INTRO TO HEELS PROGRAM: 20+ digestible instructional videos beginning from choosing the right dance heel, through all of the necessary fundamentals required for a successful experience dancing in heels, to learning your first combination!
HEELS CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES: Sensual, technical and empowering on-demand choreography tutorials for the beginning, intermediate, and advanced/pro level dancer. Never just teaching the steps, always training the technique, exploring the deeper intention, and prioritizing the feeling!
-Stretch:
NON-TOXIC STRETCH CLASSES: Stretch classes that focus on STRETCHING to the ability of the individual body while listening to the communications of the body, not on forcing or “pushing through” pain to attain desired results.
