Why the high fees for people trying to fall asleep?

The biofeedback mechanism works. I don’t understand why such information is behind a paywall though especially for simple ailments such as sleeplessness. Sleep sadly has become a luxury in the modern world when it is our right…..it just doesn’t feel right that the developers are monetetizing on the protocol designed to make someone fall asleep. Not all can afford. Please respectfully consider my feedback 🙏, perhaps you’ll can make the sleep part completely free and monetize on the more complex ailments. Thanks

Its a paid app as usual so of you are broke or don't have money you can't access 7 days free trial that's it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I heard some of the features are free in it but no.

Very costly, I don’t know if it will work for me or not

There should be some free sessions. So that one can understand if it is helping individual or not. I wanted to take a few trial session but there is no option. It is asking for payment.

Doesn’t work for me!

I tried several exercises to try to fall asleep. The App isn’t effective at all. It assumes I have some worries or stress whereas I don’t Rybinsk I have any. It also assumes I was able to self-hypnotize myself after following the instructions. I wasn’t, not even when I took the self-hyponsis test at the outset. Also, the subscription is too much, even if I had got any benefit from it.

Review from India.

This app came highly recommended from Andrew Huberman. After using it I’m not disappointed. There is immense potential in the sessions in this app to help improve our focus and sleep. The instructions shared in the sessions can also be used by us at other times of the day to focus better or get back to sleep. Customer support is great as well, quick responses despite the geographic distance. Recommended to add these sessions to help improve focus at work. Advantage is that effort required is less than the effort required for a meditation session.

Voice commands do not work most of the time

Great set of content - app needs a lot of work - the modules depend on voice input from the user which works well about 50% of the time. This is incredibly distracting and takes me away from reaching a relaxed state.
