflix or YouTube wherein you can easily view to tv. Also Google chrome casting also very difficult… most of the times it fails to cast with TV. (Same wifi connected and all… blah… blah… not necessary since I am not first time casting something).
If casting issues are resolved in web and app… this idea is brilliant.
