Description
BD Connect is the application used by patients to avail tele-consultation. The patient logs into the app using a unique link or room ID that is sent to the patient. After logging in, the patient enters the virtual waiting room and waits for the doctor to initiate the consultation.
Disclaimer: It is a policy in India for patients seeking medical advice to physically come to the institution, where evaluations can be performed in person and testing can be performed at the institution. The video consultation service provided here will not have the benefit of such information that would be obtained by directly examining the patient and is not a substitute for a complete evaluation.

Fraud Alert!!!
Since the appointment are prepaid, the doctors never join the calls.. and zero assistance provided by the help desk... it's a fraud.. there is not helpline number to raise an issue, no resolution for refund request since the doctor didn't join... bad experience.!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! It's a scam!!! A big time fraud..!!!!!!

Doctors do not attend the consultation
I had fixed a consultation appointment with Dr.Rejendra Prasad from Santhosh Hospital,Bangalore. The appointment was fixed via my Mediassist office insurance for 5:40 PM. We joined at 5:35 PM and waited till 6:15 PM and the Doctor did not join the consultation meeting room. This service is prepaid and would atleast be little courteous to let the patient know if the Doctor would make it or not. Looks to be false promise and not offering the consultation even after prepaid money. Now will the service provider refund my money I made and awaited for this service by Dr.Rajendra Prasad(vascular) from Santhosh hospitals, Bangalore?
