It lets us win for small amount but once you start playing for the higher amount, bots acting like the real people starts playing with us. And literally guys, in a game like a call break. They already know which cards I’ve gotten. They play accordingly so that I can lose even if I’m holding good hand of cards. Also, where is the referral bonus lol? I'd like to express my thoughts on this game as my experience has been truly brilliant. I kept seeing the ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try and have not had any regrets so far. I am a keen poker player and this platform is so perfect. All the players are genuine, and I have earned so much here. There are definitely no bots involved; my success is directly tied to my gameplay, although a certain amount of luck is naturally a factor. Awesome experience so far, should give it a try!

This is the worst gaming app experience. It automatically gets out of game while playing several games and money gets deducted.
I added money and while playing it suddenly throws me out from the game and message occurred that my account got blocked with no reason and these morons didn’t have any customer support to register the fraud for taking my money and getting my account blocked with no reason.
If I had an option of 0 star, will deselect the one star aswell.

I spent literally too much of money and mentally got affected because of this game. This game should be banned in India. If you keep on playing you’ll try sucide only. I don’t know where is my money I reported in the WinZO support but there is no reply from that this game is a total fraud. Please do not download this. You will lose your money from playing or else. One month ago, I installed this app after being influenced by their ad films featuring MS Dhoni. I assumed that if Dhoni was endorsing the app, it must be genuine for playing games. 1. They have many fake ids which prevent to lost any game which he is playing good
Eg : any game u have high score suppose more than 1000 ,then u will realise that your score will not get defeated but their own bots will defeat u and they will have more score than yours.
2. When start play a single match its good but since u have played more than 5 matches their bots will defeat u if not then your data connection problem they will show(i.e. their coding is like that that player should never win more matches ).

They have people with certain names and these people keep playing whole time for them. This is their job. These people who are playing kbow the next moves in the game so please don’t get trapped. I played for 6 days and 3 days i played whole night to find out the scam and i had prepared my report. Being lawyer i need not to go abywhere to file a complain against them. Now whosoever is involved will pay compensation to the registered players. Their time is up of making money.

I recently played this game and add money to wallet for playing pool game but sometime game stuck while playing and my money got debited from my wallet in 10 minutes interval. I have lost my money all. Now I am contacting their support from the last 1 month they always said “we are going to refund you” but still not refund my money. Really bad experience with this type of game and their support team. All the time I need to explain the tragedy to their support team , they work like a Ghajini movie, after some time lost the issues what I said. I’ve been playing WinZO for about a month now and have noticed lots of flaws in the app, to start with :-
1. Game gets stuck at finding match indefinitely.
2. You only have two options either to quit with which you will defiantly loose your boot amount, or else kill the app which will of course deduct your boot amount.
3. If you try to report the same to support, you get standard bot response that you played and lost the game, nothing can be done. (Have screenshots to support everything that I’ve mentioned above)
Lastly, I will leave all the reviewers with one statement, it’s a fraud app designed to take your precious money in the name of gaming entertainment, please download something else maybe candy crush or pubg where they offer services in return unless like this useless good for nothing app!

I added money to play poker. I use to play poker in casinos and win the game. I know poker very well. But winzo poker is such a cheater game that you can understand by my expectations. I got better cards everytime and I raised money but I lost the hands each and every time. I had pocket pair of “k” but I lost. At same time opponents were winning the game on pocket pair of “7” and “4”. You can understand that how they make fool of a common user.
I made many requests to get refund but they refused to refund me.
I am very disappointed to Winzo games.
I will never suggest to play Winzo.

This is a scam and beware. I give no rating to this because I lost so much money around playing this useless game. Initially it would let you win for smaller amounts but once when u start putting up more money, the game will be automated and the computer with fake name will win the game and not others. Out of 4 in the contest three will be common people who loose money. The computer generated user profile will be as normal and same as other and you could identify that only when you see the moves (in Ludo) happening so quickly and so rightly. This is fraud, raised 100’s of refund requests but no use you get an automated predefined message from support. PAAVAN NANDA a big scammer and not sure how Dhoni could endorse this game. Again the screen goes white - suddenly you loose money. The games starts and ends without even playing - you loose money, worst case you win the game and YOU LOOSE MONEY from your wallet. Dint believe this person and game. Those of you believing it’s true please know this is fake and donot go by fake reviews. 1. White screen issues when I start a game sometimes ( lost a lot of money when that happened) on day 1. After the challenge starts it just wither white screen or black screen. Faced with multiple games.
2. Network connection - while I’m at a good network connection, it sometimes shows connection not available or network.
3. Support - Only VIP? Please have a free chat as it’s about money. Why to wait. In a longer queue when we are depositing money.
4. Screen lags intermittently, also I noticed it freezes when you connect the charger and play or may be sometimes it behaves like that. Especially snake rush game was lagging when I was playing with charges and in the same session next game, without charger it was smooth.

Who all are reading this. I request you to not get trapped in this scam. They make you play against computer and ultimately you loose your money. I have many screenshots where they have used other customers profile pic and name for computer to pretend real players. Customer support is very pathetic, when you ask for any refund of the game which was hang, they threaten you to block your account and never refund.

I have played the game in WinZO app for a while and understood that won’t give any control of game to you. Like in CALL BREAK game they push you for go with the card which they want even if their is small card available and you don’t want to play that card. And where they don’t have full control like poker they won’t allow you all the money to take in for poker game because you will be having chances to win their. It’s definitely sure that they are using bot to increase their winning chances against us. Because whenever you play for first 3-4 times any game you will win and will get good cards. After that there is very less chances that you are going to win. It’s a scam please don’t fall for this

I've lost around 50+k. It's a request to not download this App. "World War" "Fantasy" and "Daily Puzzles" are money eating Games . All they do is, make you deposit more and more, everytime you play they'll add a new fake user with highest points and make you lose the game. In 10 heightest paid games You may win 2 or 1 game with the less winning amount and then lose quadruple times of what you won. That's a cheap tricks everytime i face. It's 💯 fraudulent application.
