Disappointed
Going forward, the experience is very disappointing. It’s unreasonable to charge a delivery fee even when the purchase amount is above ₹1500. You should have a minimum order value that qualifies for free delivery. Adding extra charges like this makes the overall experience quite disappointing and discouraging for regular customers.

I would like to suggest adding an InstaMart-style feature inside your app where users can order groceries, snacks, beverages, and daily essentials along with food.
This would be especially helpful for women who are at home alone, especially those whose husbands are working abroad. Many of them face difficulties in going out frequently for small daily needs. Having quick delivery of essentials through your app would make life much easier for them and for many others in the community.
This can also help the app grow by offering a complete solution for both food and daily needs under one roof.

Decent Design, But Performance Needs Major Improvement
The app has a clean and user-friendly design, which I really appreciate. However, the overall performance is disappointing. Content takes a long time to load—especially images and the offers page, which often doesn’t load at all, even after waiting several minutes. There’s no noticeable lazy loading either, which affects the user experience. Hoping the developers address these issues in future updates.

Unprofessional delivery app that you could ever find in Perinthalmanna. They will be least bothered even if you are a most regular customer. Firstly, I got an delivery by a drunken guy who was sitting backside on the bike of the actual delivery guy (Delivery guy wasn't drunk but he should'nt have taken that drunken man with him) but I haven't made this as an issue. Then I've ordered a cake which came in half and there I made a complaint and one Mr. Harshad reached me out and and promised that this won't happen again. Again I ordered a pizza again it came in a such bad condition and the same guy told me this won't happen again and give us a chance. Then I ordered cheese cake though I called them and checked if they could deliver it or not and they promised that they it will reach in a very good condition but it reached in such a bad condition. Again got a false promise that this won't happen again but this time from the other Co-Founders (Mubashir if I'm not wrong). I have made more than 70 orders from Food Door app now and the other Co-Founders promised me that herein you'll be getting privilege on Deliveries. And I believed their words and tried to give them a second chance and I called their Manager Jinil to place an order and he is least bothered and told me we couldn't deliver at your place (he claimed that they have many other orders pending and promised me that he will call me back or the Co-Founders will call me back shortly and I waited for minutes and hours and neither of them called me). I can truly understand their rush and all but why do they false claim about the privilege delivery and why should they promise that their upper management people will call me if they can't and keep us waiting. You have to pay nearly 80 to 100 bucks for a delivery, sometimes more than that for this kind of service.

The best in town.
This delivery agency is the best in town without a doubt. The delivery is not very quick but the delivery partners are very polite most of the times. They always make sure the food is delivered in the best possible way so that we can have a restaurant like experience at home. Even the after delivery service is also very good as the customer service partners make their best efforts to get your issues resolved related with the food and its delivery. Overall a very good experience till now and hopefully will keep on enjoying this app. And i am very happy about the new App as well. Cheers to the team 💯
