Very Bad Experience

This app is incredibly frustrating and unreliable. The biggest issue is the price lag - by the time their buy call shows up and you place the order, the stock has already moved significantly. What’s the point of paying for “timely” recommendations if they aren’t actually timely?

Notifications are a mess. If you’re not constantly checking the app or keeping communication channels open, you’ll miss critical alerts. That completely defeats the purpose of a paid advisory platform.

For the subscription fee they charge, the execution, alert system, and overall experience are simply not up to the mark. It feels poorly optimized, slow, and nowhere near the premium service they market.

Would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing. There are far better alternatives available.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Don’t believe the words from their Agents. If you sit for one or two days and analyze the market for nifty 50 and invest on it. They give you the same and with in a week ask you to exit, one week what will get its loss only.

Xpress Calls subscription is too glitchy

Initially, I subscribed to Xpress Calls and received a few calls, albeit with some time lag—acceptable within reason. However, after a month of use, I noticed a significant issue: instead of receiving emails regarding stock purchases, I was only sent notifications for selling, completely bypassing crucial buy recommendations.

On top of that, customer support has been extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide proper assistance. The lack of professionalism and accountability is disappointing.

I strongly advise against subscribing to this service—it's unreliable and not worth the investment. If these issues persist, filing a complaint in consumer court might be the next logical step.

Poor services

Pathetic customer service i have using the app since 3-4 months not all of sudden i am not able to link the broker or rebalance my portfolio and i have been raising the chat from past 3-4 days and I receive a reply after 20-30 mins and then i miss the reply and next time a new agent is connected and then ask i have to explain again the whole situation and then they reply back in 20-30 min and same thing happens again.

None of them is resolving my concern my money is at stake but no one is bothered about this.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience here, so I bought flagship subscription which not good or not bad but I would suggest free smallcase are provided you better returns than this. then I purchased Express Stock and my experience with this subscription is very bad because this application never trigger any notification and we will get email notification and if you going to but that already crossed entry price and when exit notification trigger so stock will be came down till you get notification. so think and purchase subscription. I called them to I want cancel my subscription but they told we can’t cancel and refund anything one you buy the subscription. so No cancellation policy here.

Got express stock membership(3 months) which means holding stock for 10-15days maximum.They give calls and calls are open for months. And if stock goes up then 2-5% they booked profit and stock goes 20-30% up. What type of reserach is this. And in losses also they recommend pcbl @430 and stock goes down to 380 and they booked it and after 2-3 days stock again bounce back to 430. No professional app. Just gamble no research. App also having glitch. Not able to open many times.

1. Doesn’t refresh the list of calls. I get an email, then I’ll have to kill the app multiple times to view the updated list of calls

2. Doesn’t show the LTP. You basically need another screen while using the app to make sense of the information

3. Doesn’t mention the approximate timeline for the target when they give you the call.

4. Doesn’t keep track of the trades executed with the broker.

It would’ve have been much better if they simply used whatsapp or telegram to send the calls instead of wasting money on app.

Misleading people. Felt cheated

Once you pay Rs 1100 you register, you will again need to pay subscription fee to opt for various stock combinations like TejiMandi edge. Smallcase got many free to use basket of stocks. No upfront fee as well. Even the TejiMandi flagship portfolio can be seen by giving your PAN details. I don’t want to invest. Just want to see the stocks in flagship portfolio, why should I give my PAN details ? Waste of money. Useless app.

Even when market is performing very well. TM is not able to deliver the return. They always keep the portfolio below 20%. Everytime proftfolio start growing they update the stock and again it comes down. Its been more than 6 months.

After enrolling to TM I created another portfolio with zero knowledge. I picked up random large cap stock and the returns are more than 50%.

I would like to give 5 out of 5 rating due to their analysis and stock selection but App is very poorly developed. Hange very often, missing very basic navigation functions. There is no web version available too.

App is good and it is a good initiative for the investors who has no time to do own research. However I am giving it 3 star because Currently you are not giving the option to edit the stock pick according to the investor choice. There are many times, we are mandated to not buy some particular stock. However, the same is in your list. Because of one Negetive stock I can’t invest and my subscription is totally wasted.

Hope you will do something to give the edit option to the investor before doing the final investment based on your advise.

Pathetic App and service

Pathetic app, first when I have take the subscription, it didn’t get updated. Need to follow up for 2 days to get it update . No update is being received on WhatsApp and you cannot update the WhatsApp no, it always shows otp sent, but nothing is happening. Following up from last 8 days but nothing is happening. I believe my subscription money of Rs 1198 has gone into drain.

Great app

As a retail investor, it's difficult to keep track of my portfolio and the stocks that I have bought and sold. There are plenty of apps out there that will give you data but what I needed was a PMS that would actively manage and regularly update my portfolio. Perfect app for getting into stock market

I never invested in stock market partially due to its volatility and uncertainty but mainly due to the lack of knowledge of what to buy, when to buy and when to sell. Teji Mandi solves exactly that and here I am with my first set of investments and generating healthy returns already.
