Lost Credit/Huge Bills on recording.
The app works perfectly fine with the recordings.
However you first have the dial the provided number and then merge calls in order for the same to be recorded . Which was an international number for me. And had lost an enormous amount of credit . I wish this would be clearly mentioned that this is a way around in recording calls not a direct dial option .

1. While generating auto pay why does the payment option shows “frequency “ of withdrawal as “Anytime” and that too applicable for 02 years? Does this mean that auto debit is generated for said amount of as many times as app wishes?? This sounds like day light robbing plan.
If I purchase , please clarify the following-
2. Will the calls be recorded automatically? I mean as soon as I pick up the call or the other persons attends an outgoing call, will the recording start automatically? If not, how can I start it ?
3. Will the person on the other end of the call will be notified in any way (voice/text/email/or any other mode) that the last call was recorded or is being recorded?

Downloaded and subscribed for a month. The real purpose of subscription was not happening and this app has a weird concept Similar to conference call, we’re the call will be recorded though this process which is idiotic and process oriented. As au said earlier, worthless app.

An app which does as advertised
A very good call recording app. I am using the trial version and the experience has been seamless. I have saved the service number as “Record call” in Contacts, so any call I want to record, I can simply add that call and merge the call with my current call. The UI of the app is clean and effective. So this is a nice workaround over iOS not providing and limiting in-phone call recording. Only reason for deducting a star is the concern over user privacy. Where is the recording data stored (which regions and compliance), what are the encryption standards, what is the retention period post user deletion, what is policy to use the recording data. Privacy policy document sounded convoluted, so just these concerns make me deduct a star. Will be purchasing the full version most probably though.

Unbelievable recorder
I place my wholesale orders on phone, so it’s mandatory to have a call recorder for me. I have to repeat the orders for different parties and here comes the recorder’s role. I send the recordings of the orders on whatsapp and no need to call every seller differently. I trim the call and save the order chunk and forward it to other seller to give him that order. Now I can work strain free and happy.
