Their delivery partners don’t reach in time.
They take 6+ hours to deliver a package which is at distance of only 1 hour.
Sometimes my package has been delivered the next day AFTER COMPLAINING while they mark it as delivered without delivering.
The stupid pathetic customer support is automated and these idiots don’t help in time.
I’d rather walk up to the destination and deliver it myself than hire their fraud like service.
Plus these delivery people ask to pay them directly and not through the app.

This incident happened on 1 day before diwali when i booked a delivery service from Borzo app. I’ve handed over my parcel worth ₹2500 to the driver and paid him the delivery charges ₹309 as well around 3:42 pm. After an hour I called the driver but his phone was switched off. The company doesn’t have any customer care number to reach out at that time.I keep on calling the driver continuously for 2 -3 hours but his phone was switched off. I dropped a mail to the company but there was no reply until now. I dropped a message on their chatbot. Around 8:10 pm an executive Jyoti replied and I explained her my case. She passed on my chat to some guy named shekhar. Since i’ve been following up with them but neither my parcel is returned nor they have refund my ₹2809 even after sharing all the invoice & proofs of payment. We are small business owners and every single penny counts for us. They are seeing my messages but not responding. Such a fraud company it is who hire fraud drivers. This was the worst experience ever. Pathetic delivery service. Shame on you.

Don't use this app, the whole service is horrible. I have used it once in Bengaluru, i will never use it again. The delivery boy charges extra ₹3000 total to the delivery point and also to the pickup point, while the normal charges is only ₹402.00 . The extra charges are paid to the delivery boy’s personal UPI. Never use this app and this service called Borzo.

It a huge request for the software team to please work on the plugin of 'ACTIVE'. The courier denied to take the parcel as the payment was made online. Moreover he asked to cancel it and i was charged 40 rupees as a cancellation charge. This is ridiculous if u dont want us to pay online dont keep an option. First make us pay online and then cancel the order and charge money. Thats a solid game plan. I had placed a scheduled pick up from Borzo. I wasn’t aware that they were so unreliable. Courier was assigned an hour before pick up but then courier called and asked to change mode of payment to cash and when I did not agree, he asked me to cancel. There is no way to get connected to any live customer service or call. I had waited for more than an hour on chat to get a reply but no answer. When I cancelled order, I was charged cancellation charges. Cancellation charges for what???? Your assigned courier was not even responding or willing to go to pick up after accepting order. I believe has to be the WORST APP WITH PATHETHIC STATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE in this era. Do not use this app, there are better alternatives available.

Ur customer care phone is switched off. In your app description you have mentioned Wefast. I downloaded assuming it’s Wefast. Your delivery boy did not deliver the parcel and marked as delivered. The app assigned 2 delivery partners for a single delivery. 1st guy collected the parcel and the app is showing tracking details of 2nd delivery partner! The person who collected it, is not answering the call neither the parcel is delivered! The parcel is missing plus the delivery partner was paid in full!
I tried contacting Borzo customer service, the “Chat” option is of no use as it gives automated response. There is no helpline number to contact them!

Couriers will pick up and then wait for hours & hours for another pick up. Deliveries take upto 3 hours just because the couriers don’t want to do just the one job and then you have to spend the entire day just tracking them helplessly, hoping not to get scammed.

I first installed Wefast, which redirected me to install Borzo. I had to get stuff delivered for someone else in another location. After that I did the usual task of selecting the pickup and drop location and paid in advance through UPI. The order got confirmed with the delivery partner as well. Minutes later I receive a call from the delivery partner to modify the payment method to cash on delivery. But the app had no option to change the mode of payment anywhere. So he asked me if he could edit the order himself and change the delivery method to cash on delivery while also confirming with me that I would get a refund for the payment I’ve already made ( I don’t know why do delivery partners have the access to edit orders on their own and make a new modified order). Soon enough my previous order made by me got cancelled and a new one appeared with the method chosen as cash on delivery. The delivery partner mentioned I would’ve gotten the refund and asked me to check and as expected there wasn’t any. So I cancelled the order. The next obstacle was the customer support offered by Borzo. I’ve been asking for a refund for quite a while and I have not gotten any replies at all and I’m not sure if I will get any refund as well. The customer support is not proactive at all and there is no contact number which we can dial directly to. I would not recommend this app to anyone else :)

Option was always annoying because it only gave us options to select which most of the time did not meet our requirements. It has now been made worse because it’s almost impossible to get to the point where we can actually chat with your representative. The options which we are forced to select are totally inadequate. The so called chat option is hidden under so many layers, it is obvious that you want to avoid getting us in touch with your representatives. The whole process is extremely frustrating, more so given the fact that we are only trying to get in touch with a representative to sort out some problem. Your “chat” option just makes the problem worse .

1) Tried to place an order on web first, after entering OTP, the order did not get submitted
2) On app, OTP came after using the option resend OTP. Did not receive the OTP very first time.
3) Used UPI for payment, after payment order confirmation screen did not appear and it went blank. However, the order was placed.
4) on IPhone, when I tried to click the link of App Store, it took me to google play store on a browser. Expected it to open App Store.

Pathetic app with no support

I tried this app to deliver the goods. After taking the booking, courier person assigned with status of active. After 1 hour when no activity is happening to the order tried contacting support, but there is no support available. Only chat that is too last active 6 days ago. Then I contacted the runner, despite he pi king the phone his wife picked it up saying he is not available. After another hour I called the courier person and I told him he supposed to pick the package and deliver, he told me his nephew registered to this app and he is not available as he went to his hometown so cancel the order. I wasted 2.5 hours just to get the confirmation. This app is useless and has no support whatsoever. Please don't use it.

The app was working well untill June 22, post that i am unable to place a single order. The delivery charge wont show up and it says you havent put the location properly.
Moreover, there is no way in which you can communicate with the customer support, they have fix querries to select from, they dont entertain any other type of querries, neither are their support staff available.
Despite such a nice idea, their execution and support suffers badly. The delivery partners either ask us to cancel the orders or dont start the journey after picking up the orders in order to save on the commissions.

I have placed order in this and payment also done with google pay, it’s not assigned to any person and there is no update on it, I just left as it is for more than 6 hours, after that canceled the order, but my amount is received back, for instant delivery not required to wait more than 6 hours, o have tried to raise a request for it , but not allowing send a message a anu where and there’s no customer support. Don’t even try to install this app, Waste of time and money

Aside from one or two bad experiences (from the riders, not the app), I’ve had a solid experience with Borzo. Payments are swift, rates are competitive, riders come from far away but never refuse the service and I’ve always received my items safely.

This app has worst delivery partners.. they are never on time, they don’t care about your delivery. Every single delivery guy has asked me to pay separately and to cancel the order from app. And if you say no to them they pickup your parcel and switch off their phone, and u can’t do anything about it other than being in anger and tension. You can’t call customer care because there is no number for it and if u try to chat for complaint there is no response to it also. Please don’t install this.

This service is too good. They were quick to assign the person for the job. The delivery boy was very professional and humble. It took him some time to find me at airport but he was still smiling and soft when found me. I give seven starts for the boy and the service.

Rude behaviour of Courier

Courier was roaming near the pickup location for more than 30 minutes and causing delay in delivering the parcel. Whenever I tried discussing with him, he rudely replied and disconnected the call. After many attempts he said that he doesn’t earn anything by taking one Order at time. Hence he was waiting for another order and delaying our delivery. We asked him to cancel the order as we lost so much time due to his behaviour but he rudely said if you want to cancel the order do it from your end. And as usual there was no option to cancel the order from my side. At last I ended up by re routing the order to the pickup location and ended up paying for nothing

The payment on the app is very confusing and ends up double charging a user. I added a card payment method that apparently adds a future payment mandate. After delivery i saw a negative balance instead of my card getting charged. I topped up manually to make it zero. I was however charged again by the card auth! My top up balance increased by same amount and there is no way to get this refunded. Bad user experience

Advise you to not use this service as the customer care lacks of support.
The app does not feel like it is full equipped and developed.
I booked a courier delivery of a document at 2pm from yelahanka and received it at 4:30 to JP nagar. And the reason the driver gave was “ collecting other couriers also” and it’s just not your one courier.
I paid 500 to wait for 2 hours to receive a document which would have happened easily on Uber and Dunzo. Wanted to try a new service app and I would say that this app needs a lot of work as their back end team functionality is poor along with their front end service as well.

I don’t understand what is the point of ordering from here if its gonna take forever for the guy to deliver? A person rather would just do it on his own.:) i ordered a parcel and it took 3-4 hours to get delivered where the maps showed the ETA Of 28-30 mins! We can understand even if it would take around an hour and be considerate! There is no review system! There is no way to track! If we try tracking our order it isnt even working efficiently….
If you all want to order something id suggest order it 5-6 hours before so that you can get it prior your plans ie: in 3-4 hours ;)

Worst experience with borzo/wefast

I have been using this app for a while now but won’t anymore. My last few delivery experience were so bad. The rider never reaches the location on time. The drop-off time always keep on increasing. Moreover the rider will accept the order but will take an hour to reach. All of my deliveries take 4-5 hours even when most of my drop-off location are just 30 minutes from my office. The annoying part is they don’t have customer support!! They just have bots who answer your question from the limited number of question they ask you to select. There is no one on one customer support at all. Never using this app again!

These guys don’t train their riders about anything. Their app doesn’t pick up the location and the rider will keep calling you until you share the location on WA if you place an order with them. This is how they are working. And their riders will just drop the order if they don’t want to deliver it! It’s upon the rider whether he wants to deliver or not! It will never show who is paying even if you select the address where they are to get the payment from. Something will show you on the screen, and something else will show on the rider’s app. Pathetic, pathetic pathetic!!

I recharged my account with 200 but it was not reflecting, therefore i cancelled the online order request and raised a new one with the cash on delivery. My account was debited with 200 and i have also paid the delivery partner in cash. The delivery partner informed me that you have initiated two orders which i clearly did not coz I couldn’t recharge my account and as per delivery partner request i cancelled my current request but then -40 is reflecting on my wallet. I did received my goods but at the total cost of 440 rs however it should have been only 200, there is no way to communicate with you all nor raise a complaint. Please return my money and clear the negative charge on my wallet.

I’ve recently downloaded this app, and 3 out 4 deliveries had been super delayed by more than 2 hrs and the app shows the rides is waiting outside the address. Everytime you have to call the delivery person and request him to come soon. If your in an urgent situation to get things on time this app cannot be trusted.
Secondly if your in the northern side of mumbai you will hardly get anyone for picking up your order, if you get it early your lucky, then it will take ages to reach the delivery address. You will have to call and plead the delivery guy to reach / go soon.
One more important thing is the person who gets assigned on your app and the one who come to collect / deliver are different. This has happened a couple of times.

I order material from Mumbai to Bhiwandi pick up time was 11 and delivery estimate time was 1:38 which is absolutely perfect to be on time. But it’s 5:30 till the material is not delivered to me and on top when I chat with these executive they said we can’t track delivery boy not picking up our call and all things are said. Really worst and will ask everyone to avoid these services and on top they are charging heavily price but not working on there failure

Impossible to speak to a Customer Care executive

It is a good app for booking a courier. But if there is a problem that you encounter and want to discuss with an executive, it is impossible. I prepaid ₹361 for a delivery, but the unscrupulous courier charged the recipient ₹300 additionally, claiming I had not paid. There was no way I could speak to a Customer Care executive to explain—the AI bots do not understand.

When it was we fast still putting address was very difficult but it was manageable. Now when I used it , it absolutely refused to take my address, kept showing me Bangalore locations even when I am trying to put Delhi well know landmarks. When I contacted their customer care, they left the chat mid way after asking for my contact. I waited for so long . Finally gave up and booked through another courier which was far more efficient and user friendly.
Never going to use it again. 0 stars from me.

When I started using the app initially, it was all good. Was getting all couriers on time. We even tipped the guys extra for the work they do. But recently we booked a courier which was picked and it never got delivered. We tried reaching the courier guy multiple times but he cancelled the order and didn’t respond. Also there is no customer support in the app which helps you with the issue. Such a bad experience that I will never use this app and will recommend no one to use this as you might get cheated any time. This app is very dangerous as it had our address as well. Not sure how they would’ve miss using it

I do like this app and the concept of it but the app is very irritating as it never lets us put the whole address and the notes given on the order about the address is never shared with the delivery guy and in the middle of our work we have to attend to 3-5 calls to explain the address! Highly irritating
This needs to be rectified.
Also, the courier professionals should be groomed and dressed a little more decent as they look untrustworthy.

Untrustworthy but the truth with my experience. I ordered Dryfruit to be delivered from one place to another place of mumbai. This guy named ‘Bilal Shaikh’ (God I would love to provide his number but I have humanity unlike him).
So the story went;
1. Ordered Dryfruits
2. He collected and made delivery a little late (there is an option where u can set the end time but I didn’t set the relevant time (not aware there is such an option)- he called up and said I would mark it as delivered and then come later by for delivery. Understood since it’s Diwali season!
3. I took the bag and didn’t check the items with the bill (overloaded with office work- my bad I didn’t do it). Then next day left for my hometown - that time verified that a packet is missing. Called up both the parties- the vendor and this delivery boy.
4. Verified on CCTV from the vendor that all the items ordered were packed, then asked the delivery guy - what happened where it went missing- turns out he was making another delivery on the way and lost it somewhere between.
5. He confessed and said don’t report in the company I’ll pay from my own pocket- I told him okay. I trusted him for his words and didn’t approach the company.
6. Waited for 15 days, every time we called- answer was “main karduga”. I’ll do it… but never did. Sick and tired of following up with him
I trusted him for his words and he played bad.
I wish u guys don’t this person on your delivery.

It all started good when I first use it few time but now my last few delivery are never on time. There is a lot of issues now with them. First you can never insert address properly no matter what. Whenever i book a courier, doesn’t matter where he is it will take at least an hour to pick up. One time i could walk to courier guy in 15 min but he still took 1 hour to pick up my courier. My corporate documents need to be delivered on time but every time they reach destination after office hours even when I book around 10 am.I don’t know why sometimes their rider accepts and come to my location and rudely tells me that” I won’t deliver your package, cancel it and ask someone else”. Imagine how would it feel if you have to wait one hour just to hear that and this did not happen once but a lot. Sometimes won’t even pick up call to ask why are they taking so much time. As I am writing this my courier guy picked up documents more than two hours ago and is still halfway. The funny part is distance is around 70 min and currently standing at a location for more than half hour and not moving. Not picking my calls and even customer service is of no help “as usual”. I have lot more to say but why waste any more time on this. “Uninstall “

The service is decent but 2 major issues:
1. Despite being based on Google Maps, it doesn’t pick up locations, all searches show West Bengal based locations despite being in Mumbai, not sure if it’s app specific or device specific ( but been facing this problem on multiple iPhones at my end)
2. Sometimes even after picking the correct location in map, the location shows an error which again causes similar issues and delays in sending parcels

Courier partner kept telling me to cancel order

I had a harrowing time on Sunday - 3rd July , when I booked Borzo from Rajouri Garden to west Rajiv Nagar (gurugram) .. the delivery partner whom my courier was assigned told me cancel the order as he was stuck somewhere else. Inspite of me telling him that I am being charged for it, and that he is the one who doesn’t want to complete the order hence he should be cancelling it from his side - he INSISTED that I should be cancelling the order.
Similar thing followed on the same order three times again and I was charged thrice for cancelling the order.
Horrible delivery partners who are in turn defaming the company.

The App doesn’t have the option to fill proper address but just selects the location on the map. There was no option to select pick up and delivery time. Even when you select editing as option, the button shows Creste Order. And biggest confusion is whether WeFast and Borzo are same or different? You get notifications in both.

Their delivery workers blackmail with the package for extra money and borzo doesn’t take that into consideration and neither do they refund the money extorted by their rider while carrying your package. Will tell you an incident, a rider took the package for me to delivered to my client, even after sharing the exact location, hw went somewhere else and said this is what the address was, and now if I want my package to be delivered I will have to pay 500 inr extra. And when I asked him to return the package he asked for the same amount 500 inr. Since the borzo and the rider have been harassing by bot paying back.

The guy picked up the order at 10, and 11:30 he delivered the wrong item. On top of that he insists that it’s the right one. The courier guy was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. After having already paid him at the pick up location, he says he’s not been paid and demands money from us at the drop location also. Upon contacting their support via the app, they are equally unhelpful and unprofessional. They don’t reply for hours and they are particularly useless in support. They once again commit a delivery time and then fail to deliver by that time. Horrendous service, terrible support, absolutely useless in every which way. What a frustrating experience!

There is a peculiar problem with this app right from the start. Whenever we enter an address the app changes it. Hence the address does not get entered accurately and as a result there are unnecessary calls to be made n received for every parcel. Every time I send a parcel I have to give the address in writing or text it to the delivery person. It’s frustrating that after all these months this problem has never been sorted.

The address/map is still an issue

It’s a good service. But there are two issues:
1. It’s very difficult to schedule a pickup at a later time. Your courier partners never see the scheduled time and arrive early and then complain and cancel! Why give the option of scheduling if your partners are not going to read the time!?
2. The address/map picker is a mess! It substitutes its own address on its own special geographic map which has nothing to do with the actual address!

All the best putting in addresses! The app only allows inputs from Maps and it picks whatever suits the dim wit of the algo creator. Even when you approximate the address, it says region not found and doesn’t allow you to complete the order. Customer service only available via chat have a max turn around time of 2 hrs - so all the best for resolution.
So to all the Borzos; sorry Bozos in the company - all the best and no thank you for a pathetic experience.
I did my first order via WeFast some how (which is now Borzo) - there experience was slightly better with Map function and customer service better. Seems like all the money went into re-branding and compromising on effectiveness, accuracy and customer service.

Difficulty in communication

There was a HUGE challenge in communicating and getting updates.
1. The person shown in the app was not the one who delivered the courtier. Not the given name, not the given mobile no.
2. The restaurant confirmed that the courier was picked up but the app didn’t show it till an hour later.
3. The location shown of the courier person was wrong. There was no live update happening on the location of the person. It updated once in 30 min and that too was wrong location.
On top of that, there was no support available. Only chat support with no response on my query.
Thankfully the packet did get delivered. That was the only saving grace.

I had scheduled a delivery for one family friend some specialty food to be picked up from a food joint and to be delivered at his house for lunch. The booking I tried to do on Wefast app. I was redirected to download Borzo and place the order there. I did at 10:30 AM around for a pick up at 1:00 PM. Till 1:20 the app showed that the courier person is on the way and finally when I could reach him on phone, he said his bike is not working and he has been trying and messaging the support team to allot some other delivery partner. However he was also fed up saying no response. I could not chat with the support on app as there was no option to do so. I was embarrassed in front of my friend. And above all, I have been charged 30 rupees for the order that has ruined my reputation. Neither the delivery partner turned up nor the app support team tried to resolve the issue and I have been penalised for all these. Would never recommend anyone for the same. It was my first order in the app.

If I could I would rate them a minus 10. Ordered service at 2 p.m. to have food picked up and delivered. App showed food picked up at 2.07 pm but courier guy, after I called, said he picked up only at 2.40 pm. Restaurant said he had picked up at 2.10. Chat on the app was useless as they could not contact courier. I had to coordinate with courier myself. He kept giving excuses. Food finally reached me at 5.10 pm.. 3 hours later. Cost me 309 bucks. No discount or compensation from the company for this awful service.
Have deleted the app and will never use their services again. Please download or use this service at your own considerable risk.
Wefast and /or Borzo should not be in the service industry at all.
