Watch4 myPhone is an offline app that doesn't collect or send any personal information or location to any server or third parties.
No in-app purchases! You get a premium version with all features ads-free.
All settings are made through an app on Apple Watch.
Watch app part must be installed and the usage of Complication on Watch Face is recommendable.
Supporting iPhone app works in the background and can even be completely terminated, as long as the location access has been set to Always (first you select While Using the App, later you are asked to allow Always access).

Note:
It's advisable that you don't setup location accuracy setting more accurate than 100 meters (default). If you have WiFi enabled, this will be good enough to position your iPhone to exact location in urban areas.
If you change location accuracy to 1 or 3 kilometres, the app will not even use GPS for location updates, so it will consume less battery, while still doing their job.
