Coinswitch is not performing well lately. Many times the main profile section or the market section become inaccessible. The app is also failing to show the live market prices, that is making the sell and buy process difficult and it seems they are not giving the right sell price when I am trying to sell my holdings. Beaware before investing in coinswitch. They just delist coins in the name of periodical review by their backend. Suppose you have invested in CVC coin and they will suddenly declare that this coin will be delisted on particular date. And you will not be able to sell it. Hence all the money which you have put in particular coin will vanish. You will neither be able to withdraw it nor trade on that particular coin. I asked for refund but they denied that too. It means our money isn’t safe in here. Suppose you invest large amount in one coin and they just delist it boom your money vanishes! I am using this app since 2 years. It’s like first time it’s happening to me. I reached customer support but they denied it by saying what they are saying it’s final decision. What does that mean? It simply means that our funds aren’t safe in there. Before delisting any coin make sure all are able to sell it or you guys are just taking our money. Today it’s small amount… later it might be your big amount of money. It’s better to take precautions then to cry later on . They even denied to return my 255₹. Why should we trust u guys anymore?

People should only lose money if they are using this app. Is this the logic used in this app.
Why there is Very high difference in actual current market price and buying/selling price? 0 accuracy in amount when order is executed.
When I place a crypto order at limit price 100, orders gets execute at 103 price. Then why buy price of crypto is higher than the actual limit price which I already set particular amount while buying? Limiting order option not working correctly with accurate amount set by me while buying. This should be fixed at earliest. Should highly work on below points too.
How sell(-) and buy(+) price could vary by 10% of current price at same time?
Selling price = 9-10% less than current price shown in app (leads to loss only)
Buy price = 2-3% more than current price and when bought the crypto at x price(irrespective of limit price), it actually gets executed at some x+ price…Please explain this logic?
Not happy with this inconsistency and would uninstall the app. 😞

Wheneve the price goes down or there is hype in the crypto market they disable their Deposit or Withdrawal services and this is so unfair and wrong because it is one of the most important time for a investor and stopping services at this moment is clearly wrong.

This is the worst app, I started my day with a hustle of chasing my money, this app prompted for a deposit n earn bitcoin free and when I did that it ate my ₹6000/- n gave me a reward of ₹7/-; now my deposit balance is ₹7/- only! Where is my money? Where is my ₹6000/-? The chat support people do not respond on chats and they called me to say the brightest minds are working it seems n that I should get the money reflecting in 48hrs or if failed returned in 5-7 business days? Are you kidding me? This is fraudulent and who is gonna earn the interest for these days? So this is how you guys are fooling customers money and make them run for their own hard earned money. I deposited 100/- from my bank on 8th Nov 2021. Since it was a non registered bank, money could not be deposited. So as per the rule of Coinswitch, it was to be refunded back in 7 working days. Writing this review on 26th Nov 2021. Till date no refund and no help from customer support. Stay away from this app. I am adding to the review after develop replied that 7-10 working days will be after excluding all holidays. Consider only working days. So today is 1st december and I made transfer on 8th. So can you please let me know how many woking days have been there till date from 8th because i have not received my money yet.

My concerns as below:
1) we deposit, the deposit is successful but is not reflected in the app for 60-70 hrs which makes us to miss the good deals.
2) Support team has templated , your money is safe, ok will agree money is safe. But you made us to miss the deal. Again and again we cant make the deposits. And once deposit is done you have to purchase coins—) sell—) then only u can withdraw the money
3) it happens almost every month. We deposit the amount and we have to wait and wait 3 out 6 times the deposit is not reflected. Sit and waste time talking with the support team.
4)Once or twice technical issue is accepted. But this is almost every other depost we make - face issue.
5) now u may come and say- apologies your money is safe. Before typing with that let me know what about the missed deal?

Do not buy any crypto using coin switchkuber. Charges are too high compare to other trading app like coindcx, wazirx. They have defined charges on trading whereas CSK calculation is based on percentage and if you seriously calculate you are paying huge brokerage. Trust me all whether you make profit or loss is a different stories but CSK team is definitely earning only profit. Even their app is pathetic they dont have limit order, just they dont have limit order I escape chance of earning a nice amount I raise query with them around 1month back but did not got any solution till now. That’s a different story but they charges alot. If you had invested then please get out of these app ASAP.

According to her the Daily limit to add amount in wallet through MOBIKWIK is 20k where as I have added more than that so many time when I said her this she said 3 hours before this update have came it seems.
If UPI will be disabled they will publish it on app
If there is a change in bank account they will update this too
Then when this new rules got added for MOBIKWIK then what the team were doing

I have given one rating this app. Because of in your app first we need to pay some extra amount to buy coin. And when I go for sell the same coin then I see the price is more then my buying price so sold that but I got loss why because I your app the selling price is less then the buying price. On the share market the buying price and selling both are same if you know. If some buy a coin then he will necessarily try to sell the same coin on higher price. But And then the selling price is different then the buying. Why ? You explain this in your app that someone buy and sell on instant profit. Tell me one thing if someone buy a coin he sell it on higher price for profits. So I think this is your strategy for looting customer money.

Hello guys,Please aware from this application, this app interface is good for beginners, but the thing is the user experience is very bad, i mean very very bad you cannot make deposit and withdraw with your bank account and upi also, because the option are disabled form long time i see, and you cannot send any such coins to any other crypto application, that options also disable, and one more thing is the chart is very late update, and one more very bad to say the value of coins it’s totally different showing, its a major difference and lot a lot of hidden charges is there, they didn’t mention, if you use you can experience what i said, so plz dont go for this application, better you go any other good crypto application as well there is a lot of good professional application is there, you go for that and one more thing, dont see the rating….thanks guys

Every thing works well however the deposit process and features are far from perfect. I have to enter the UPI is twice. In the app and once again where it takes to a separate page. The app is slow during start up. A feature where we get notified when the token or coin hits a specific price would be great. It helps when we don’t have money to set a limit buy option. When the specific price hits we can buy it if we want by transferring from different source.

They have robbed me of my ₹1000 which I deposited in the coinswitch wallet but haven’t reflected in it. It has been 20 days since the payment but no customer support has helped me, you can’t even talk on a call to a coinswitch executive and explain your problem. You have to either raise a ticket which is useless because they always tell you to wait and wait and wait for eternity and never solves anything, other customer support is the chat option which is useless too because you can’t even explain them your problem as they reply after 1 hour and if you don’t respond to their reply within 3-4 mins, they assume that they have helped you and the problem is solved. One of the worst customer care services in any app in the world is that of Coinswitch Kuber. Don’t even try to get to customer care if you lose money in transaction, it’s only wastage of time , you won’t get your money ever! This is a scam and fraud!

I get notifications saying Algo reached 210, whereas it isn’t. Why do I get false notifications??
And crypto being a volatile market the price updates and graph should be very dynamic. The graph shows it’s increasing and when I see the price is low, which reflects after 2-3 mins. Timing matters. The price and graph should be precise and accurate and infact should be updated real quick. Please look into this. One of the major advantage of coin switch is its simple and user friendly but getting delayed updates on prices(rise and fall) won’t help the users.

Best part about this application is its UI and the amount of info available on trading page its really done very well.
Suggestion: 1. There should be option to choose type of graph as well for example candle graph.
2. More tokens should be appreciated before it became too late for a retail investor. In my opinion ARWEAVE deserves to be in the list its already all time high. I searched but not available on any application neither on Binance nor coinbase. So its good opportunity for u guys.

I’ve use crypto application from different platforms but this is one of the pathetic. * One major problem is withdrawing your cash and in maximum application its just instant in seconds but in this application it’s always in pending state for so long. * When I purchase the coin any coin if it’s value is 1.01 at that time and you purchase you are actually paying 1.08 and the coin highlight value is 1.04 in 24 hours how is even this possible. Its just an example it’s in all coins * On top of that *Maintenance* everyday Issue with partners Bank ?? Only on the time when market is recovering or going down. Deposit and Withdraw disable

So my review of this app is 4/5 because this app has a very good interface and very easy to use and the transactions are very quick but sometimes it shows transaction cancel or error but I still got the withdrawed money so I think that might me glitch but kindly fix that and there are some queries I have firstly nowadays u guys are having a lot of maintenance breaks but I have these are the last maintenance breaks or even if u have maintenance breaks please it’s only a request conduct them at 4 am or 5 am because in the day I may have to sell all of my crypto currency’s so please work on that and my second question is that is CoinSwitch safe and what I mean by that is if u guys get hacked is my crypto portfolio at risk ? And let’s say if I want to withdraw 50,000₹ from my account will the application crash or stop working and that’s all my questions please reply to this and don’t we will look into the matter thank you

The UI is definitely very simple. I have recently started in crypto and I couldn’t have found anything more convenient.
The thing I’d like to change is regarding the withdrawals. Why does it have to be in multiples of 100?
Also, when I’m buying a currency, it lets me put in the amount that I wish to pay, while when I want to sell, I have to provide the number of coins.
It’s happened to me that I’ve bought 100 rupees worth of coins, but when I try to sell it to reduce possible loss, it doesn’t let me as the value is less than 100.

Coinswitch I would say is the best crypto trading app in india. Very simplistic interface and easy access to all features. This is the best app for people who have very less knowledge of crpyto currencies. The payment interface has been improved since during there were lot of issues previously and now it been simplified to easy UPI options.
Just a suggestion is please improve the font used in the app, it looks really dull and an updated font would make the app look really classy.
CoinSwitch: Worst and totally unreliable crypto app. Go for WazirX instead

UPDATE: They say that they have disabled it temporarily but I want to ask you guys that 3 months is a long time. I had asked for my coins withdrawals quite a long time ago. This is stupidity. You can not keep doing this for long.
Earlier: Even after so many requests and more than 4 months, the coin withdrawals are not allowed on the platform. I wanted to get my coins so that I could stake them but these robbers are not even letting me withdraw. These people are totally unprofessionals with the lack of regard for their customers. Get your money back and switch to WazirX or any other platform. These are crooks.

This app has a very simple UI and easy to understand. Sometimes it does not allow to add money but I guess that problem is resolved now.
Only thing I feel missing in this app is that we can not set limit to our cryptocurrencies to buy or sell at any fix price whenever it reaches that price. We need to check and track the prices repeatedly to buy and sell. WazirX app allows to set limit in buying and selling, so we don’t have to necessarily use the app, whenever that particular crypto reaches that set amount, it purchases or sells as per our setting.
It is a request to CoinSwitch app developers to please provide this function in the next update. So, that we can set limit to buy and sell to any cryptocurrency.

I love CoinSwitch , I made like 30 rupees just in a span of 1 hour by doing right investments , but keeping this aside I was not able to know live price until I refresh manually 🥺 . This is small issue but while doing it all day people cannot swipe again and again each time . So please enable auto refresh option by default , No issues while withdrawal or deposit . Both were quick and easy

I use 3 different platforms and the price listed for any crypto is usually 10% higher than the other platforms. And to top that up, the selling price is also 10% lower than others. So, in a nutshell, CoinSwitch takes a 20% cut in each transaction, and yet proudly calls itself fair.
Now they have a very juvenile explanation for this which is really a sham. They may say that they do this to avoid intra-day trading. But, no matter when you want to buy or sell, you will get atleast 10% lower value than other platforms.
Please stay away from this platform. Indians can go for WaxirX instead, which is much better and has no manipulation in terms of buying and selling price.

This hurts me to say and I usually don’t write reviews for any app but CoinSwitch is outright robbing people of their potential profits. I wonder how the people at the top offices of CoinSwitch get proper sleep knowing what they are doing. When the markets go up, the withdrawal option is taken away stating maintenance issues. And this happened multiple times. I can understand if it happens once but when it happens multiple times, you know that these guys are up to no good. I know that I will get a developer response who will probably say that they are looking into the issue and that’s it. Same thing with their Twitter handle. The fake concern that these people show while replying to you are absolutely disgusting. One of the main reasons people look forward to a market upturn is to extract the profits, CoinSwitch has disabled withdrawal during these upturns multiple times. I bet these good for nothing so called “businessmen” are waiting for the market to come back to previous levels so that there is not much outflow of money than what would have been if people were able to extract their profits. Shame on you.

Decent app but there is a need for lots of improvements. Currently it is the only app which supports UPI payments. But having said that, we never know when this option would be disabled. Deposit options are very inconsistent and are disabled most of the times. Here are some positives and negatives of the app.

5. Exchange rates for crypto quotes are not equivalent to the bank exchange rates. They seem to use their own and that too keeps changing when compared to USD/INR.
6. Once INR is deposited, user should be prompted to Portfolio rather than Go to wallet and then to home page.
7. Buy price is very high and sell price is low when compared to other apps. 8. Need of setting alerts for each coin individually.
8. While buying, should have an option to select the number of coins rather than adding amount. Eg: I want to buy 10 coins rather than adding amount for 10, if we have an option to select the number of coins it would be easy.

I’d have given it a minus score if I could.
I’ve tried using UPI payments to transfer funds but they won’t allow it. Then I tried bank transfer and it didn’t work either. So I decided I don’t wanna be on the app anymore so I decided to delete account. Turns out you have to email them to delete your account. It’s been more than two weeks since I emailed, contacted support through in-app chat and through Twitter, they have not deleted my account and data…they don’t even respond about the matter, it’s always “we are looking to resolve your problems” or “we are sure we can win you back”
I don’t feel safe with them having my details anymore. After I have expressed my wish to withdraw my account it really shouldn’t take this long to delete my data.

Why are you guys accepting the registration if you can’t fix the deposit issue?? I’m using your app from one month but after only few days the deposit and withdrawals are not working, how can you anybody invest and withdraw the profit if you can’t give him the option to do so. Very bad experience . I am using this since 3 months. Whenever market down and if you want to purchase more currencies than this app stop working. You can’t make any profit with this app. Today 29th may, applications not working last 10 days I can’t deposit money in this app or buy coin right now market down and app not working. Join WazirX they have proper IT team and great management. You can also find rate low over there. Thank you and all the best for your investment.

I've been using CoinSwitch for a couple of months now and for me overall the app has been really good. To begin with the interface is great and it's easy to spot and navigate, super easy for beginners. The withdrawal and deposits are flawless. I can transact without any complications. However I did face problems with deposits for a short while but they were quickly fixed by the support team. I'm really satisfied with the app and Ii expect it to get much better with newer versions.

Having a bad experience while I write this. Firstly their ICICI bank account was not working. Then they changed to Paytm. Even with that I am having issues transferring money from my bank. Initially I was able to, but last 2-3 days I cannot. Secondly the support is crappy and terrible. I don’t quite understand that when you are dealing with client’s money, how can you only provide chat & email support. By the time they respond it is too late & the opportunity is lost. Besides, when you start a chat on the top it says “Currently replying in few hours”. Ridiculous! You are dealing with people’s money so expect immediate response.

Today I got notification from a challenger of this plate-form that EOS came below ₹900. I went on and purchased it there for ₹890. Out of curiosity I checked the price on this application at exact same time, (I have screenshot of my phone to prove it) and price was ₹910. Is it some scam you guys are running here. -2 I have been member for this application for some time now and for than half of that time this application kept showing I can’t add more money. Market have been going super down in this time but I was not able to invest. -1 Application’ UI and UX is good, easy to use, loads details nicely, gives you clear picture of investment and return. +2

Just one thing left, make the price close as actual or close price to real time prices as most platform, as sometimes I even see a diff of 4 rupees, and price study becomes really difficult. Some deposit drawback here and there, but I am sure they are doing their best and I know this will be the most successful company in crypto category.

My experience hasn’t been great with CoinSwitch, most of the time their INR deposit option is disabled. Never got proper support from their team, they don’t even bother to reply.
At times, it will show in the application that the bank transfer for depositing INR is enabled, but once you deposit, the payment will get stuck. Further, coins price isn’t same as real time market data, there is drastic delay in updating the prices.
There are lot of ways to improve, they should probably plan for a feature to create a watch list, set price alerts etc.

I’ve been into crypto for over 5 years. Initially, I felt the app interface was good. Easy to use and unlike most other apps, shows profit earned for individual coins, but problems started arising soon. For starters, the graph is the most pathetic I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t show real time and have to constantly keep refreshing. When doge started peaking, the doge trade was disabled and the value for selling coins varies a lot. The price difference between buying and selling, haven’t seen such ridiculous differences in any other app. Constantly varies when a coin is peaking. And hey, good luck if you’re trying to transfer the coins to a different wallet. Most of the transfers are disabled half the time. I’ve moved out to Binance and KuCoin.

You have been doing a fabulous job. The app needs a UX for some things but it’s all your research.
Please note this, I understand your banking partners making it hard to do business. I see the charts are not up to date - May be because of the volume of aggregation you guys have got.
I was looking for limit options to all cryptos. Please enable it. I don’t want to wait all night long when price will go up or low. That makes anyone anxious. We need limit auto buy or auto sell feature.
Receive option is not available for long now, anyways we are not doing transactions. But please enable it.
New design in the recent update is great - the font and the chart plots or points are good.
Price alerts option please, Atleast I’ll be less anxious about the things I have to worry about in life. CoinDCX go has that feature. I’m using two apps just for this.

The application is very good and easy to understand and use, the issue now a days is UPI payments are being stopped and Bank transfers takes a lot of time, I am writing this review almost after 25 mins, the money has got deducted but still isn’t showing in my app. And the rate on which I wanted to buy on has gone now while waiting. This is not at all good please do something about it.

Would like to have features like watch list where I can watch the trends of my favourite cryptos, and it will be great to have notifications based on the limit so that we can put our money at the right time.
It will be awesome if you can add more content in regards to global verified crypto news, then the user need not to switch to other apps or sites for the news. And, will definitely increase in your user base.

For the last 2 days amount cannot be added to the app and thus no purchase could be made. Reason showing is due to bankers issue.
Company should have planned 2-3 options for deposits or redemption else it would be the investor who would have to suffer. Investor would not be able to take the advantage of downfall in market . There is risk also that investor would not be able to withdraw when money is actually required if there is issue with the bank (if there are no multiple options)

I’ve used many Apps for trading in Cryptocurrency, however by far CoinSwitch is the most simple and easiest app I’ve seen yet. Buying and selling is quick and simple and hassle free.
However there is one issue, it does not have all the cryptos yet. There are so many I’d like to invest in which other apps like WazirX & Binanace provides and CoinSwitch doesn’t. I hope the developer is reading this and taking this into consideration on urgent basis.

Fully recommended Day before yesterday only I installed it. To check if it works trust me it is very quick. This was my first time on bitcoin platform because I never had trust on it. Verification was quick in just 5 min with all documentation. Bought initial coin for just 100 and check it for couple of days it went to 127 in just 24 hours.. So next was withdrawal process. I have done withdrawal it was very quick as well in just 2 min amount was in my bank account. So highly recommended

CoinSwitch isn’t my first app for Crypto trading. After trying multiple national & international apps, I stumbled upon CoinSwitch through a blog. And I must say it has fulfilled my needs completely. Unlike other apps which give you plethora of information on your screen, CoinSwitch offers a very simple, easy to navigate & understand UI which one can master within a few swipes. The buy and the sell trades went on very smoothly and there was not really much to complaint about. After trading, one feature that I find the app lacking is auto refresh of rates and valuation. I have to swipe down every single time I want to see the latest rate and the value of my portfolio. Now, I am not a professional trader and I don’t know much about the technicalities and details that go into crypto trading. Crypto currency is something that amuses me, and therefore I am involved in it. So for someone like me, a casual trader, who doesn’t expect much other than a decent app to do buys and sells, CoinSwitch is a great option!

Lot is issue with this app
1. Selling and buying price issue - As they claim no hidden charges but they will charge the amount by lowering the selling price as per current price when asked for clarification it was advised that’s as per policy. If I compare another app like WazirX they clearly charge some amount on your transactions as per their policy however you can sell the coin exactly as per the current value of that coin.
2. Lagging- App starts lagging when there is huge up in any coin for example when BTC pumped to 35 lacs.
3. Limit orders: No such option to limit your orders on iOS
4. Referral issue: Referred my friend none of us got the referral amount.
5. Wrong amount: seen that if any coin reached to highest amount this app will not show that amount at that point of time instead it will show this amount in 1d highest which is of no use because I can’t sell coins on that cost.
6. Restrictions on sell and buy: how you guys can restrict user from selling and buying coin without any prior information
In total not a worthy app for trading it’s better to look for another option for crypto trading.

I have been using this app for more than 15 days now, and i find that it needs some serious changes.
1. The difference between buying price and selling price is almost 3-5% depending on the coin, which is really high as compared to other apps. This should not exceed more than 1%.
2. There are no live prices. We have to refresh everytime to get the latest price.
3. Selling price should also be available on the trading screen. Everytime to know correct selling price, we have to go to preview sell screen to check if we’re earning profit or not.
4. Loss/Gain percentage needs some fixing. It always shows wrong percentage.
5. There should be a watchlist and price alert to know when the price drops which user can set according to his or her needs. And even a widget for iOS phones should be available to view on the go.
I hope we can see changes soon, otherwise i have to switch to another app for trading. And please decrease the profit percentage of the company to 1-2% from 3-5% as for traders there’s not much to earn then.

They don’t have an option to withdraw money via their website also. Please do not use this app. I have tweeted and called out the owner, CoinSwitch. They’re unable to resolve issue and will Not give back money. Such apps should be banned and sued.
I’ve been using this app for about a month now. Trading seems easy. CoinSwitch claims 0% fees but the app is deceptive. Very conveniently the users profit margin is reduced. While buying, the rates on the crypto info page are 3 times inflated that the actual rate and final page show different amount and when you expect more coins, you actually don’t get what you see.
When you sell, the profit is much less than what you think you’re making.
Hidden charges. No transparency. Better avoided.
Also not informative at all. If they continue to provide such service, they’ll definitely not last long. I think the owner needs to fix such issues.

Even in boost of the crypto rate by 8% .. my invested money got down by 5.4% selling price is tooo less then buying while comparing to other apps ..
while my buy amount was 6000 the sell amount was 5945 when my invested amount increased to 6067 the sell amount got decreased to 5912 .. then the main thing happend when my market went more up my selling amount went to 5774 .. so i made a cash out ! Fixed rate charged by other apps are much better then a hidden percentage..

I bought 2 virtual currencies, both are showing increase from the average buying price by 9.75% and 8.65% from my purchase value, yet I am in loss by 1%. I dont know how they are evaluating and at the end of the day , when the market is up and my currencies are doing good in the market, I am emding up in a loss. The app developers are just making fool of the users. No realtime values are shown while other apps are giving realtime nano seconds updates. Dont use this app. Interface is user friendly for that i have given 1 star. Waste of time and money.
I am adding this comment after investing again some amount, now both currencies that I invested in are showing profit more than 1-2% but when i am aelling them, they are showing me in loss. This app is pathetic. Dont waste your money on this
