After my scorpio n completed one year the adrenox subscription expired . So i renewed it for another year but in my adrenox app it still showing last trip data 7 october and after that no trip data or Fuel log or anything of that sort is collected and the app is not connecting with the car for those remote functions of unlocking or starting the car . Everytime session is just timing out . Its march of next year so apparently 5 months of my subscription have already passed . So its just waste app .

What’s use a good app without the end to end connection, it is good for city drives but the moment you take to an highway/rural area the so called connected features become disconnected ones’s. C’mon Mahindra you can do better than this, choose wisely an Indian network provider than the so called half videshi, Vodafone. I bought my car XUV 700 luxury version from Anant cars in Bangalore. I am facing lot of issues with the infotainment system. They had done a complete software update recently and now I just don’t get the mappl maps while travelling. I donno which one is horrible??? Every time I end up having issues with Alexa. She doesn’t get the commands because of poor connection to Internet. E sim don’t work properly. Overall - Turnibg out to be crappy stuff!! Ufff!!

1. Ideally the car should be able to use Bluetooth for remote actions if mobile is nearby like in a parking lot. If mobile is not nearby then it should try remove calls over internet.
2. Why the remote functions buttons are so hidden in the app. Should come to main screen(landing page) and with single click to most frequent functions.
3. Keyless driving just using the phone.
4. Driving profiles should also save seat positions.
5. To be able to order OEM parts as part of the same app.
And many more useful features can be added, but pathetic developers are making this app floppy and non-user friendly!!

As it is, the fuel diary is a glorified summation logic that simply adds the total fuel cost for a given time interval. This is hardy what one wants. Rather, we would like to know high level metrics like overall cost per km, overall mileage. These metrics should also be provided at each fueling event level. Once a refueling event occurs, conclude the final odo reading for the previous fueling event and calculate these metrics, overall and at a event level. You already have the data, the app has the potential to be the one stop app for all our needs, but this.

Worst ever and super frustrating disappointing experience of Scorpio N Petrol

On 14th May 2023 We have bought Scorpio N petrol automatic from Sagan Autowings Pune.
On the very same day of delivery we found that vehicle was having lots of scratches and paint cuts on its doors and body .
It’s music System was not functional properly , when we enquired about it , we were told that latest update is awaited from Mahindra and Mahindra .
After informing them that we will go to Consumer forum they did lot of touch work , painting polishing and delivered the car to us.
Now last week again music system was not working so they took my car again under the name of first service due and got it fixed.
Today to my biggest surprise one nightmare happened when I tried opening the car ,it was not opening with its remote keys , when we tried opening with physical key , vehicle did not open , I tried their Adrenox App but it is non responsive as if Vehicle has given up its soul to restart.
We have lodged complaint through RSA and awaiting the help . Feels very helpless of taking the car and having faced so
Many issues in one month time only .
It’s most pathetic experience .. definitely not expected from Mahindras.
I am definitely going for Consumer forum case.

It has been 10 months now. I am facing an issue with the Fuel log feature. Initially soon as fuel is filled, a line to fill details used to appear. Unfortunately it does not come always. The design is such that when sensor senses the filling of fuel, the app shows a notification. Since this did not work I have asked the technicians in the showroom to inform the app dev team to introduce a add button to manually enter details and not wait for the notification. To me this is a good feature as user can enter the details by himself instead of waiting for the sensor notification. Please check for the feasibility and try to get this feature implemented. Thanks

Lost opportunities and sub par reliability

The concept of the app is very good. For some aspects, the app works well too (e.g. notifications and alerts).
However, after using the app for almost 4 months, I see the following lacunae:
1. Poor reliability: Often times, the app fails to load and times out eventually even while connecting to it in 5G or strong wifi zones. This is especially the case for the features using MapMyIndia or for remote vehicle controls.
2. Lost opportunities: Many vehicle settings could have been enabled via this app. However, for some strange reason, most of these settings can only be accessed from the cumbersome vehicle onboard system. Having access to these vehicle settings via Adrenox Connect mobile app would have been so much more convenient.

Not very good even after > 1 year of launch

The idea behind implementation is good but sadly even after more than 1 year it’s still has bugs
1. When car is remotely started and it shuts down after 10mins you get a wrong notification that engine start command unsuccessful whereas it should be ‘engine stopped’… such an blatant obvious bug which the developers have refused to fix.
2. The remote commands while initiating are hit or miss even if the Vodafone signal is full. Time to initiate is long could be understood if it works every time but it doesn’t. You have to again open app and try again. Developers could have easily built a timer/wait time which shows that now the car is ready to take commands instead of just a never ending blue bar .
3. This service is not free post 1yr/2yr of purchase ..: so the customers demand of basic features as advertised getting it right.
If we are paying we should get like it’s advertised.
Bugs on initial launch are understood but after more than a year of launch … not acceptable anymore

My observations:
- app takes lot of time to launch. Sometimes it doesn’t launch then I have to forcefully close the app and restart again. This is happening frequently.
- When I see the vehicle status, it shows wrong information. With sample, currently the vehicle status is showing doors open, lights on and it also says that data is updated as on yesterday. So it is not providing information in real time.
- There are delays in getting the notification. Like when I start the vehicle, I get the notification on mobile after a minute or so that vehicle has started.
- not sure if the problem is only with iOS because I’m using this app on iPhone.
- Enabling device for vehicle controls. Also take lot of time to launch.
- So, basically, the performance of the app is not up to the mark and needs lot of improvements.

I have 02 issues with the applications
1. When we remotely turn the car ON it automatically switch the AC on. We are in north where winters are very cold. We need to warm up the car in morning a bit to save on engine cold running condition and same time need to heat the car up. I want to turn on My car before leaving home to parking as it took me 02 mins to reach parking and I want to give the engine a warmup cycle before I start drive. But as I put the remote start it turns on the AC which put additional AC load on engine before it gets warm up. As automotive theory the engine has to warm up a bit before putting any load. So developer should address the problem which are engineering requirement. Moreover if someone want a cool car he may turn the AC on using the same application.
2. When i remotely turn the car ON. And after reaching at the car and clicking unlock switch off the engine. Why to crank multiple times if we alt ready started the engine.

Great features but the app is slow and a few bugs that needs sorting

The connected car features, trip data , document synch etc are great features. The UI is nice and clean

Feature Suggestions
- break down trips into smaller sub trips when there is a break in between. Right now it clubs a lot of trips in a single day into one trip.
- in the live tracker allow the option to align the map to north , right now it aligns by vehicle direction only. Aligning the map north allows to get a familiar view of the map which makes its easier and quicker to understand where the vehicle really is

Received delivery of my vehicle last week, but every time I try to open this app it shuts automatically. Have restarted the phone, deleted & Redownloaded the app. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work. FYI: my iPhone version is iOS 14.3 & in app description on AppStore it says that it works above iOS 11. Kindly resolve!

Dear Mr Mahindra,
Am a proud owner of the car, but there are two issues that can only be addressed at senior management level :
1. There is a scam being run in Mahindra’s name, where people are calling pretending to be Mahindra employees and asking for the EMI to be paid to them. Ofcourse it means that someone in your organisation has leaked the list of nee car owners, which is an issue you may want to look at. More importantly, the company’s good name is about to get spooky because some people will undoubtedly end up paying an EMI twice as a result of these scams.
2. I had no choice but to give my number when I bought your car. But surely that doesn’t mean that I should be inundated by calls from Mahindra, it’s dealers and road side assistance people. Service excellence is something we appreciate, but not when it crosses over into harassment.

Received a call back from Mahindra team after I posted the review and was made to understand that the features I was missing were actually not available for Automatic transmission vehicles. App is working fine and happy with the service provided by Mahindra team . Keep up the good work !

Unable to create new pasaword from last 2 weeks

From last 2 weeks I’m trying to make new password of adrenox app as i have forgot my old password but whenever i put any password the app says password does not match the rules
I have also gone to dealership of mahindra
The technical executive also tried to login by making new password but the app is not accepting any password
I have also called on mahindra customer care they said that you have to go to dealership they will solve it Then i said to them that i have already gone to dealership they also don’t know what is happening with the app
Then i have asked him where i have to complain about this problem
Then he given me some mahindra Email id and i have mailed to them
But nothing happens
No one knows in mahindra whats wrong with the app
And I’m trying since last 2 weeks to make a new password
We are purchasing your premium range car mahindra and I don’t know what type of service you are proving us
And please train your employees about the app it is a humble request nobody knows in the dealership what happens with the app and neither your customer care executives

After a week followup and issues raised, the showroom folllowed up with Chennai, finally the issue is sorted and am happy with the app performance till now. But it almost took a week long. Mahindra customer care can improve on that. Adrenox App showing all my details related to my car and with good features and functionality.

Remote Vehicle Control Not Working

Remote vehicle control has stopped working, goes into endless connect state followed by connect error. Why is this feature so fragile? Is it a problem with car or your servers that support this IOT feature? I hope its the latter and if so why don’t you upgrade your infrastructure? Please don’t start the journey of this wonderful car with such issues, leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Wrong data in trips section

The app shows the route properly in the recent trips history. But the numbers like distance travelled, travel time, top speed are not valid data. It says max speed was 110kmph during the peak hour traffic in Bangalore.. lol…
Second issue is, the door open and headlamp on notification misled me. The app shows threat it’s open and low beam on; but it was not the case.
No support from dealership on this app, so it’s a bit frustrating too.

Vehicle location is not getting updated

Initially AdrenoX was working great and I could have really given 5 star but since 29th Nov 2021, vehicle location is not updating and this issue came post first service only.
Please let me know what can be done with this issue.

Even though full signals on both car and mobile, the app screen that loads the remote ignition etc features goes into infinite connecting/loading. Hoping its just a software update to car that’s required.
Plenty of features available and UI does the job.
