Disgusting experience from the app and the customer care team.
A order placed for same day delivery was updated to 2 days later delivery by the customer care team in a no of times, even after it was contacted to cancel the order. The order was prepaid and they have still not refunded.
These people deliver as per their convenience and there is no option with the customer for cancellation.

They deliver mediocre quality fruits vegetables in the name of direct from farm/fresh/organic. I had ordered 2 Alphonso mangoes for 319₹ on 28th feb 2023. And they delivered me mediocre mangoes changing me premium price, in the box which sticker had been torn at the places only where it says the name of product, weight and price of it. Rest of the sticker was intact. How is this not a strategy to cheat the customer.
Their customer care service is way more pathetic than this scam they are trying to pull off. To get my refund I’ve been calling their customer care number every other day and I am yet to receive my half of the refund. I don’t know why they have credited half of the refund and harassing me process half of it.
There is no option to give 0 rating otherwise I’ve given 0 to this app/business.
Who is going to compensate for the time and mental peace, I’ve to put in for a month long follow ups?

I have recently started using Kissan Konnect as my daily veggies and fruits delivery app for many reasons.
First of all the quality they provide is exceptional, specially in agro segment where consumers are cheated more when ordering online.
Pricing is very affordable in compare to local sellers and quality is far better.
Other reason is their simple yet friendly app through which anyone can order agro commodities without any hazzel. Timely delivery is also their plus point.

I ordered two large coconuts yesterday. The approx weight mentioned in the app is 550-580 gms. The coconuts I received were weighing 388 gms and 402 gms. I think henceforth I will have to purchase a weighing machine and check each and every item delivered by Kisan Konnect. Also, I have had a previous experience where I ordered two boxes of strawberry out of which almost one box full was rotten and they outright declined to take back the order.

Fruits are good to be frank! I have been ordering from quiet a while from here.
But in the last order, I received an expired product (Murukku Sticks).
I got in touch with a customer support team, raised a complaint, I got the message (“Whatsapp”)(not sure why they use this app) from him that refund is initiated once I shared the expiry date image.
But, I wanted to talk to a senior executive, as I am recovering from Typhoid and cannot have “ Expired products” and the person whom I talked with did not understand the seriousness of it, so I wanted to make sure this thing doesn’t happen again. The senior was supposed to call back in 15 minutes and it has been a whole day, still did not receive a call back.
Horrible customer service experience!!
I have been a loyal customer, now I am not sure whether I would be ordering fruits and vegetables from here or not!

I had ordered oranges apples and pomegranate from Kisan konnect the apples are good but oranges were all green and extremely tangy. I waited for a day and checked the other one was also same so I raised a complaint and they said we will give refund. Now the pomegranates which I ordered were also rotten from inside 249/kg I got around 6 to 7 pomegranates out of which I threw aways 3 as they were rotten one of which I had shared photos with the Kisan konnect Whatsapp team and 3 I have not checked. For which Kisan konnect is giving me Rs 25 refund. I must appreciate their mathematics skills. If I can buy fruits worth 500 then at least they should not insult their customers by giving Rs 25 as refund. We are not beggers. Instead they should apologize and provide fresh stock

Neither the app is able to give correct status of delivery. It has given two pop up messages for delivering, but failed. I had placed the order on 27th. Once you book your order. It’s status get updated as cart missing. Then these people say we could not deliver. Then when you ask for refund they tell you it will get credited in 24hrs after that when you follow up they tell you 48hrs and hrs keep on going. After deducting ₹1200 from my google pay account, the order got auto canceled. After that I instantly called customer support and the agent told me she initiated the refund and i was supposed to get it back in my wallet within 48 hours. After 48 hrs, i again called back and got to know the refund was never initiated. And the new customer support person initiated it. And asked me to wait for another 48 hours to get the amount credited in Kisaan konnect wallet. Had i not been checking this i would have lost the entire amount. Their process is horrible. There is no intimation about the refund being initiated or any customer care complaint number generated. Beware of this.

The products of Kisan konnect are good as far as quality and cleanliness is concerned. It’s your service that I have a problem with. The delivery is always hasty and if some product is not delivered, we only get to see that after the delivery person has left. And in cases where the delivery person is aware of missing products, even then they don’t correctly update the details at their end and I still end up getting a message that “0 items were missing and 0 items were returned”. Then I have to call up the customer care for getting a refund, and this has become a common and recurring irritant. It is also concerning because if i fail to notice anything immediately then my money is good as gone, because for the missing products the customer care only issues a refund after contacting the delivery person.
I’ve used other online services but never had to constantly face such problems before. You need to work on resolving this issue because sooner than later the risk of ordering from you is going to overweight the benefit and people will start thinking that ordering on your app is not worth the hassle every single time.

The products you supply are fresh, not muddy, and generally of good quality - keep it up!!
The app is, however, a different story. It’s a good, easy to use, non-gimmicky app that lacks a bit of sophistication. To give you an example, I placed an order today morning - with a relaxed delivery slot for the following day. After placing the order, I realised that I had forgotten a couple of items. Though the processing of the order has not even begun, I can’t amend the order. I end up paying delivery charges because the supplementary order value is under Rs 500!
I believe that KisanKonnect doesn’t want to impose a fine on me for my forgetfulness but since they have a simplistic app, I can’t fix my old order.
Hope they’ll do something about such lacunae!!

The delivery boy is extremely impatient and misbehaving. The whole family gathers to count the items, but he still is throwing tantrums for the 3-4 mins for which we are counting and inspecting the items.

I am new customer to Kissan Konnect and have mixed experience. Good- fresh veg and fruits, average rates (match local hawkers), timely delivery Bad - no eco friendly packaging - too much plastic used, poor customer care, offer codes not applied correctly I ordered worth 1000 and applied offer2kg onions free) but still the free item was charged as per normal rates. I complained to customer care but no refund or credit issued which is a normal norm of online shopping to obey offers.

Had to uninstall the app. The delivery partner will challenge your patience and without delivering your products it would be marked delivered leaving you frustrated. The back end support would be clueless where your delivery is stuck and even after 78 hours or more nothing will reach you. This entire episode happened to me and my friend too staying in another location in Mumbai.

This guys can’t even give a carry bag for products their delivery boy refused to deliver at door then gave whole item 9-10 items in Hand and refused to give carry bag both times was rude. Some items were already damaged while others got damaged when I was carrying 9 items in my hand on road 🙂

I placed order on 20th of dec and somehow while making the payment the amount was deducted twice, after which I contacted my RM from KisanKonnect and she confirmed that they received only one payment. I started following up with my bank and they confirmed that there were two successful transactions. And they want a written confirmation from KisanKonnect that they received only amount. When I asked KK to write an email they denied saying we are not allowed. After lot of pressure the RM from Kk confirmed that they did receive the money twice for the same order. From that time till today kk has not given me my money for the second transaction. I have been following up with their CS team regularly but the only thing I hear is I will receive my money by today evening, Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

My deliveries have been returned 2 times ....... deliveries are not delivered per order.....orders are missing and repeatedly........takes two days to credit the refund to WALLET!!!!
And customer care and relationship manager ....... pathetic......never responds to feedback and same problem keeps repeating!
No wonder people don’t talk highly of the app and delivery capability......this is a frank view

No Automatic Refund on Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled, the order id is deleted from the order history and the money will not be automatically returned to you/your wallet, neither will you receive any intimation on next steps. I’m not receiving refunds a few time, i investigated and figured out that they know about the flaw but want a customer to call up their customer care and raise a request for refund. Else the money is effectively theirs.
In today’s ago of e-commerce where customers place so much reliance on transactions being processed automatically, this loophole seems odd and with malicious intent.
Very unethical process of “stealing” client money by deleting transaction records and expecting clients to explicitly asks for refunds.

No matter how good your products are, you have to be polite and calm when delivering. Experienced twice, delivery person were very rude.
Delivering products like he/she owns the business, not at all needy. Litterly throwed items at door entrance. Called 10 times for address. Improve on all aspects including delivery, otherwise, there will always be reason why people support foreign brands.
In two years, never had such experience whenever ordered from bigbasket.

I liked the business model of this farmer company as they are directly supporting farmers and also giving a huge choice to customers of Mumbai and Pune to deliver the fresh and safe farm produce at door steps.

What i order, received missed or less quantity. Then delivery man called too much before delivering... once to confirm address, another to sent location.. next.. next I stopped taking calls... he was good at delivery but too much of call before delivery and even in morning 8:30 slot makes me more irritated... why there is no option of choosing slot...
