Great game but suffering connectivity issues

Great game but suffering from connectivity issues of late. I can’t play the game anymore via wi-go. The game gets stuck right after the opening screen. It works via data though but then getting many buffering screens.
Also, it’s almost impossible to upgrade heroes to level five without pumping money into the game.
Yeah!Right!
