I used to buy regularly from 2 Tata Group chains - 1mg and Big Basket. I was happy with the Stores - and with the apps on which I used to order and pay. But that was BEFORE they were put into the Tata Neu platform, which is an absolute DISASTER. I have to log in to the app almost every time I use it which is unbelievable. More often that not, I spend all my time looking at the N graphic, because the app s add leats seems to be in a state of suspended animation! After waiting for 30 minutes to place a grocery order, which I was finally unable to place, I have decided to switch away from 1mg to PharmEasy, and from Big Basket to ANYTHING ELSE because there is no way that any app in the world can be worse than this one!

Hello . I tried to install the tata neu app last year itself & i did but the app was very slow , i thought since the app is newly launched might be the reason. So yesterday again i tried to login my account but the app was very slow especially when i try to juggle between the options available inside, also i placed an order from westside , the payment process itself took so long, i had to close the app 2 to 3 times to get my payment completed. The concept is really cool but app is quite a bit slow especially the interface compared to the peers. I really liked the concept of bringing sustainability into this especially 5% discount if we can exchange the product from the nearby outlets if we want to exchange & also returning our e-waste to the croma stores for the proper disposal, such initiatives are really good & need of the hour.
I would like to add a option like , the customer can opt for delivery without carry bags or brown paper covers instead the delivery person can carry the parcel in a bag & deliver it to the customer so that it can indirectly help us to put less pressure on the resources. Also try to bring up the option of recycling old clothes through your stores where you can collect the old clothes & bring life to the old clothes by recycling & reusing it, just a suggestion as we all know how water thirsty the cotton industry is.

I want to support made in India app, but the app developers should also understand the importance of performance. I am not able to ise tata neu (upi) and also when using bb now via tata neu it's getting stuck on payments page. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it and other troubleshooting methods also, but no use. When clicked on app support it's throwing error What should i do even if i want to support made in India app ? Your chat support also is of no use as it gives predefined responses and it's very difficult to reach out customer care executive. I raised the complaint via email. they asked for details, and closed the complaint quickly. And now when i replied with a detailed video, they have not responded back. I mean for closing the complaint they were extremely quick and now when details are shared, they are not even responding. Horrible support, how can i support made in india if they are not even supporting to resolve issues.
There is no support from support team. Every-time they ask to share details over email. I have already provided all details, still no resolution.
So i am fed-up now, uninstalled the app.

I have been using this app and I appreciate the thought of bringing this all
Under one umbrella for tell the Tata group apps. Majorly I use bills while others are off and on in need basis. It is effective and smooth payments can be made while you get Neu coins for all of their payments. I use HDFC tata nau card that helps me further.
One feedback, as and when bills are paid the amount outstanding to be shown as zero for all bills just like you have for few of the bills

First impression is last impression. Other competitors app are fast & detailing as compared to TATA NEU. every category takes time to loading page. It seems like app is based in browser base , compressing browser page to mobile compatible browser. Grocery category redirects to BB page( which takes much time to load), why redirects to BB. I know it is just launched but improvement is needed for sustainability. User must like this app. BTW five stars from me. All the best.

Not getting the serial number of Sandisk I Xpand 256 GB pen drive purchased from Tataneu on 5th January, 2024. I have purchased the above pen drive, and I was sent an invoice without the serial number. I am struggling since several days to obtain the serial number of the pen drive in order to register it. However, under one pretext or the other, my complaint is continuously closed and lame excuses given that they cannot reach me on the phone, even though I repeatedly tell them to please send me the serial number on my email. This is extremely unethical and the customer is cheated. It seems that a product purchased through Tataneu has been sold without a serial number. A H Doctor
To further aggravate the issue someone called Prince is sending me an email repeatedly since midnight that if I do not provide the required information, without specifying what information it is that they require, they will auto close the request, something they have already done five times earlier to cover up their total lack of efficiency and I have been compelled to reopen. my request again and again.

App is stuck at tata neu loading icon when opening westside, bb or tata cliq. Pls try improving ui to be atleast a little suitable. It works fine with androids, needs optimisation for iOS. Also, the apps included still have old boring UI, filters are pathetic, kne cannot get desired result, for eg; Cotton or some style name is repetitively written in different fonts and punctuation. Also, if you cannot ownership of Westside purchases, the why is it included with such a bang. Services are pathetic. Status updates doesn’t happen. Orders get cancelled without any notification. UI needs lot of improvement, it is not user friendly at all.

This is ridiculous. Neo coin has been expired. When it got used. This is a major issue. My money got wasted. I got new coins as an benefit of buying something but it got expired by itself when it’s not there time to get expired when I buy something that there is no logic in that so that they can get expired. If I return you something and you were returning my new coin so you have to give me a proper date or proper time period to redeem that. It doesn’t seem like that when I used and you give me a refund and the new expired date has been given to that date which you have given me the new coins. So this is not a logic we use Tata because we trust Mr Ratan Tata, he’s very respectable in industrial we trusted him inspired from him so much that’s why we get in touch with. We are most influenced by Tata product. This is the main reason behind that or else if that is not behind the Tata products we are not going to buy them.

I have been trying to connect help section (chat ) regarding my gift card issue I have been waiting for several time and none of technical panel had connected with me. And call support won’t work at all, then there was a ticket raised and had a check there was actually a technical support agent connect with me as per chat history and none of the time chat was visible to be when am in connect but it will be visible under ticket chat history. Lots of things needs to be improved in terms of help section, I have been trying to connect support team from past 3-4 days, I couldn’t able to connect with any one, just a bunch of tickets under my name. Disappointed!!

The product is more a marketing catalogue offering all products tat wants to sell. As customer you can only place an order. There is no easy way to track one’s order or look what you have ordered in the past. There is no icon for track you order. For eg I can access my orders only when I click offers in electronics tab. That too is not straight forward. Whoever has written business requirement for the product has focused only on Tata requirements throwing the customer under the bus.
The product accepts order when the product is out of stock. Then 5-10 days later they call and say the product is out of stock and refund the money. So for 5-10days Tata is using my money for it working capital requirements interest free. This is a big scam. Easily Tata generates lakhs of rupees of cash flow for its business with any interest. As a customer I lose my cash flow and interest. Not only they are generating cash flow on others money but they are depriving me the interest due for my hard earned money.
This clearly indicates the priority of the company. Do not care about your customer ,just sell.

The super app TataNeu is excellent in design and the products offered… The issue is when attempted in IOS, the App always does not instantly open.. Instead rating pop up opens and does not allow to enter the App without giving a 4 or 5 star rating … I gave lesser stars and shared the feedback … Again after 10 seconds same issues persists … Developers are requested to address this issue immediately as rating is always optional not mandatory … Such glitch in SuperApp will mar the image of TataNeu as well as TATA group …

This is the worst shopping/ multi purpose app i have ever used, the app is too slow, requires very good internet to work,still doesn’t most of the time. The unbelievable part is that the app is owned by a company which also owns the countries largest software company(TCS), i believe you should take inspiration from CRED or similar apps which are smooth to function , easy to operate. If the company had utilised the money wasted on IPL ads on improving the app, more users would have been there. Even TATA clique which is a subset of this app has more downloads than this even after so much advertising, i think u should take the hint. This is the second time i have downloaded this app after initially using it at launch, had to delete seeing how bad it was, its almost a year since that and i thought this time things would be better. But its just pure pathetic and just waste of time. Deleting it again. I wrote this because I respect TATA as a company, don’t shame yourself with such poor workmanship.

Application is very slow at times and it doesn’t work when internet is bit slow. Other applications work fine, tata Neu doesn’t. It needs lot of software improvements like bug fixes, performance improvements, UI is good but can be better when when someone wants to navigate back( it is confusing right now to go back as we see multiple back buttons and cross icon at once). And it is not easy for me(software engineer) so you can guess how hard it would be for laymen.

The app is great but needs a lot of improvement. While booking hotels, I should see the rate of all the taj hotels in a particular city. Presently, I need to select the hotel in a particular city and check the rates. Eg. when I chose Goa and the select the dates, I should be able to see the rates for Taj properties in Goa for the same time period and choose a property.
Secondly, I have done booking in a Taj jotel through the app and the same is not reflecting in my bookings. It says that I have to refer the reference number to check the booking details.

I am a Tata fan and have been using Big Basket comfortably. However the Tata Neu App needs a lot of work. I downloaded it yesterday and am already tired of it’s shortcomings. I placed my first order of Pharmacy Medicine and the rider showed Delivery Attempted when I had been home and no one had come. The rider also did not answer his phone on 4 calls. Thereafter trying to contact Tata Neu team to tell them this became a nightmare. The Chat icon disappeared and there was no way to chat. The App would repeatedly show my location as Mumbai when I was registered and present in Lucknow and I had given Tata Neu permission for ALWAYS on Location. The App has no way for a client to communicate with the Tata company fulfilling the order. I finally called the 1Mg line for placing new orders for medicines and put in my complaint. However the rider is still unavailable and there is no information if my order will be delivered.

I’m a huge fan of Tata and any of their products. I’m writing this review in a hope to make this amazing app better, App is very slow, address option won’t allow us to select from addresses saved in profile when placing order and we have to enter address all over again. Viewing cart is not at all easy, I added watch and perfume and I had to browse all the way to perfumes to view perfume cart and watches to view watch cart. UPI payment took more than 2min to send payment. I ran into error that product is not available for a lot of perfumes, filter should be added to hide products that are not available. Overall, the performance needs to be improved.

Tried bb now from tata Neu first of all it keeps taking my location to Mumbai even though I am someplace else after resolving this on my own a new problem arises the typing speed slows drown drastically even though it was working fine before even using it in different apps the keyboard works just fine now after typing very slowly I somehow place order but guess what it’s been 45+ mins no update on order then tried the customer care then I had to go through telling a robot that I need to talk to a customer care executive instead of telling me my order id then the bot said in 1 minute the customer executive will be there 5 minute no reply if I knew I had to go though so much hassle I would use other apps better than this one

App idea is good but application itself requires some work

App idea is good, but application itself needs lot of fixes and optimisation. Biggest one is while typing anything in search box, a lot of lag after each word is typed, and it is very irritating.
Second thing on app homepage, where is my cart , I literally need to navigate 4 to 5 pages in app to checkout items that I added in cart earlier, it must be at homepage of the application.
But at the end, I am Tata brand fan so all the best wishes for this app.

I really like the idea of a super app and when it comes from TATA it sounds great but when the idea was executed, it became a bug filled and slow app I don’t say that I don’t like the app I’m just saying that the App need a lot of improvement and user interface should be changed but TATA has a head start in this super app thing which I like the now and my favourite part is the HDFC credit card with UPI, which I started to use and it is wonderful
Even after all these updates, still I can’t make a payment for recharge through credit cards why?

I liked the idea of having one app for all..I have been using Tata products for years and now getting to use Neu has changed my perspective that giants like Tata can also move quickly in tech world.I have ordered my first IPhone from Neu and it was a seamless experience and I trust Tata for authenticity.
One feedback though can you make the cart visible on home page itself ..if we have added something in Croma or say BB we have to every time go to the specific section to find the cart and it does not reflect even when we reach Croma or BB at once - we need to search for it.
It will be helpful to have Neu Coins credited after a week of delivery. (I know the window is for 15days as people do return stuff),but if you see from user perspective they tend to use this app more regularly and need those coins for next order for shopaholic like me!!

Scam, False information, Deceiving customers

1. I have an TataNeu infinity credit card, when applying for it, I was told that I will get a welcome bonus of 1499 Rupees. But after receiving the card, I'm told that welcome bonus is only for the customer who have paid service i.e. customers with no joining fee are not eligible. This was not told when applying for the card. Even the HDFC letter doesn't have such information under Terms and Conditions.
2. I did a recharge on 8 April, the offer stated that 50 NeuCoins for recharge more than 50 Rupees also upto 5% NeuCoins for using Tata Neu infinity credit card. I didn't receive that either. On contacting the customer care, I was told it's only for eligible customers. If I was not eligible why was that offer visible to me on the App.
This is unacceptable, as you're providing false information and deceiving the customers into using the Tata Neu App

Good but uncomfortably slow app

The Tata Neu concept is good with Neu Coins and all Tata products available at one place.
However, this app is not very user friendly.
1. Menu navigation across various platforms is very delayed.
2. In Croma section if you do a filter search and go back after checking one product it takes you directly to home page and not the search list. Have to repeat again.
3. Even with address set in account, different members portals fail to login properly.
4. I have ordered twice now on Neu to Croma & after failing multiple times to execute payment and calling customer care..on both occasions.
5. There is a huge mismatch in store inventory and Neu product listings. Many items available in store are not reflecting in Neu app.
In all too many glitches and too heavy app with very unpleasant navigation experience. But i hope Tata will resolve it as it always does..

Issue with making payments

The latest version of the app has a problem with payments for Big Basket purchases. After finishing shopping and when placing an order, the saved methods of payments (UPI, Cards etc) do not show up. At that stage it again asks for mode of payment. If I pick cards, my saved cards do not show up. It asks to add a new card. I did that and made the payment. The next time also the same issue happened ie the card which was saved at the previous purchase is again gone. This has happened to me repeatedly for the last 3 or 4 purchases. Having to enter all card details every time one makes a purchase is a big inconvenience. Please check and fix this bug. Thanks

Needs heavy improvement and upgrade Some features like Transaction details don’t work when u try to out a custom date.. screen goes blank Response time is very slow and it seems the app hangs which is very unusual feature when using an iPhone Also the most concerning thing is that points don’t get credited after your hotel stay and you have to keep following up with the call centre, where they keep asking for details of stay and payments and invoice etc., all of which that can easily be verified by them by directly confirming with the hotel but instead of doing that they ask you to provide so many details which is cumbersome.

I was approved 40k Personal Loan , And E-Mandate of 10 Lakhs was asked 2 Times and i Approved it and after completing E-Mandate Process it showed money will be disbursed in 3 Days but when i contacted customer care they told they will raise ticket but later evening i recieved email that my profile doesnt meet their internal policy. What the hell is this. When you take E-Mandate and you approve certain amount and you make promise that money will be disbursed in 3 Days then What happened Suddenly ? This Shows its Clearly Fraud App that collects user data & No Intensions of Lending Loan/Money. Really Disappointed thinking this Company is Owned By Tata Group who does much for our country. afterall its Business and Anything can Happen. My request to Everyone is Stay away from this app if you want any kind of personal loan try other trusted apps after checking reviews. I am deleting this app now.

Unable to make payments and place orders!!!

Despite complaining multiple times, sharing screen recordings, calling customer service, I am unable to make payment and place an order. The customer service earlier used to keep assuring me that the complaint would be resolved asap but now for the last 15 days, they too have stopped responding. All the basic as well as advanced troubleshooting has been done by me (by reading about troubleshooting on google) but still the problem persists! I have been told that all this would be resolved in the next update but your app is not coming out with an updated version

They are not able to manage applications properly. Poor app.
I tried to place order during offer sale and even I not to view that product because it taking too much to load and even its not load. I using 5g Fiber net connection btw. It took me 1 day to place order and I have to compromise product Color to place order because your app completely down during sale.
So you have to lots work to improve your app.
But yes your deliver service very good. I’m really impressed with that. Thanks

High pricing even after discounts … not many voucher options available

Tata has always been my family’s preferred shopping store be it Croma or Westside or Tata Neu.
Unfortunately the groceries shopping (Big Basket) at Tata Neu is priced very high and even after discounts the prices are higher than Dmart and Star Quik and not many discount vouchers are also available. These are regular commodities that we use, I spend 1000 and above every time I shop for groceries and the Neu points I receive is barely anything to help with my next shopping which should be around 2 weeks from today, so then I look at Dmart or Star Quik as options since I get better discounts and offers on their apps.
If Tata is able to work with better offers or voucher options it will help in making this a one stop store for all groceries as off now I use 2 other apps and where ever I get better offers on products I make purchases from that app and split the shopping.
Even if Tata could come up with Annual memberships where members receive special discounted prices like Big Basket used to offer… I think that it will also work for all. I am not sure if this offer is already available on the app but if it is then you need to make sure that it is highlighted better like Big Basket would do put up an add on membership and monthly savings.
Hoping for your support in making this a one stop store for all groceries.

Tata has built an application that tries to give you everything under one roof. Most of the categories are fulfilled by businesses that are owned by Tata. Rest of the categories are in collaboration with other market players. I won't go into details and only try to judge it from a consumer standpoint.
Take the case of Croma. It is the last website that I would go to if I want to purchase any electronics.
There are 2 reasons. 1) the website is total crap. There is no way to distinguish between an in-stock and out of stock item. You open a random item and a popup would appear saying the item is not in stock. It will present other options as recommendations. Most of the time when I select any item from the recommendations, that item is also out of stock. It's a game that you can keep on playing for hours.
2) Now, you will see several electronic deals in the Tata Neu app but when you tap on any of the item, it's out of stock.
This is what I was referring to. The foundation on which the Tata Neu app relies is not fully functional.
Please fix these issues as soon as possible because they reflect on the overall user experience.

It’s very hard for me to say anything wrong about TATAbut because of this App, I have to. It keeps loading and loading and the says “Our Engineers are Checking. Please try again after sometime.” Well, that ever happens and again, it keeps loading. Already thinking about uninstalling this App. Fix this pathetic App asap. I’ll give you an opportunity on TATA’s name before I uninstall it.
Also, I don’t understand the ideology behind the price difference for the products listed online and in-store. You get the option to place an order online and pickup from the store. Fair enough. But when you visit the store to buy the same product at the same online price, the salesperson starts explaining different theories, and this-that. Why don’t offer the same price in-store as well?

Just to introduce myself, I consider myself a fan of Tata’s . It’s a great initiative to bring all Tata companies on one platform, but I feel, you have done it without any homework. Every time I use Tata neu app from my mobile, I feel frustrated and unsatisfied.
Bigbasket and IHCL I have tried. Renewal of my Taj membership was a big hassle, then everyday placing grocery order is also troublesome through this App.
Sorry to write but we don’t expect this quality of App from the Tata’s , who themselves owns so many big IT companies.
Looking forward to experience a fast and beautiful App in the near future.

Tata Maze rather than Neu

The idea is in good favour but you have such a bad UX design that you really need to reconsider. It is practically impossible for me to simply order one item I have to look and see what I am ordering where I am ordering and when I go back I’m not able to even find my card and its item. Simple tasks such as adding address is not possible the screen is hung up in five minutes and it’s not moving forward. When I go back to the main screen from ordering supposed from big basket I’m not even able to go back to see where my item is, the only way I could find is to go back and find the card that took me to the discounted price which is highly impossible for any user to remember. There should be a common cart place where I am putting my stuff and I can see and axis and Bill at the same time it should be that easy if I am ordering if I am putting things in a cart I should be able to see it very very clearly. I hope the Tata Neu is not a puzzle to be solved because it clearly looks like one.

I am big fan of Tata and want any of their products to do well. Writing this review in spirit of giving some honest feedback.
This app is as good as a beta stage software at best. I feel this is prematurely released without proper testing. UI gets stuck almost always while searching for any product from the search bar. Also the search results are not at all matching the search query.
For example if you search for “chess board” it shows results for chopping board 😃 or something related to cheese. If no correct matches just show “no products found”. Developers, Just wake up before customers uninstall this and move back to other apps.

What was the hurry to launch? App is not production ready yet.
I added few items to cart in 1 mg app then went back to search something and when I again tried to access cart for checkout I am simply getting white screen. Tried after relaunching app multiple times but still can’t access my cart, white screen every time.
It’s definitely not rigorously tested. Also got 503 at one time saying web server unavailable.

The app is very buggy. The UI is not smooth. Crashes multiple times. Chat support is not seamless as well. Proper integration is still pending. Ordering on Bigbasket via Neu app will fetch u coins but you will not get anything if u order from Bigbasket app. You will have to write to customer support about this. Tata Cliq and Luxury apps are soo good, probably taking a leaf out of the similar developments can go a long way in improving the app. 3 star rating on App Store speaks volume. If the app is Super App then it better be the best otherwise people will never come onboard

A very great initiative to inculcate all the needs to a single app other than having 100s of different apps for the same. But the app really needs some work. Its very very slow. As a customer i would like to get done with my purchases in 1-2 mins if i know what I’m supposed to buy but the page actually takes 2-3 mins to load and by that time my fingers already move on to another app. The app is lagging alot too. Also the brands are not specified when i search some product at once. You’ve to click on the picture to even see which brand it belongs to. Y’all may wanna have a look at that. I’m sure i’ll be using it a lot of it in the future. For now y’all have too much on your hand to improve.

Now after seeing several comments with this same not loading issue, i had to give this rating and comment. The concept is amazing however the UI is not smooth at all. If we click on one section, either it keeps on loading and will never open or will take several minutes to open.
Which is simply unexpected from TATA and that too at this fast age and time.
I genuinely want to use this app as primary hence not uninstalling it right away. Will wait for few days and if this is not resolved, then no matter how much i love TATA, i will have to remove this.
Please get this technical thing sorted for the success of this outstanding concept.
Hoping for the change soon.

Wonderful app. Pleased to see that customer data and past associations with individual Tata brands were synced and right on day one we get existing data already setup. It appear that you have done very good integration of data. The UX of app is great and to add to that the existing data, you have made the app even best.
I was able to use NeuCoin from my Taj stay on purchase of electronic from this app. Who imagined this was possible but you made it.
Hats off to the team who build this super app. Well done !!

Silly Catch 22 situation concerning my DOB

My pre-existing profile in Tata Neu shows my DOB in the style: dd/mm/yy. When I edited the profile to remove the middle initial in my name and then tried to save the changes, the system did not do so and asked me to change the date style to: yyyy-mm-dd. However, there is no keyboard option to edit the date style and I had to use the drop down calendar associated. When I picked the year month and date of my date of birth and then tried to save the changes, the system did not accept the entered changes but instead once again asked that the date style be made in the format: yyyy-mm-dd. I tried this several times but each time it only took me back and forth, without effecting any change.A classic Catch 22 situation! 😳 Please have this software modified suitably. Umm tbh the app is really gd.. like all of our needs can be fulfilled in one place.. such as bigbasket for groceries, 1mg for medicine, westside for fashion, Croma for electronics, vistara & airasia for airlines nd also many more.. but the layout nd the interface can be done more polished nd better.. like it’s really little off while navigating nd also it’s lagging nd taking a lot of time for loading each page.. umm the amount of stuffs putted in the app is great but make the app more smooth.. easy to navigate nd like much more little up to dated like the interface is little backdated or can say a bit boring..
Wish Tata is a big corporation.. they will definitely fixed this.. nd wish we will get a way more polished version of this app with modern interface nd also upto dated smooth app..

Is incomplete, buggy and doesn’t work

Trying to use this app is an exercise in patience. First, The basic function of reading OTP while registering was not working correctly. After registration, I tried clicking on phone to buy, the app goes in loading mode. Restarted the app and tried again, this time I was able to see all phones, but when I clicked on a model to view, it again went to loading. I tried other functions, same result. I am not confident on buying anything on this app.
Should have taken time to build this app and release only those features that are fully ready. Instead of giving 100 incomplete features, you should have started with 2-3 fully working features.

Great aggregator app for TATA products

This is indeed a great app with all the TATA group products bundled in . What seems to be missing is a single integrated customer identity number for all the different individual apps like Cliq , Big basket , Vistara , 1mg ,Taj inner circle ,etc. which should get auto migrated to the Neu app using the mob no in which the other apps are registered . All the points lying in all the above various apps should get converted to Neu points and migrated to the Neu app .
Another query is : will payments done for utilities , telecom , payment of CC bills thru the Neu app will get thr neu points ?
Looks like the app is still in a WIP mode and a lot of cross app integration needs to be done . Thank you

Sorry folks, but the app just does not have the polish and finesse that is par for the course in today’s app landscape.
I read in the news that it has been tested internally by several thousand employees for many months. I can’t believe it passed these gates to be published.
It’s not a bad app, per se, but the Neu pass page simply doesn’t load for me.
Switch of pages is not buttery smooth, bookmarks won’t work, scrolling is jittery, pages don’t load at predictable speed, all of which betray a rushed release.
The front page is a bit over crowded, which is quite understandable, given the whole kitchen sink has been thrown into the app. I realize that’s the idea behind Neu, but there could have been a better discovery mode and flow.
And it somehow picked up my wife’s name, instead of mine, for my mobile. So now, I can’t change my own name on the app and I need to contact the admin. That’s probably a clever thing, gone wrong. In some Tata group product’s web account, I might have linked my phone with my wife’s name. And now I can’t fix it myself!!

A search engine for Tata

This is definitely not what I thought it would be. This is basically a search engine for some Tata owned websites. Those websites are still completely separate. They are presented separately and I think you must make the payment separately. So I would not be able to buy onion and an air conditioner together. I wouldn’t be surprised if the customer care is not integrated.
What is this thing trying to solve? If it works like a search engine, Isn’t google better. You are most likely going to get better results. And if you regularly use some of their applications, continue to use it.
As a customer, I hoped that they integrated all the services. But looks like it’s not. This is a pointless application with massive publicity.

Well Well, what can I say to this truly magnificent idea of getting everything together in a single super app with humongous discounts and mind boggling offers, also the tataneu coins makes it even more amazing!
only thing I would like to point out is when you keep browsing pages after pages the loading time of the app(e.g. images, pages etc.) gets a little slow so it kind of gives you a little less smooth experience.

While the app in itself isn’t as smooth as you’d like, it still does okay but the customer service is absolutely terrible ! I cancelled an order and was told that within 24 hours I’d get my neu coins refunded and my money back into my account, it’s been 5 days and nothing has happened, I’ve been talking to their customer service daily and everyday I get the same response “We have highlighted your issue, and we’ll be in contact” or “Your issue will be looked into on priority” but nothing happens, they don’t solve it and nor are there any follow ups. I suggest going to the individual apps of Croma or big basket because what’s the point of this app if issues won’t be resolved after repeated requests!
