WHAT MAKES BETWIXT WORK
Betwixt draws on decades of scientific research and therapy practice, including emotion regulation studies, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, journaling and others. Together, these methods work to relieve stress and anxiety, improve your mental health and wellbeing, and help you to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional literacy and mental resilience.
