Absolutely outstanding!

This is one of the greatest application ever for strength and hypertrophy training! It has all the features necessary and the all the programs available on it are totally excellent. This is an essential application for all fitness enthusiasts. This is literally perfect in my opinion and somehow it still keeps getting better. Fantastic work! Thank you so much for making this application. The hard effort is highly appreciated and I’m super grateful to have access to such a brilliant application.

Best workout logger and planner hands down!

It does everything right… from having tailored workout plans for your need to logging your weights and reps and even the linear progression in weights for the next workout so that you can focus on what’s important LIFT.
Been using the app from the beginning of my lifting journey and it helped me push through the plateau a lot of time.
5/5 must try this app instead of downloading other and only to find all the important this are in-app purchases unlike Boostcamp.

The app is great its free and its a huge goldmine for pre made programs and program ideas for yourself
On the other hand the workout tracking option could have been better and more fluid still 5 stars buddy

Absolute goldmine

What a brilliant app to help plan with Fitness activities. I feel like I’ve been working hard a the gym but this app helps to streamline my process there. I am thankful to the devs and the creators to provide the information in such clear and concise manner.

Nice interface

Checked out this app yesterday and loved it. Reddit recommended routine is well structured in this app which is easier to follow.

Good things don’t come cheap but this one is free!!!

It is a must have app. The prime deterrent of using any fitness app is its price of using the essential and premium features. This one comes absolutely free. Yes, there is a scope of improvement but if you are new to using fitness apps like me, look no further. You will soon be accustomed to the several programs and the superset of exercises packed within this app. If eventually, this app includes additional features to achieve my daily fitness goal and lets me forget my trips to the gym, I wouldn't mind paying for it.
